Limits to Growth was written in 1971, Global 2000 was written in 1979, but insufficient progress has been made in population reduction.

B. Given global instabilities, including those in the former Soviet bloc, the need for form control of world technology, weaponry, and natural resources, is now absolutely mandatory. The immediate reduction of world population, according to the mid-1970’s recommendations of the Draper Fund,

C. The present vast over population, now far beyond the world carrying capacity cannot be answered by future reductions in the birth rate due to contraception, sterilization, abortion, but must be met in the present by the reduction in the numbers presently existing. The issue if falsely debated between a political and a cultural approach to population and resources, when in fact, faced with stubborn obstruction and day-to-day political despondency which make most of the leaders of the most populous poor countries unreliable, the issue is compulsory cooperation.

E. Compulsory cooperation is not debatable with 166 nations, most of whose leaders are irresolute, conditions by localist’ cultures,’ and lacking appropriate notions of the New World Order. Debate means delay and forfeiture of our goals and purpose.

F. The UN action against Iraq proves conclusively that resolute action on our part can sway other leaders to go along with the necessary program. The Iraq action proves that the aura of power can be projected and sustained and that the wave of history is sweeping forward.

PERILS TO BE HEEDED

There is twofold opposition which must be eliminated by quick action. There are rumblings among some of the ’South’ regions, notably Brazil and Malaysia, to thwart the aims of the UNCED Earth Charter and to thwart the international gathering in Brazil in June 1992.

There is also the unfortunate vacillation in our own ranks, an argument that the UNCED leaders have made the agenda ’too political’ and that the way must first be prepared on a less abrasive cultural basis.

We present only the most recent evidence: Gilberto Mello Mourao, the Brazilian writer, warned in the August 4, Folha de Sc Paulo that at Munich in 1938, ’It won’t be easy to row against the current of that type of ecological epidemic, unleashed against our country, which threatens the structure of our cultural, spiritual, and political values, and against our very national sovereignty... Messrs. Chamberlain and Daladier, heads of the governments of England and France, calmly offered the Brazilian Amazon to the Fuehrer.’ Hitler reportedly observed that since the Amazon was in south America, the United States would city the Monroe Doctrine and reject a German occupation of Brazilian territory. "Chamberlain and Daladier responded that the proposal had Washington’s backing.’

The prime minister of Malaysia, Mahathir Mohamad, announced on August 16 that his country may boycott the Earth Summit and stated that if the conference is used to suppress the Third World, it would be better for these nations to hold their own meeting. Speaking to newsmen in Petaling Java, Mahathir claimed that environmentalists have launched a global assault on Malaysia, while it is the developed nations, not Malaysia, who are polluting the environment.

Malaysias, Science, Technology, and Environment minister, Law Hieng Ding, Announced August 20 according to the New Straits times of August 23, that Malaysia is preparing a document entitled ’Greening the World’, urging developed countries to use wealth and technology to turn the deserts green. Ahmed Djoglas, Algeria’s delegate to the August 15 meeting of the UN Conference for Environment and Development, said August 23 in Geneva, according to the UN Inter Press Service that ’We have the old pattern of the North imposing the system and the South having to accept. Non-government organizations are saying that the North has hijacked the agenda, and they are right... They are prepared to let people die but not forests.’

The Malaysian Sunday Times editorial of August 16 said, ’Environmentalists make so much of their noble mission in protecting the Environment which sustains all of us... They do not credit Malaysians with much

Shades of precious fin de siecle romanticism; visions of the noble savage stalking big game in arboreal groves, in grunting communion with the voices of the land. The same kind of romantic claptrap that got natives all over the world sold down the river into slavery, decimated by small pox and clap, driven from their land into alcoholism and hopeless helplessness.

"Malaysia has had its fill of cultural and intellectual domination..."

The Brazilian Journal de Commercio on August 19 reported that Brazilian Foreign Minister Francisco Rezek said that is was ’hypocritical to campaign to preserve flora and fauna.. If the human race becomes extinct, there won’t be any sense in preserving an exuberant flora or fauna on this planet.’

Brazil’s chief of staff of the Amazon military command, General Thaumaturgo Sotoero Vaz, stated in an interview in the August 28 Folha de Sao Paulo, that the nations’ armed forces will not permit Eco-92 resolutions restricting Razi’s sovereignty over the Amazon or creating ’Indian nations’ within the region. The general did not rule out the possibility that Brazil could be subjected to ’something similar to what happened in the Persian Gulf,’ and declared that persons like Francois Mitterrand and Ted Kennedy would not be permitted to order reductions in or elimination of Brazil’s armed forces. Sotero Vaz said, ’If those idiots try to come in here, we’re going to give it to them and (treat them) like guerrillas....’ The governor of the Amazon, Gilberto Mestrinho, stated September 8, ’The generals’ position is the product of looking at reality.’

