WCTT, New Wimbledon Theatre Creative Learning and Music Foundation presents:

Grace has music playing in her head. She thinks it’s a curse. It takes her whole life to realise it’s a gift - and one she can’t ignore…

Grace will showcase the talents of 300 young people as actors, writers, singers, dancers and musicians and will take to the main stage at New Wimbledon Theatre on 14 July 2016. A unique collaboration between WCTT and Merton Music Foundation, Grace will feature original live music performed by local school children and a script created by a professional scriptwriter with a group of young writers. Six months in the making, Grace is the original story of a young girl, her passion for music and her struggle to have her voice heard. Participating Groups: Bond Primary, Cricket Green School, , Perseid School, Ricards Lodge High School, Rutlish School, WCTT Young Actors Company. Songwriting Schools: Abbotsbury, Hollymount and The Sherwood Primary Schools. House Band: Merton Youth Jazz Orchestra 2. Grace: A Youth Musical is supported using public funding by the National Lottery through Arts Council and funding from The Goldsmiths Company.
