Location The City of Banyule is located in 's north-eastern suburbs, between 7 and 21 Land use Banyule precincts kilometres from the Melbourne CBD. It is an established residential area with significant open spaces and parklands. There are seven precincts1 within Banyule and 21 suburbs that lay on a total land area of approximately 63 square kilometres.