The president of the Industrial Federation of the Brazilian state of Para in the Amazon region, Fernando Flexa Ribiero, was quoted by the press September 14 as stating that environmentalists want to make the Amazon ’a sterile preservation.’ He said Eco-92 could ’promote colonialist practices.’

The Brazilian daily Tribuna de Impresa quoted Joann Grossi, a spokesperson for the U.S. Agency for International Development, as saying that sterilization is the family planning ’method preferred by President George Bush to increase the effectiveness of birth control in the Third World.’

The Italian Catholic weekly Il Sabato published a September 14 article by professor Franco Cardini stating:

"It must be said with utmost clarity that the plans of the International Monetary Fund for the (former) USSR and the eastern countries are infamous... The European Community is in the position to supply not only suggestions, but also capital and technological structures, but all this obstructs the plans of the New World Order, which is strictly hooked to the United States, the country that remains (have we forgotten?) the most indebted country in the world, and is facing a crisis of production exemplified by the crashes of the stock market and the big banks. It is this new frontier that re-emerging liberalists would like to propose to the former Soviet Union..."

The article has been much discussed in Poland, as the first frontal criticism of the International Monetary Fund and the free-market model from this quarter.

India’s delegate at the Geneva UNCED negotiations told the Earth Charter organizers, with the support of negotiators from China, the Philippines, Chile, Venezuela, Ethiopia, Ghana, and Malaysia, that ’we are not here as supplicants, and we have not come for aid,’ but ’compensatory financial flows’ to underdeveloped nations are required, according to the September 13 Indain press. The delegate, Chandrashekar Dasgupta, also strongly opposed plans to bring environmental matters under the UN Security Council, and insisted that ’development’ be put center stage instead of bracketed nest to the environment. He told newsmen that both India and China will have to be satisfied on these questions before they attend the Rio summit, declaring that without the assent of India and China, no charter will be worth the paper it is written on.

At the Non-aligned foreign ministers’ meeting in Ghana, India’s external affairs, Madhavsinyh Solanke, called September 11 for a comprehensive and integrated strategy on debt and a development consensus for this decade. The African group at the conference sponsored an urgent call for an international conference on debt.

Finance should serve industry, not the other way around, and government has a key role to play in certain sectors of the economy. Directed credit for special projects is sometimes necessary. Developing nations should look to Germany and Japan rather than the US and Britain as examples. The report deplores the tendency to introduce and ’Anglo-Saxon’ banking system into developing countries.

WHAT THE WORLDWIDE FUND FOR NATURE IS SAYING

An official of the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) said September 10 that the Geneva UNCED results were ’absolutely a serious setback. There will be no convention on forests by June 1992 for Brazil. Nobody wants to say it publicly, but the forests convention is finished. The situation has reached a deadlock. This is the first casualty for the UNCED process. Increasingly, we heard the statements of Mahathir, and these can be serious. We hope it is just a tactic to precipitate new negotiations, but it has the potential to set the ball rolling and cause other countries besides Malaysia to withdraw. It is a very difficult situation.’

A senior advisor on ecological affairs to Britain’s Prince Philip said September 15 that Eco-92 organizer Maurice Strong has ’over-politicized’ the issue of environmentalism and had raised ’ridiculously messianic expectations’ for the Earth summit. ’Strong is mis-focusing attention away from a clear and present danger confronting the entire ecology movement: The general shift in paradigm toward favoring economic growth, in the former communist nations... We should be avoiding too much overt politicking. We should concentrate on change-of-awareness models, and attack the under lying ethical-moral considerations that motivate people. Eastern Europe and the soviet Union, that is our biggest challenge. We will have a major problem if they try to achieve the level of economic growth of the advanced Western nations. This is potentially one of our biggest challenges, and Prince Philip is getting more and more involved in dealing with it.

’Strong is somebody who spent too much time at his wife’s New Age center, it obviously touched his mind. It all th reminds me of the so-called Millerites of the 19 century, who predicted that the world would come to an end at some point in 1844, so they all went into the mountains to prepare. The world didn’t come to an end, and the Millerites became the Jehovah’s Witnesses. That is what I see happening with the Earth Summit. Just listen to Strong talk about ’the most significant event in human history ever,’ and ’the last chance to save the planet. ’What could be more ridiculous, and guaranteed to create a mess? We see the backlash already, in the reactions of various Third World countries.’

WHAT MUST BE DONE

In the fact of mounting opposition from Third World elements, certain forces in the Eastern European and Russian regions, and by the Vatican, and certain weak-kneed response within the ecology effort, what really is the purpose of traipsing around America to convince a handful of farmers, unionists, local officials, churchmen, and university environmentalists of the necessity of the Earth Charter? If one truly wished to convert the the American public, would it not be necessary to say fully, openly and explicitly what must be done? And that it must be done now?

