Simatupang was born in Sibolga, North Sumatera, on March 21, 1973. He completed his Bachelor of Law from the Islamic University of North Sumatera (1996), Master of Law from the University of Indonesia (2003), currently pursuing a Doctorate in Law from Padjadjaran University. Working at the Center for Research and Development of Policy, Research and Development Board for Law and Human Rights, Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia with the position of Associate Researcher, Rank/Group of Junior Administrator (IV/c). Has written in the De Jure Legal Research Journal, Legal Policy Scientific Journal, Human Rights Journal of the Research and Development Board for Law and Human Rights, Lex Jurnalica Scientific Journal and Indonusa Esa Unggul University Scientific Forum. Has written a book entitled Assessment of Creation Registration Certificate as Objects of Fiduciary Guarantee in Banking Credit Application with the Approach of Welfare State Theory (Published by BALITBANGKUMHAM Press, 2020), Research Methods and Legal Writing in Designing Proposals and Thesis and Introduction to Intellectual Property Rights Law (Published by the Legal Research Center, Faculty of Law, Attahiriyah Islamic University, Jakarta, 2018), Legal Aspect of Advertising in the Perspective of Consumer Protection (Published by Citra Aditya Bakti, Bandung, 2004), Extraordinary Lecturer in Communication Studies Program, Indonesian Institute of Business and Informatics (2006-2009), Faculty of Law, Attahiriyah Islamic University (2005- 2020) and Faculty of Law, Air Marshal Suryadarma University (2004-2019). Has been involved in research activities at the National Narcotics Board (2005 and 2019) and at the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (2010). Aju Putrijanti was born in Semarang on March 15, 1969. Completed her Bachelor of Law at the Faculty of Law, Diponegoro University in 1992, then completed the Master of Law Studies Program at the Master of Law Studies, Diponegoro University in 2003 and completed her Doctoral education at the Doctoral Program of Law Studies at Diponegoro University in 2015. Currently in the Bachelor Program (S1), she teaches Introduction to Indonesian Law, State Administrative Court Procedural Law and State Administrative Court Legal Efforts, and teaches Professional Code of Ethics courses at the Master of Notary Program at Diponegoro University, as well as conducting research and service pursuant to her field of competence. Muhaimin was born in Jakarta on April 9, 1983. Bachelor of Law from the Faculty of Law, Islamic University of Jakarta in 2001. Junior Researcher at the Research and Development Center for Law, Research and Development Board for Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia, Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia. As a researcher, he was a Member and Secretary of the Legal Research Team. Participated in the editorial board of the National Accredited Journal. Joined as a member of the Indonesian Legal Researchers Association (IPHI), and also joined the Indonesian Researchers Association (HIMPENINDO) as of January 2017. As a researcher, he has written 2 books published by Mahara Publishing as a member of IKAPI with the title, “Notary Accountability for Authentic Deeds Indicated as Criminal Acts” and “Criminal System for Money Laundering from Narcotics Crime in the Criminal Justice System”. In addition, he received a Satyalencana Karya Satya X Year xxxx honorary award from the government of the Republic of Indonesia. Djamilus was born in Tanjung Ampalu on November 28, 1957. He currently lives at Perumahan Lembah Nirmala I Blok D/10 Mekarsari Cimanggis, Depok. Education: Bachelor of Law at the Islamic University of Jakarta in 1987 majoring in Civil Affairs and Master of Law at the University of Indonesia in 2003 majoring in Economic Law (Business Law). Occupation: Civil Servant since 1981, since 1992 he has been active as a functional Legal Researcher at the National Law Development Planning Center, National Law Development Board (BPHN). Then, from 2012 to 2015, he was active as a Researcher at the National Legal Research and Development Center of the National Law Development Board and at the end of 2015 he was transferred to the Legal Research and Development Center, Research and Development Board for Law and Human Rights, Ministry of Law and Human Rights until now. Current position: Principal Researcher at Legal Research and Development Center, Research and Development Board for Law and Human Rights, Ministry of Law and Human Rights, withRank/Group:JuniorAdministrator/IVd, Researcher Experience: since 2012hasparticipated xiii in research activities, whether as member, secretary and team leader. Research activities that have been carried out include: Problems with Settlement of Illegal Fishing Disputes in the Sea, Role of Forestry Civil Servant Investigator in Settlement of Illegal Logging, Legal Certainty of Investment and Its Implications for Ease of Business in Indonesia, Role of State Seizure Storage Houses in Law Enforcement, Alternatives Settlement of IP Disputes at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, Application of Beneficial Owners in the Prevention and Eradication of the Crime of Money Laundering. The researcher completed his undergraduate education at the State Islamic University of Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training in 2008, then continued his Masters studies at the Postgraduate program of the State Islamic University of Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung, the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training which was completed in 2011, then in 2015 the author completed the Doctoral Program at the Postgraduate School of the Indonesian University of Education, General and Character Education Study Program, concentration of Religious Studies. Currently, the researcher serves as a Lecturer of PAI (Islamic Education) and SPAI (Islamic Religious Education Seminar) at the Department of General Education, Faculty of Social Sciences Education, Indonesian University of Education since 2016 until now. In addition, the researcher is also active as a guest lecturer at several campuses in Indonesia. Mohammad Rindu Fajar Islamy, Lc, M.Ag. was born in Bandung on November 24, 1987. He completed his undergraduate education in Al-Quran and Interpretation Studies at Al-Azhar University, Egypt, Cairo, then continued his postgraduate studies in Masters in Al-Quran and Interpreation Studies at the State Islamic University (UIN) of Sunan Gunung Djati, Bandung in 2015. Currently, he is studying for his doctoral degree at the same university majoring in religious studies. Currently, he serves as a lecturer at the Department of General Education, Faculty of Social Sciences Education and is active as a reviewer of journals including the Taklim Journal and the Religio Education Journal. The fields he is involved in are related to Islamic Religious Education, Al-Quran and Interpretation Studies, as well as Islamic studies. Ilham Kurnia Gustavakuan was born in Bandung on August 14, 1999. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Korean Language Education Study Program, Faculty of Language and Literature Education, the Indonesian University of Education. The researcher is also involved in the Student Activity Unit of the Institute for Intellectual Research and Studies of Students (LEPPIM UPI) and is active in the field of Outreach Program at the Student Executive Board of the Korean Language Education Student Association (HIMABARA UPI). Currently, the researcher works part-time as a Korean Language Teacher and English teacher at one of the Training Centers in Bandung. Abstract: The application of the INA-CBG package rates requires hospital management to be able to streamline costs and optimize hospital financial management, and carrying out quality control, cost control and access through service cost calculations based on the unit cost calculation owned by the hospital. The purpose of this study was to find out the PPA can strive for the optimal INA-CBG Package at Mekar Sari Hospital Bekasi. This study uses the AHP method to determine solutions to various proposed problems. The sample of this research is decision-makers Mekar Sari Bekasi Hospital. From the research results obtained the most dominant problem factor data is INA-CBG’s Tariff (41.0%), then the health service behavior towards the Cost of Treatment (35.1%), and Quality of Health Services (23.9%). Meanwhile, the most dominant solution in the problem of the INA-CBG Package is the Improvement of INA-CBG’s Tariff of 47.1%, then the strategy of implementing PPA in interprofessional collaboration by PPK and clinical pathway was 36.3%, and quality and cost management strategies 16.6%.

