Indonesian citizen, 70 years old, domiciled in Jakarta. Graduated from Pajajaran University in 1977 majoring in Engineering, and obtained Master of Management degree from Arthur D. Little Management Education Institute in Boston, United States of America in 1984.

He currently holds several role as members of the Board of Commissioners and Committee member in Sinarmas group, namely the member of Audit Committee at PT SMART Tbk since 2014, Independent Commissioner and Head of Audit Committee at PT Golden Energy Mines Tbk since 2012, and member of Audit Committee at Bank Sinarmas Tbk since 2011. He previously held a position as Independent Commissioner at PT Barclays Indonesia, and had lengthy epxerience as Career Office at Bank of Indonesia, namely as Senior Bank Researcher (2008-2009), Director of Bank Supervision (2007-2008), Head of Bank of Indonesia Bali and NTB team (2004-2007), Bank Supervisor (1994-2004), Bank Examiner (1985-1994), and Credit Analyst (1979-1983).

He currently holds the position as Executive Director of Sinar Mas President Office since 2008 to date. He has experience as Senior Tax Manager at Suryani Suyanto & Associates (2004-2008), Assistant Tax Manager at TSS & Associates (2003-2004), Senior Tax Consultant at Ernst & Young Jakarta (2001-2003), and Account Offier at PT Bank Artha Graha (1997-1999).

Indian citizen, 56 years old. He has attended various leadership and management program from Harvard University, Wharton University and INSEAD business school, and has Master degree in Electronics and Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing..

He is a veteran in India telecom journey and has over 32 years of experience in providing Technology Leadership and strategic vision to all major telcos in India and globally. He currently holds the position of Chief Technology Officer at Vodafone Idea Limited. His previous professional experience includes Group CTIO at Sinarmas Communication & Technology (2018-2021) responsible for Network, IT/digital platforms and enterprise business. Prior to that, he worked as the Group CTO & President at Reliance Jio (2015-2018) and helped it launched 4G services in India. Earlier, he had held position as Country Head and Senior Vice President at Samsung India Pvt. Ltd. (2014-2015), and had worked as CTO & Director Networks at Bharti Airtel (2001-2010).

He started his professional carrier as Scientist-R&D at DRDO and moved on to Lucent technologies where he pioneered exceptional business growth in Lucent on all products – leading India team as Technical & Pricing head. He then moved on to APAC role in Nortel as Director, responsible for Network solutions. He has been a member of GSMA’s executive management council, Chairman of the Technology Committee of COAI, founding member of the Global TD-LTE Initiative (GTI) steering committee.

He is a Seasoned Professional in Telecom networks and technologies, Strategic Thinker and a Team Builder with in-depth knowledge & experience in managing Network Life cycle of Planning, Engineering, Deployment and Operations in both B2C andB2B segments.