Do you really imagine that parading some Third Worlders before ’hearing’ conducted by local celebrities, the Third World will simply quiet down, or that the American press coverage of these events will overwhelm this opposition?

Will you take action now that President Bush has the political momentum or wait until you must convince America to fight a hundred Vietnams simultaneously? This is the time to save the Anglo-Saxon race and it most glorious production: the Anglo-Saxon system of banking, insurance and trade.

C. The security Council of the UN will take possession of all natural resources, including the watersheds and great forests, to be used and preserved for the good of the Major nations of the Security Council.

D. The Security Council of the UN will explain that not all races and peoples are equal, nor should they be. Those races proven superior by superior achievements ought to rule the lesser races, caring for them on sufferance that they cooperate with the Security Council. Decision-making, including banking, trade, currency rates, and economic development plans, will be made in stewardship by the Major Nations.

E. All of the above constitute the New World Order, in which Order, all nations, regions and races will cooperate with the decisions of the Major Nations of the Security Council.

The purpose of this document is to demonstrate that action delayed could well be fatal. On May 7-13, 2012. The Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Tribunal will be hearing the second charge of Crime of Torture and War Crimes against former U.S. President George W. Bush and his associates namely Richard Cheney, former U.S. Vice President, Donald Rumsfeld, former Defence Secretary, Alberto Gonzales, then Counsel to President Bush, David Addington, then General Counsel to the Vice-President, William Haynes II, then General Counsel to Secretary of Defense, Jay Bybee, then Assistant Attorney General, and John Choon Yoo, former Deputy Assistant Attorney-General.

This is one of the first times in history that lawyers have been charged with war crimes for rendering misleading legal advice in an attempt to exonerate war crimes by their principals and governments.

The Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Tribunal is constituted of eminent persons with legal qualifications.

The judges of the Tribunal, which is headed by retired Malaysian Federal Court judge Tan Sri Dato Lamin bin Haji Mohd Yunus, who also served as an ad litem judge at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Republic of Yugoslavia, include other notable names such as Mr Alfred Lambremont Webre, a Yale graduate, who authored several books on politics, Tunku Sofiah Jewa, practising lawyer and author of numerous publications on International Law, Prof Salleh Buang, former Federal Counsel in the Attorney-General Chambers and retired Court of Appeal judge Datuk Mohd Sa’ari Yusof.

The prosecution for the trial will be led by Prof Gurdial Singh Nijar, prominent law professor and author of several law publications and Prof Francis Boyle, leading American professor, practitioner and advocate of international law, and assisted by a team of lawyers.

Additionally, and/or on the basis and in furtherance thereof, the Accused persons authorized, or connived in, the commission of acts of torture and cruel, degrading and inhuman treatment against victims in violation of international law, treaties and conventions including the Convention against Torture 1984 and the Geneva

The Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Commission (KLWCC) following the due process of the law is bringing this charge against the accused.

In 2009, the Commission, having received complaints from torture victims from Guantanamo and Iraq, proceeded to conduct a painstaking and an in-depth investigation for close to two years.

Two charges on war crimes were drawn and filed against the accused persons.

The Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Tribunal had heard the first charge in November 2011 against the two accused, former U.S. President George W. Bush and former British Prime Minister Anthony L. Blair who were after a 4- day trial found guilty of Crimes Against Peace.

These two former heads of state violated the United Nations Charter and international law when they planned, prepared and invaded the sovereign state Iraq on 19 March 2003 without just cause.

At the first hearing in November 2011, the Tribunal had permitted the prosecution’s application to hear only the first charge. The second charge will now be heard at the second Tribunal hearing from 7 – 12 May 2012.

Point to note is that victims of torture will also be called to give evidence before the Tribunal. The cries of these victims have thus far gone unheeded by the international community.

The fundamental human right to be heard has been denied to them.

These witnesses will testify on the torture they had endured during their incarceration. The accused will have a right to cross-examine them as in any open court hearing.

The Tribunal will adjudicate and evaluate the evidence presented as in any court of law.

The judges of the Tribunal must be satisfied that the charges are proven beyond reasonable doubt and deliver a reasoned judgement.

In the event the tribunal convicts any of the accused, the only sanction is that the name of the guilty person will be entered in the Commission’s Register of War Criminals and publicised worldwide.

The tribunal is a tribunal of conscience and a peoples’ initiative.

The prosecution for the trial will be lead by Prof Gurdial Singh Nijar, prominent law professor and author of several law publications and Prof Francis Boyle, leading American professor, practitioner and advocate of international law, and assisted by a team of lawyers.

The trial will be a public hearing held in an open court on 7-12 May 2012 at the premises of the Kuala Lumpur Foundation to Criminalise War (KLFCW) at 88, Jalan Perdana, Kuala Lumpur. The hearing is open to members of the public.

