It is even help- ful when you find yourself at- tacked by a fit of worry! How- ever, if you make yourself go ahead, you will be amazed at the way your sensation of weariness will drop away. It makes us feel fine to stretch our muscles, to whip up circula- tion and increase and deepen our breathing. You cannot worry too much when you are doing deep knee bends or bending your knees up to your stomach. A brisk walk is very helpful in banishing the blues. This does the same thing more formal exercise does but it helps you get out of yourself to bodily remove yourself from your own familiar surroundings. Leave your worry at home, walk briskly, breathe deeply, observe humanity about you, and likely the peace of nature will settle upon you and soothe your troubled spirit.
