If you use any of these devices or apps, simply register on the Lifeworks Wellness site to enable automated data feeds. After logging into your account on www.lifeworks.com, click on “Open Wellness Tools”. The option to “Connect Your Device” will appear prominently under the “Track Your Exercise” button. Follow the on screen instructions to connect your device. If a user connects more than one device or app, the site will screen for duplicate data by the time of activity, and count the feed from one of the devices or apps at a time.