At this time your efforts are being amplified a thousand times a thousand fold by your I AM Presence and the Company of Heaven. The Taurus Full Moon is another activity of Light that usually occurs during the month of May. That Full Moon is celebrated as the Wesak Festival, which honors the birth and Enlightenment of the Buddha, as well as Humanity’s shift into Enlightened Consciousness.

This factor amplified the Gifts of Wesak. May 5th also carried the numerological frequency of 5-5-5 since 2012 is a 5 year. There were many global meditations and gatherings that took place on that day to take advantage of this rare frequency. Numerically 5 is the number for rejuvenation on all planes and the birthing of new life. It is the number that carries the momentum of freedom, change, and new opportunities. Five is the frequency of the 5th Solar Aspect of Deity which reverberates with the Divine Qualities of Illumined Truth, Healing, Concentration, and Consecration. All of these frequencies were greatly amplified by the Super Moon and the triple 5 day of May 5, 2012.   Customers walk out of the Bank … The United States opened its banking market to China's biggest bank ICBC, for the first time clearing a takeover of a US bank by a Chinese state-controlled company. Just days after high-level US-China economic talks in Beijing, the Federal Reserve approved an application from Industrial and Commercial Bank of China to buy a majority stake in the US subsidiary of Bank of East Asia. The transaction will make ICBC the first Chinese state-controlled bank to acquire retail bank branches in the United States. ICBC has been the most aggressive of China's "big four" banks in expanding abroad. Outside China, it operates subsidiary banks in Asian countries and has branches in a number of countries including Germany, Japan and Singapore. According to the Fed, the bank has total assets of roughly $2.5 trillion.

As part of the deal, ICBC and two state-backed financial firms -- China's sovereign wealth fund, the China Investment Corporation (CIC), and Central Huijin Investment -- will be recognized as bank holding companies, regulated as commercial US banks. The Fed said the takeover may not occur before May 15, or later than three months from Wednesday. The broad expansion of China's footprint in the US market comes amid a series of financial reforms in China that could begin to open the lucrative market to US firms. After the May 3-4 talks in Beijing, the US Treasury noted China had made "encouraging progress" on a number of issues, including taking steps toward a more open and market-oriented financial system. The Fed said Wednesday that the ICBC proposed acquisition, which is "relatively small," would not have much of an impact on the banking market. "The combined deposits of the relevant institutions in the Metropolitan New York banking market represent less than one percent of market deposits," the central bank noted. ICBC already has banking and financial services in the United States through its New York branch and its subsidiary broker-dealer. The competition includes Bank of China branches in the New York metropolitan area, and CIC, which has a noncontrolling stake in Morgan Stanley. ICBC will pay $140 million to buy an 80 percent interest in Bank of East Asia USA, China's state news agency Xinhua reported in January 2011, at the time the deal was signed. "This unprecedented acquisition of a controlling stake in a US commercial bank by a mainland bank is strategically significant," Xinhua quoted ICBC chairman Jiang Jianqing as saying. The Fed said its Board also consulted with the China Banking Regulatory Commission, the country's main banking regulator, and pointed to steady improvement in regulation since its founding in 2003. "For a number of years, authorities in China have continued to enhance the standards of consolidated supervision to which banks in China are subject, including through additional or refined statutory authority, regulations, and guidance," it said. In other Fed board decisions, Bank of China, the third-largest bank, won approval for a branch in Chicago. Bank of China operates two insured federal branches in New York City and an uninsured branch in Los Angeles. Agricultural Bank of China, the fourth-largest bank, was set to establish a branch in New York City, where it already operates a representative office.

