COUNTY COUNCIL ( PARISH AND FARMOOR) (PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2019

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 2 September 2019 Oxfordshire County Council made the above order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The order, which comes into force on 9 September amends the Oxfordshire County Council (Norreys Road and Chawley Lane, Cumnor) (Prohibition of Waiting) Order 1975 to introduce double yellow lines – ‘No Waiting at Any Time’ for road safety reasons on the following roads:

• B4017 Cumnor Road, Farmoor both sides, from its junction with the B4044 Road, southwards for 110 metres; • B4044 Oxford Road, Farmoor both sides, from a point 45 metres east of the B4017 Cumnor Road, westwards for 82 metres. • Delamere Way, both sides from its junction with for 115 metres.

If you wish to question the validity of this Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of this Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to this Order, you may within six weeks from the 2 September 2019 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
