October 2020 NORTH FORK TV FESTIVAL 1 welcome To the NFTV community, This year has been one of resilience for everyone, and it has been no different for this festival and those who love it. We are doing everything differently, and yet so much is the same. It's our fifth year. We have grown every year, and that includes this year. For example, the number of submissions to the pilot competition was greater than ever. And the decision to choose a winner was harder than ever, and that means we are as proud of our winner as we've ever been. Sloan Foundation, and to the Suffolk County Economic Development Corporation for the tremendous support. We are grateful to our wonderful judges, our advisory boards, our executive committee, and our team. And we are grateful most of all for our wonderful guests and supporters. Thank you to one and all. A: Yes, please dim your lights upon arrival and turn them off before the film starts. Can I keep the engine idling? A: Please refrain from idling your engine.