Kauffman, who hosted a weekly talk radio program on WOND, was found around 11:30 a.m. Thursday by a worker who called 911. Kauffman reportedly lived with her husband, a physician, near the Jersey shore in Linwood, about 12 miles from Atlantic City. In a statement released to FoxNews.com, Sen. Robert Menendez, D-N.J., said he was "incredibly shocked and saddened" to learn the news about Kauffman, known throughout the region as a fierce advocate for veterans. "Quite simply, April was a patriot in every sense of the word and her tireless work on behalf of those who served made a real difference in the lives of many," Menendez said. "The Atlantic County community has lost one of its most passionate voices, and she will be missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family and friends in this difficult time." Harry Hurley, who did several radio broadcasts with Kauffman, told The Press of Atlantic City that Kauffman; "Did the work of 100 people." The newspaper reported Friday that Kauffman recently helped to raise money for Army Staff Sgt. Kevin Snow, a father of five who was left severely disabled after fighting in Iraq. The Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office, which is handling all media inquiries in the case, was tight-lipped about the crime but said no arrests had been made as of Friday morning. The prosecutor's office as well as the Linwood Police Department are investigating. Neighbors reportedly told local station KYW-TV that when Kauffman's husband left her in the early morning Thursday, she was sleeping with a pillow over her face. This programming system is known as karma. With advance wave-form generating technology on the astral plane, they manipulate astral currents of planetary energies and use them for malevolent astrological influences. Immediately after that, events were set into motion (Keenan lawsuit) that will finally result in our ultimate liberation. This time there can be no invasion of Archons from outer space, since planet Earth is the last one to be liberated. The decisive battle is expected to happen around the Venus transit portal on June 5th. We are already within the timeframe of that decisive turning point. Although the victory of Light is ensured and all negative timelines have been erased, we need to be extremely vigilant. Archons on the astral plane will continue to exert pressure on the psychological weak spots of the key players of the positive forces on Earth to create divisions and conflicts between them. This serves their purpose to diffuse our focus into petty quarrels and away from our focused intent of taking down the Cabal. We need to release those conflicts and refocus immediately. This is going to represent a few very important pieces of the overall puzzle of how we are going to shift this planet and everyone upon it into an ascended frequency of being. One key aspect of this shift is going to be the “cleaning up of consciousness” of all of humanity, which is no small task, to be sure. This article will cover in detail the major obstacle to this consciousness clean-up, as well as a solution that needs your help to succeed. I briefly wrote last year about a “living cloud of shadows” surrounding this planet, populated by energy parasites. These parasitic beings have chosen to experiment with the illusions of separation, fear, darkness, isolation, conquering, enslavement, pain, suffering, torture, etc. to the strongest degree possible. In doing so, they have completely cut themselves off from the nourishing Light of Being that supports life in the universe. The result is that they must energetically nourish themselves by feeding on low-frequency energies that resonate with their chosen mode of expression. These beings call themselves “Archons” which means “Rulers” or “Lords” because they see themselves as the rulers and enslavers of humanity. (The ancient Gnostics first gave them this title in their writings based on direct psychic experiences with these beings.) While these unseen being’s clever enslavement and manipulation of humanity has been quite successful up until now, I will NEVER address them as my ruler or superior in any way, just like I wouldn’t consider physical, intestinal parasites as my superior even though they might cause me physical discomfort until I remove them from my body. Our thoughts have power – much more than we often realize. Words and titles have power because they frame our thoughts into a certain set of beliefs without us even realizing it. Calling a “royal” human “Your Highness” automatically places them above you in your mind. Calling a judge “Your Honor” achieves the same thing. Therefore it very is important that when you think about these energy parasites, that you NEVER call them “Archon” because you will be literally handing them your power and energy by doing so. I prefer to call them Ankle Biters. This lets them know exactly what I think of them, which is that they are lowly parasites, an infection of consciousness that will be purged from my system through proper use of my will via energetic clearing and transmutation. This also serves to really make them angry which exposes them and makes them easier to deal with. In spite of their self-proclaimed status as “Rulers” of humanity, they hide like little worms in the shadows of our minds, sending impulses of low-frequency emotion and thought to our ego and emotional bodies in order to elicit a low-frequency emotional energy that they can consume. Because they love to hide, they need to be “flushed out” into the open in order to be dealt with, so a healthy dose of disrespect and a little arrogance are necessary ingredients when confronting these parasites.

A Little Back Story Once upon a time, on this very planet in the far distant past, human beings were infinitely more

