Note: The list below does not include all unsupported devices. ANDROID TABLETS Known Issues Google Nexus 7 The first generation Google Nexus 7 tablet isn't compatible with the SAM-1. With updated firmware, the second generation Nexus 7 tablet (released August 2013) has been reported to support SAM-1. Nook HD and Nook HD+ These devices aren't compatible with the SAM-1 HTC DEVICES Known Issues HTC EVO 3D If you encounter any issues, follow these steps: 1) Open SAM-1 App 2) Insert the SAM-1 3) Tap the home button 4) Adjust the phone volume up 5) Reopen the app. HTC EVO Design 4G To ensure compatibility, update your device to the newest firmware version. HTC Incredible If you notice that SAM-1 fails after updating, delete and reinstall the app. See Google's support site for instructions on how. HTC Droid Incredible 4G LTE These devices aren't currently supported for use with the SAM-1. HTC One SV HTC One VX LG DEVICES Known Issues LG Optimus Elite These devices aren't currently supported for use with the SAM-1. LG Spectrum 2 SAMSUNG DEVICES Known Issues Samsung Galaxy Player 5.0 These devices aren't currently supported for use with the SAM-1. Samsung Moment Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 The cellular version of this has not been determined if compatible with SAM-1. Samsung Galaxy S2 These devices aren’t currently supported for use with the SAM-1. OTHER DEVICES Known Issues Cricket ZTE Score SAM-1 isn't compatible with this device's small screen size Casio G'zOne Commando These devices aren't supported for use with the SAM-1 Huawei Ascend .

AdMob Mobile Metrics Report February 2010 New and Noteworthy For this month's report, we separate the traffic in our network into three categories – smartphones, feature phones, and mobile Internet devices – to examine the growth rates of each over the past year and look at the traffic share of smartphone operating systems and manufacturers of feature phones. * In February 2010, smartphones accounted for 48% of AdMob’s worldwide traffic, up from 35% in February 2009. The strong growth of iPhone and Android traffic, fueled by heavy application usage, was primarily responsible for the increase. In absolute terms, smartphone traffic increased 193% over the last year. * Feature phones declined from 58% to 35% of AdMob's total traffic as users began switching to smartphones. Although the share of traffic from feature phones as a category declined, in absolute terms traffic grew 31% year-over-year. * The mobile Internet devices category experienced the strongest growth of the three, increasing to account for 17% of traffic in AdMob’s network in February 2010. The iPod touch is responsible for 93% of this traffic; other devices include the Sony PSP and Nintendo DSi.