Results of previous studies showed different results, namely that the Process Quality Management (PQM) does not affect the Products Quality Performance (PQP), due to the lack of involvement of Management Accounting Systems (MAS) in the link between PQM and PQP. In addition, research related to MAS which addresses the relationship between Information Technology (IT) and PQM to product quality is still lack. This research is going to empirically examine the effects of PQM and IT to PQP with MAS as intervening variable using path analysis. This research was conducted at the manufacture companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013 with the analysis unit employees who work associated with the production process.The results found that IT can directly affect PQP and also be affected indirectly, from IT to MAS (as intervening) and then to the PQP.

The nurse's function as one of the data inputs that make the documentation of nursing care actions will affect the quality of the patient's medical records. For years, scientists have warned that the longer we delay a fundamental reform of our fossil fuel-dependent systems and the reliance on deforestation, the narrower our window to stop the climate crisis becomes. We must act now to mitigate the worst human and ecosystem impacts caused by the climate crisis. In recent years, climate change risks have increasingly been associated with financial risks. Investors, young people, scientists, citizens, and other stakeholders are looking to financial institutions to take the lead in climate action by ruling out fossil fuels in their financing and investment portfolios and managing climate-related risks over the short, medium and longer term. While the banks have improved their response to climate change in recent years, with the accelerating crisis, these efforts are simply not enough. To limit the rise in average global temperatures to 1.5 degrees compared to pre-industrial levels, and to halve greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions within nine years and to achieve zero emissions at the latest by 2050, banks must take bold actions now. There is already a directive in place that coal-fired power plants, which emit the most GHGs during power generation, should be completely abolished by 2030 in OECD countries and by 2040 worldwide. In May 2021, the International Energy Agency (IEA) announced that, in order to achieve net zero emissions by 2050, there should be no more investment in new fossil fuel development projects, with existing facilities gradually phased out.

Of all the patient safety incidents, about 60% occurred in Leadership style; the treatment facility. Poor coordination among nurses has led to the absence of the Patient safety; same perception on the filling of incident reporting formats, the choice of incidents Teamwork; that had not been so precise, and a feeling of fear of being blamed when reporting an incident. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of leadership styles, teamwork, and knowledge of the safety culture of patients at X Hospital, Bekasi. The study aims to analyse the influence of leadership style, teamwork, and knowledge on patient safety culture at X Hospital, Bekasi. This research method uses the analytical causality approach, conducted by a survey method and its correlation technique with the time dimension of one short study. The sample in this study were nurses in the inpatient installation.

In the study the factors measured using financial award variables, professional training, professional recognition, social values, work environment, market considerations and personalities had an influence on the career selection of accounting students as public accountants and non-public accountants. The data collection method in this study was obtained by distributing questionnaires to accounting students of Esa Unggul University and taking samples of 100 respondents. The results of the analysis showed that the variables of financial awards, professional training, professional recognition, social values, work environment, market considerations and personalities had a significant influence on career selection as a public accountant or non-public accountant. This study aims to determine the factors that affect the career choice of Esa Unggul University accounting student. In the study factors were measured using a variable financial reward, professional training, professional recognition, social value, work environment, market considerations and personality has an influence on the selection of the accounting student career as a public accountant or non-public accountant. Methods of data collection in this study were obtained using by distributing questionnaires to Esa Unggul University accounting student and take the sample of 100 respondents.