We built vast cities with technology that worked in harmony with Earth’s energetic fields. We were in full alignment with our Divine Inner Self while expressing ourselves in physicality in a wide variety of life-affirming ways. This unlimited expression of Divine Selfhood was viewed by the ankle biters as a threat to their very existence, because the 3rd density has been dominated by them for a very long time on other worlds. To have a 3rd density world be completely free from their manipulations and feeding was something that they could not allow without a fight. The problem for them was that Earth humans were so powerful we could literally brush them off with a thought. These beings only have power over others who they have manipulated and put into fear. A fully aware human who knows their Inner Divine Self cannot be dominated by these parasitic beings in any way. The ankle biters will simply be metaphorically spanked for misbehaving and sent away. However, these ankle biters are possibly the most clever manipulators in the universe, simply because ALL they know is manipulation and deceit. Practice makes perfect, after all. They studied these immensely powerful humans, lusting after the power and energy that they could drain from them if only they could figure out a way to manipulate, conquer and enslave them. They devised a plan to very carefully manipulate a few humans in positions of power into making an innocent mistake with terrible, cataclysmic repercussions. These humans were experimenting with new methods of harnessing and transmitting energy in vast quantities. The experiments were unprecedented and very ambitious — too ambitious because the ankle biters were secretly influencing some of these humans through their ego mind to push the envelope of what was thought to be possible. When an advanced phase of testing at the north pole of the planet went disastrously wrong, this large, extremely powerful device exploded with such force that it caused tremendous cataclysms on the planet, rapidly melting huge swaths of ice and creating a flood that destroyed nearly every coastal area on the planet within a day. The vast amount of death and destruction was unimaginable, and only a remnant of the many billions of humans survived. Heavily traumatized, grief stricken at the loss of their loved ones and focused only on physical survival, they fled to safe locations to try and rebuild their once great civilization. This story sounds much like what we know of as the “Fall of Atlantis” but it actually occurred long prior to the civilization of Atlantis, even though it too perished in a similar manner many centuries later. The incredible trauma of this experience caused a loss of perception in the survivors, making them less aware of the other dimensions that are always mingling with 3rd density. They simply couldn’t take the time to focus on any other density but this one, because their physical survival depended on being fully focused on the physical realm. At the same time, the human’s deep emotional pain, grief and wounding gave the ankle biters a tremendous amount of low-frequency energy that they could consume, allowing them to feast on the suffering of the surviving humans and grow more powerful. The ankle biters found that as long as they stayed carefully hidden that they could send a small thought-form into the minds of the traumatized humans reminding them of all that they had lost. This would create a cascade of painful thoughts and emotions in the person that would generate more energetic food for the ankle biters. As each subsequent generation of humanity was born, the ankle biters became more bold and instituted a program of direct interference into human consciousness. They subliminally programmed humans to be blind to their presence, allowing them to more directly influence a person’s thoughts. They also programmed human consciousness to recoil away from any mention of the ankle biters or their dark influence over humans, so that when

Finally, in their most brilliantly sinister move, they reprogrammed the human ego to resemble their own ego, and encouraged the ego consciousness to dominate all other levels of our being. They essentially reprogrammed humans to be like them: fearful, jealous, petty, dishonest, brutal, enslaving, murderous, unforgiving, punishing, etc. This insured that humans would be easy to manage as an energetic food source for thousands and thousands of years. These layers of programming have been in place in the human thought system ever since, perpetuating the discordant misadventures that we know as human history.

The Dark Control Grid Over time, the ankle biters built an energy-feeding structure surrounding the entire planet which allows them to automatically gather human-generated low-frequency energy and send fearful or other low-frequency messages into human consciousness to keep people generating energetic food for the ankle biters. This structure exists in a “higher” density than this one, so it can only be perceived psychically or when out of body. I first discovered it in 1997 during an out of body journey, but I had no idea what it was. I was very promptly intercepted by two beings who disguised themselves as “guides” but their energy felt more like prison guards than any kind of benevolent guide. Over the years I have gathered information about this control grid, but I still don’t know as much about it as I would like. Here is what I do know. This structure is like a dark web of energy surrounding the planet that is heavy and oppressive. It serves to block energies coming to the Earth from the galactic core and other parts of the galaxy, but it cannot stop them completely. The grid is programmed with “negative feedback” that sends subtle signals into the sub-conscious and ego mind to keep people focused on low-frequency beliefs and thought patterns. This “dark control grid” is programmed with an artificial intelligence to self-repair and notify ankle biters when it is damaged. The grid supports the ankle biter “collectors”, which are living amoeba-like beings that connect to nearly every person on the planet, soaking up all of the low- frequency energies that we give off in our daily lives. Ankle biters travel through this grid to attend to problems or directly oppress a person who’s energy frequency is getting too lofty for the dark agenda. The “bosses” in the ankle-biter hierarchy usually appear with a “reptilian” humanoid appearance, although they can disguise themselves with many different appearances. The ankle biters have leveraged their advantages over humans to completely corrupt what we think of as “human nature.” You may be wondering what “human nature” would be without these ankle biters and their dark control grid. What has been thought of as “human nature” to lie, cheat, steal, rape, enslave and murder is a false program installed into the human mind, and is NOT truly human nature at all. True human nature is compassionate, caring, sensitive, loving, forgiving, cooperative, empathic, creative, energetic, joyful, inquisitive, irrepressible, non-conformist, uplifting and DIVINE. In order to reestablish our TRUE human nature, we need to jettison the false programming of the ankle biters.

Then as authority figures, media, peers, the dark control grid, and the world at large convince a child that they are NOT divine, this inner divine energy leaves the body and sits above a person, waiting patiently to be reintegrated back into the heart center once again. Because our divine energy is seemingly “above” us, it gets termed the Higher Self. So from this point forward, whenever you hear “Higher Self” in any of the AscensionHelp recordings or anywhere else, please substitute “Inner Divine Self” and notice the subtle but powerful shift in your awareness that arises from this change. Instead of seeing your Divine Self’s light above you, see it emanating from your heart center. Instead of bringing an aspect of your divine nature into you, you are going to be expanding it from deep within you. It may seem like a small thing, but this difference is very powerful, I assure you. Once your Divine Inner Light is expanded from your heart and surrounding your entire body, you can send a beam of loving energy to the core of the planet interact with it energetically. All of this can be done without drawing too much ankle biter attention to yourself, so stick to this when you need a smooth, easy, uplifting energy experience with minimal “push back” from the control grid.

