I, Tyler P. Brown, hereby declare, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1746, that the following
statements are true and correct, to the best of my knowledge and belief, after due inquiry described
herein.

1. I am a partner with Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP (“Hunton” or the “Firm”), with an
office at 951 East Byrd Street, Richmond, Virginia 23219. I am an attorney-at-law, duly admitted
and in good standing to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia, the United States Bankruptcy
Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, the United States District Court for the Eastern District
of Virginia, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
2. Pursuant to paragraph 3 of the Application of Official Committee of Unsecured
Creditors for Entry of an Order Authorizing the Employment and Retention of Hunton Andrews
Kurth LLP as Co-Counsel for the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors Effective as of May
29, 2020 [Docket No. 510] (the “Application”),2 I submit this second supplemental declaration
(the “Second Supplemental Declaration”) to further supplement the disclosures in my declaration
dated July 27, 2020 [Docket No. 548] (the “First Supplemental Declaration”), and my declaration
dated July 13, 2020, attached as Exhibit B to the Application (the “Original Declaration”).
3. I am duly authorized to make this Second Supplemental Declaration on behalf of
Hunton. Unless otherwise stated in this Second Supplemental Declaration, I have personal
knowledge of the facts set forth herein, and if called as a witness I would testify thereto.
4. Since the Petition Date, Hunton received or otherwise identified the names of
additional individuals and entities that may be parties in interest in the above-captioned chapter 11
cases. A list of the names of these individuals and entities is attached hereto as Schedule 1.
5. Hunton has searched on its electronic database for connections with the individuals
and entities listed on Schedule 1. Schedule 2 attached hereto identifies certain additional creditors,
equity holders or other parties in interest that Hunton currently represents or has represented within

Schedule 1 as of the date of the filing of this Second Supplemental Declaration.
6. None of the additional individuals and entities listed on Schedule 2 comprised
greater than 1% of Hunton’s revenues for the years ending December 31, 2018, or
December 31, 2019. Additionally, Hunton does not presently, has not in the past, and will not in
the future represent such entities in connection with the Debtors, and Hunton does not have, to my
knowledge, any current relationship with any such entity, attorney or accountant that would be
adverse to the Debtors or their respective estates.
7. Should any additional information relevant to Hunton’s retention and employment
as co-counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in these chapter 11 cases come to
Hunton’s attention, Hunton will file additional supplemental declarations.
