A flood that happened at Segamat destroyed property, livestock, crops, and infrastructure. It also threatened the people's life. National Security Council (NSC) is responsible for managing the natural disaster that affected the country. Moreover, NSC is responsible for coordinating the National Disaster management, establishing and ensuring all respective policies and implementing disaster management in each level. Therefore, this research conducted a survey to study the level of satisfaction of floods victims with the disaster aid programs. Thus, a descriptive analysis has been used in the research. Sample size of the research included 367 respondents. Data have been analyzed by SPSS; a comprehensive software for data analysis. In addition, factors affecting the customer satisfaction during disaster aid programs have been identified in the research using the factor analysis. Then, the relationship between the movement of goods and the customer satisfaction during the disaster relief programs has been examined by, correlation coefficient. -

A regional authority body Iskandar Regional Development Authority (IRDA) was formed with specific roles to plan, promote and facilitate in which to coordinate the economic, environmental and social planning, development and management of Iskandar Malaysia. IRDA refers to The Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP) as the guiding document in developing Iskandar Malaysia, and subsequent to that, blueprints are prepared as a subset and supplementary document to CDP, which outlines detail findings, strategies, implementation and action plans. The Maintenance and Operational Plan (MOP) blueprint is developed to address the issues on maintenance and operations of public asset for five local authorities within Iskandar Malaysia region. It focuses on the following: Laws and Regulations; Responsible parties; Issues on Maintenance &Operational plans and the Causes. Methodology used in developing the blueprint can be divided into three (3) phases namely user requirement analysis, conceptual design and development of asset management information system and asset database development. -

By participating in this Campaign, the Eligible Customers (as defined in Clause 1 below) hereby expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any decisions made by Maybank in respect of the Campaign shall be final and binding. 1.0 Eligibility a) This Campaign is open to all individuals who have an active Maybank2u (M2U) registered account or Maybank Anytime Everywhere (“MAE”) customers and are registered to utilise Maybank QRPay (QRPay), which is an electronic payments platform utilising Quick Response (QR) codes included as a functionality of the Maybank2u App. (All individual customers who have fulfilled the above criteria will hereinafter be referred to as “Eligible Customers”). b) The eligibility of users for QRPay is governed by the Terms and Conditions of the respective product. For individuals below the age of eighteen (18) years (“minor”), they must obtain written consent of their parents and/or legal guardian in order to participate in this Campaign. The use of MAE is an acknowledgement to Maybank that the minor has obtained the prior consent of his or her parents and/or legal guardian. These Terms and Conditions will be applicable to their parents and/or legal guardian in substitution of the applicability of this Terms and Conditions on the minor.