Dissolving the Dark Control Grid As I mentioned before, one of the dark control grid’s functions is to block energy coming to Earth from the galactic core. Fortunately, this grid has been weakened, and it has “holes” in it allowing the galactic energy to come through in ever increasing amounts. The ankle biters know that their time is almost up, and they are desperately doing everything that they can to keep human consciousness in a low-frequency state. One result of their increasing desperation is that they are aggressively interfering with anyone who is raising their consciousness and frequency rate. That means you, and that means me. This is war to them, and they will do whatever they can to keep you, me and everyone feeling sad, fearful, depressed, disempowered, etc. One look at the news will confirm this. So what can you do to help this situation? A lot! The “basic training” in energy-clearing is given freely in the Self-Clearing System. You will need to apply the minor changes in focus I wrote about above so that you are fully aware that you are tapping into your own Inner Divine Power and unleashing it. Always remember that YOU are the Power that these ankle biters covet and feed from. They pretend to be strong, but their strength comes from YOU. Ankle biters have NOTHING within them that is anywhere NEAR as powerful as a single human being with full awareness of their True Divine Nature. Once your Inner Divine Light is expanded and you are connected to the Earth’s core, imagine that you are projecting a beam of light from your Divine Inner Core straight up and into the core of the galaxy. Your light beam will pierce the Dark Control Grid and arrive at the galactic core almost instantly. Then say to the Galactic Core, “I am ready to be a Galactic Conduit” at which point you will receive a “Cosmic Flush” of galactic energy. This is a minor change from the way of doing the cosmic flush in the original Self-Clearing System recordings, because YOU are initiating the energetic connection to the Galactic Core, then acting as a Galactic Conduit for the Galaxy’s consciousness to transmit its energy directly through you and into the planet. This is an important distinction because it reinforces the notion that YOU are the Power that is initiating the cosmic flush. You’re not a weak little person asking for help from the galactic core, but rather you are a

Without YOU volunteering to be a Galactic Conduit, it would be much more difficult to dissolve the dark control grid when the time is right. Imagine hundreds and thousands of people all over the planet piercing the dark control grid and conducting a Cosmic Flush directly into the planet’s core, and that light spreading to everyone who can receive it. Imagine the ankle biters dashing around frantically trying to repair the holes in the control grid while the people stand strong as Galactic Conduits in spite of the ankle biter’s attempts to get them to stop and think fearful or sad thoughts instead.

Kicking the Ant Hill I know that the idea of attracting ankle biter attention isn’t very appealing, and I would certainly prefer to relax on a beach in Hawaii, but the fact remains that they will interfere with anyone who is actively raising their frequency of consciousness, and they have done so throughout human history. Their favorite technique is to send in a reminder about things that are “wrong” in your life, especially if they can distract you into blaming someone else for that “problem” that is suddenly on your mind. Other dirty tricks they use are distractions to do something fun or something you “need” to do, as long it gets you to STOP embodying a high frequency energy state. Sometimes they will launch an all out psychic attack. Often, they will attempt to get at you while you are asleep or doing something unrelated to energy work. All of these tricks can be countered. When you notice ankle biters trying to interfere with your thoughts, emotions or energy, immediately start expanding your Divine Inner Light from your heart until it surrounds your body. This pure, intense light of your Divine Being is painful for these low-frequency ankle biters to be near, and they will withdraw. (I think this may be where the myth of the “blood sucking” vampire who can’t stand sunlight comes from…) However, even when withdrawn, the ankle biters will have a thin “energy tube” connected to you somewhere in your consciousness that they will use to send harmful energy or siphon off your emotional energy. Command from your Divine Core that the ankle biters present be captured in “containment orbs,” which are energetic spheres of light that keep them from running away and hiding. Then do an energy refund to send their “tubes” and any other connections they have formed in your consciousness back to them. Now, for just a few moments, it’s ok to get a little angry as a temporary way to rise above feeling helpless. Not blinding rage, but a little righteous indignation that these parasites have been messing with you is OK to entertain for a moment. This is a step up from feeling like a helpless victim to these parasites, which is how they WANT you to feel. Just don’t stay angry for long, and instead work to move your frequency higher. Staying totally calm and forgiving should be your ultimate goal, but if a little anger helps get you out of feeling like a victim to the parasites, go for it. I tell you this so that you don’t “feel bad” if you get mad at these parasites for a moment. However, it is important not to engage them in a constant state of anger, as that anger energy will actually FEED them, which we obviously don’t want. Once they are contained, imagine that you are grabbing them and “squeezing” them to get them to let go of YOUR energy that they have been draining from you. See that low-frequency energy pooling in front of you, then hit it with a blast of light from your heart to purify and transmute it back to a state of pure energy, and reclaim that energy back into your being. At this point, the ankle biters will be upset and trying to make you feel bad about yourself in any way that they can. I suggest that you laugh at them and remind them that they were NEVER given

