Regular Season Schedule Regular season schedule will be posted on both our website and Discord server. Matches will occur weekly. You will be scheduled for at least one match per week, but that could increase depending on number of participants signed up.

Players are responsible for setting up match times and reporting their scores. The deadline to report scores and sportsmanship rating will be Friday’s at 5pm. All scores not reported by this deadline will be ruled a loss for the participant that failed to report their score.

If something arises (an emergency or disconnected game) and you need an extension, please contact your league administrator and ask for an extension. This will be handled on a case by case basis.

Forfeit Policy E-Sports Forfeit Form • Completing the E-Sports Forfeit Form is necessary for the following situations: o Opponent was unresponsive in scheduling match o Opponent fails to show up to an agreed upon match time • Screenshots and documentation of the attempted communication are required in order to make any rulings on forfeits. Forfeit Limit • Teams are allowed one (1) forfeit during the regular season. If a team forfeits two (2) or more matches during the regular season, they are ineligible for Playoffs.

Playoff Scheduling Playoffs: Mid-Late April 2021

Disconnected Game We understand a game being disconnected can happen. Please look at the following procedures for when a game is disconnected.

If one or both players are disconnected, it is expected that both players start a new game, and only play the remainder of the game. • Example: Super Smash Bros Ultimate, Player A is up 1 game to 0 and the game disconnects in the second game with Player A having 2 stocks and Player B having 3 stocks. Players should restart the game and play until either Player A defeats Player B 3 times or Player B defeats Player A 2 times. • Exception: If the player who is disconnected is unable to reconnect in a timely manner, and players are unable to find another time to play in the given time frame, the disconnected player is awarded the loss for that game of the season.

• Exception: If the disconnection is due to a server issue, and players are unable to play their game, they will be allowed to ask for an extension to complete their matchup.

Sportsmanship All players are expected to have exceptional sportsmanship throughout the league. Offensive language including but not limited to profanity, racial or ethnic slurs, or other intimidating actions directed towards other players and administrators will NOT be tolerated and are grounds for removal from competition, and further disciplinary action.

You will have a chance to grade your opponent’s sportsmanship on a scale of 1 to 8, (with 1 being a poor opponent and 8 being excellent). However, if you experience any behavior that you feel requires additional attention, please fill out form on the E-Sports section of our website and report it to Evan Richardson at [email protected].
