Purchase an Apple computer and MobileMe between July 22, 2008, and October 20, 2008, and receive $30 via mail-in rebate. Terms and Conditions

Purchase and take possession of an Apple Macintosh computer and a qualifying MobileMe Retail box version from July 22, 2008 to October 20, 2008, and qualify for $30 via mail-in rebate. Qualifying products must be purchased together on the same sales receipt from an Apple Authorized Reseller located in Canada. Purchases made at the Apple Online Store, an Apple Retail Store, or through Apple Telesales qualify for an instant rebate and are not eligible for the mail-in rebate. This offer is for end-user customers only. Reseller and institutional purchases do not qualify for this offer. The .Mac Retail box version is also eligible for this promotion.

PRODUCT ELIGIBILITY: All Apple computers shipping during the promotion dates qualify. For the purpose of this promotion, “Apple computers” exclude Apple TV, iPod, and iPhone. Not-for-resale products, purchases made electronically through either the MobileMe web page or the software setup tool, convertible trial memberships, or electronics service renewals are ineligible for this offer.

PROMOTION RESTRICTIONS: All Apple computer(s) and qualifying version(s) of the MobileMe Retail Box must be purchased on the same invoice or sales receipt. Up to five (5) rebates may be claimed on one coupon based on the number of Apple computers and versions of MobileMe Retail boxes purchased. A maximum of five (5) rebates per household may be claimed.

PROOF OF PURCHASE: Submit proof of purchase consisting of the itemized, dated sales receipt(s) showing all products purchased, the selling entity’s name and address, the serial numbers of the qualifying products, and the prices paid for the qualifying products. Handwritten receipts will not be accepted. Order acknowledgments, packing slips, and purchase order copies are not valid. Provide the UPC labels from all qualifying product boxes. The UPC labels must include part numbers with bar codes, serial numbers with bar codes (computer only), and product descriptions.

REBATE SCHEDULE: The mail-in rebate is good for up to $30 off a qualified purchase.

CLAIM PROCEDURES: Claims may be submitted via mail-in rebate. Rebate coupons may not be altered. Duplicate or incomplete coupons will not be honoured. Mail the envelope enclosing the completed original coupon and proof of purchase. The envelope must be postmarked by November 20, 2008. PROCEDURES RELATED TO PRODUCT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: If a product required for promotion redemption is returned in exchange for another qualifying product required for redemption, you must provide adequate documentation to support the exchange transaction.
