The Lando Society began on a Wednesday much like any other, the 21st day of May, 1980. It was started by a man with a vision, a man who liked well toasted Lando. bread. He continues to help organize the Society and its followers to this day.

What We Do

The Society promotes the old world values of in- terstellar commerce and good looks that the Republic exemplified. Following Lando’s example, we strive to show oth- ers the light and hope of our galaxy, through better un- derstanding of his underlying beliefs and values. Cloud City represents the physical embodiment of Lando’s teachings. Through his benevolent guidance, it One Man rests upon a cushion of air, with its inhabitants gay and light of heart.
