Executive Biography

Sarah A Sall is a collaborative leader of operations and events with 20 years of experience for major rugby organizations. She is highly regarded as a critical liaison between executive leaders, players, coaches, and fans with strong expertise organizing logistics of international events.

Most recently the Men’s National 7’s Manager for USA Rugby at the Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista, CA. Sarah directed the program’s workflow, communications, calendar management, and stakeholder engagement on a daily basis. Her past roles include Tour Manager / Player with Atlantis Select Side Rugby, Massage Therapist with USA Rugby, and Operations Manager with United World Sports.

Throughout her career, Sarah has increased the visibility of her teams and organizations in the global rugby industry. Among her achievements, she led a successful campaign to honor a former National Coach Emil Signes. Her efforts included driving a fundraising initiative and social media engagement strategy that resulted in United World Sports and USA Sevens dedicating an international trophy to Emil.

As a member of the Board of Directors for the Delaware Rugby Foundation, Sarah was integral in the creation of the Subaru 7s, one of the foundation’s largest fundraisers. And helped develop and award scholarships.

Sarah earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Delaware. She then attended Pennsylvania School of Muscle Therapy and graduated at the top of her class. She is Sports Nutrition Certified, and holds numerous other designations, including Medical Massage Therapist and is a Certified Yoga Instructor. Sarah is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association, the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork, and the Rugby Executive Business Network.

Oversaw and optimized program’s communications, calendaring, and stakeholder engagement. Assisted with USA Rugby Trust’s representative to orchestrate sponsor visits, interviews, dinners, and fundraisers. Oversaw planning and execution of all travel plans, flights, visas, hotel rooms, daily schedules, and on- ground transportation. Emil Signes Honoring – Project Manager Spearheaded campaign to honor a former National Coach (Emil Signes) that culminated in United World Sports, aka USA Sevens in dedicating an international trophy under his name.
