GENERAL INFORMATION

Entries Entries will be accepted from National Ski and Snowboard Associations following FIS World Cup quotas and rules. Please submit the provisional entry with anticipated number of your competition team (including competitors and officials) by December 2nd, 2019. The final entry with number of your competition team and names of participants (including competitors and official) must be submitted to the organizers no later than January 1st, 2020.

Registration The FIS online registration system is accessed through the FIS Homepage “Members Section” Click here: http://www.fis-ski.com FIS has established nation quotas for World Cup events. National Snowboard Teams can only enter World Cup Competitors according to the quota limitations. The quotas can be downloaded through link below: FIS World Cup Quotas

Onsite registration / Accreditation Registration and accreditation will be held after the first TC Meeting at the accreditation office Stradun 322, the office is signed, in Scuol. Please see schedule for registration times. All competition participants (including competitors and officials) must report to the registration area for check-in before proceeding to the competition venues. All fees will be collected upon check-in.

Athlete Participation Fee: CHF 30.00 per competitor only cash and credit card can be accepted at accreditation office.

Bibs All competitors must wear bibs during competition and at the awards ceremony.

TC Meeting The TC Meeting will be in the seminar rooms of the Hotel Belvédère in Scuol. TC Meetings will be held on Thursday, January 8th at 6pm – 6.30pm and on Friday, January 9th at 4pm – 4.30pm. There will be an informational TC Meeting on Wednesday January 7th, at 6pm.

Anti-Doping Anti-Doping control may be conducted for this event.

Accident Insurance All competitors must have their own medical insurance. The Organizing Committee, sponsors, suppliers, their agents, employees and volunteers, the FIS and Swiss Ski / Swiss Snowboard Association decline any responsibility for accidents, damaged or lost equipment and second and third party claims during the event.

Liability All athletes, officials and members of National Associations who attend and participate in the event shall do so at their own risk. The Organizing Committee, sponsors, suppliers, their agents, employees and volunteers, the FIS and Swiss Ski / Swiss Snowboard Association shall not be responsible for any losses or injuries incurred or suffered by any athlete, official or other person in conjunction with the organizing and staging of the event.

Transportation Teams are responsible for their own transportation. Scuol is located 2 hour and 45 minutes from Zurich by train or 3 hours by car. You can easily reach our resort from anywhere in Europe. Whether you're travelling by public transport or by plane.

Teams must submit their expected total number of team members (competitors, coaches and team officials) and accommodation needs no later than December 2nd, 2019. Final accommodation reservations must be booked no later than January 1st, 2020.

Prizemoney / awards ceremony Main awards ceremony right after finals at finish area.

A total prize purse of CHF 50‘000.00 (CHF 25’000.00 per gender event) will be awarded for the FIS Snowboard World Cup Scuol. The winners will receive prize money via bank transfer. In order to process the prize money all winners must provide valid bank details, identification, and complete appropriate tax documentation. Athletes must go to registration office, located in the Engadin Booking Office at Stradun 322 in Scuol, immediately following awards on finals to claim prize money.
