Property Amenities • The 400-acre site is located in the northern section of Pittsburgh International Airport, bordered by International Drive, In- terstate-376, existing Cargo Areas 1, 2 and 3 and Runway 10L/28R. Approximately 284 acres are available for development. • The site provides direct access to existing taxiways and runways. Aviation land uses, such as air cargo, are proposed for the areas adjacent to Taxiway A. Non-aviation land uses, such as warehousing and distribution are proposed for those areas that do not have direct airside access.
