(b) Annual Accounts of the Spices Board of India, Cochin, for the year 2013-14, and the Audit Report thereon. (c) Review by Government on the working of the above Board. Shri Kiren Rijiju (Minister of State in the Ministry of Home Affairs) laid on the Table a copy (in English and Hindi) of the Forty-fifth Annual Assessment Report of the Department of Official Language, Ministry of Home Affairs, regarding Programme for accelerating the spread and development of Hindi and its progressive use for the various official purposes of the Union and its implementation, for the year 2013-14. 116 11TH MARCH, 2015 11-01 a.m. 2. Report of the Department Related Parliamentary Standing Committee on Transport, Tourism and Culture Kumari Selja presented the Two Hundred Seventeenth Report (in English and Hindi) of the Department-related Parliamentary Standing Committee on Transport, Tourism and Culture on the Anti-Hijacking Bill, 2014. 11-02 a.m. 3. Statement by Minister Shri Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi, Minister of State in the Ministry of Minority Affairs and in the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs, laid on the Table, a statement regarding Status of implementation of recommendations contained in the Two Hundredth Report of the Department-related Parliamentary Standing Committee on Transport, Tourism and Culture on the "Development of Tourism, National Highways and Water Transport in Kerala and Cochin Shipyard Limited". 11-03 a.m. 4. Motion for Election to the Committee on Public Accounts A motion for election of seven members to the Committee on Public Accounts was moved and adopted. 11-04 a.m. 5. Motion for Election to the Committee on the Welfare of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes A motion for election of ten members to the Committee on the Welfare of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes was moved and adopted. 6. Motion for Election to the Committee on Public Undertakings A motion for election of seven members to the Committee on Public Undertakings was moved and adopted. ^11-18 a.m. 7. Dr. T. Subbarami Reddy raised a matter regarding demand for economic revival of Hindustan Shipyard Ltd. Message from Lok Sabha reported The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement (Amendment) Bill, 2015 Secretary-General, reported to the House the following message received from the Lok Sabha, signed by the Secretary-General of the Lok Sabha:- ―In accordance with the provisions of rule 96 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in Lok Sabha, I am directed to enclose the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and settlement (Amendment) Bill, 2015, as passed by Lok Sabha at its sitting held on the 10th March, 2015. 9.
