To communicate the multitude of the necessary briefing points ef fective and ideal, we recommend to do the briefings at dif ferent times. Each briefing part should not last longer then 5-7 Minutes. The success of communication has to be proven. W e recommend to take out the card at each briefing and to read of f demonstratively, so that nothing can be forgotten and that the briefing can be reproduced. Part of the briefing is also the conscious use of non-verbal, verbal and periverbal communica-