Then ask the Galaxy Being to “arrest” them and offer them the choice of returning to the light or being incarcerated somewhere that they can’t harm or drain anyone, ever again. In the past, I used to do a “catch and release” with the ankle biters, but things have changed. We are nearing the point where it is time to fully remove the ankle biters’ influence from Earth, and to dismantle their dark control grid. This means that it is ok to ask the Galaxy Being to incarcerate these ankle biters, and to offer them the option to begin healing and gradually coming back to the light. Offering them the chance to heal and return to the light is an important point to focus on. Ultimately, everything in the universe comes from a single Divine Consciousness, even the darkest of the ankle biters. This means they will eventually re-align themselves with the light and begin their journey of returning to Source, so we are simply acting as Divine Conduits to assist this process to unfold more rapidly. Ankle biters won’t see this as a good thing due to their lack of empathy, and they may even try to make you feel like you are violating their free will. However, humanity’s free will has been repeatedly violated by these parasitic beings, so they are no longer allowed total free will. The only choices remaining to them are to heal and return to the light, or to remain as they are while being “incarcerated” and prevented from harming anyone else.

The Beginning of the End of the Darkness The ankle biters are not going to give up easily, and they are already fighting back with everything they have. Their increased frequency and intensity of attacks on lightworkers and casual meditators alike reveals their desperation. They have been weakened by the generally rising consciousness on the planet and they are very dangerous, like an animal backed into a corner. In order for the plan to remove their influence from human consciousness to work, we need an army of lightworkers expanding their Inner Divine Light and acting as Galactic Conduits, piercing the dark control grid full of holes that allow tremendous light to stream into the earth. If we can do our part here on the ground, the non-incarnated members of the Forces of Light will be able to make the final move and strip away the dark control grid from this planet, resulting in an instant uplifting of all life on Earth. I can’t emphasize strongly enough how important this step is in our planetary ascension. This dark control grid has been corrupting and stifling human consciousness for many, many millennia. When it is removed along with the ankle biters, it will be like an instant consciousness expansion for every person on the planet. Imagine everyone suddenly being free of the “dark side of human nature” so that the true glory of loving human consciousness can expand within the hearts and minds of everyone on Earth. I wrote about this in my December message as if it was just a thought exercise. It’s much more than that, it is part of our journey of awakening that must occur. Most people won’t even know what happened, just that they feel MUCH better, more relaxed, happier and ready to help others.

No Obligation! It is up to you if you want to participate at this level, and it is fine if you don’t want to or you aren’t able due to circumstances in your life. If things are energetically smooth in your life and you are not drawn to the idea of helping with the clean-up of the ankle biters, I fully respect that decision. However, if you want to “seize the moment” and use this opportunity to become more powerful, compassionate and ultimately more forgiving, this might be for you. Also, if you find that

If this is the case for you, I strongly urge you to incorporate the techniques laid out in this article to more effectively deal with the ankle biters. To participate, at least once a day, simply do the focus/meditation described above, expanding your Inner Divine Light, connecting to the Earth’s core and the Galactic Core, state your intention to serve as a Galactic Conduit and let the energy flow, piercing a nice big hole in the dark control grid. When the ankle biters show up, contain them, gently laugh at them, defy them, reclaim your energy from them, refund their machinations back to them, and have the Galaxy Being “arrest” them.

Your Subconscious Environment It is important to be aware that the ankle biters use our own sub-conscious beliefs as “portals” into our psyche. Every unhealed wound in our sub-conscious is like a “pressure point” that they can squeeze to elicit an emotional response from us. This is one reason why self-clearing is so important. Whenever you deal with ankle biters, after you have had them “arrested,” be sure to take some time to work on peeling the deeper layers of sub-conscious issues that they used to hook into you in the first place. Ankle biters will very often manipulate people in their dream state to reinstall or strengthen limiting sub-conscious programming. Fear is their primary tool, so they will embed fearful scenarios in the dream state in order to make a person susceptible to their programming. It is very much like a form of hypnotic suggestion, and it requires tremendous self-awareness to break free from this programmed mind system. Each night before you go to sleep, invoke your Divine Inner Self from your heart and declare that you will dream safely within your Divine Inner Light. State that you intend to remember ALL of your dreams, so that you can dissolve any limiting sub-conscious beliefs that are revealed in your dreams. In the morning, take 10 minutes to reclaim energy from any limitations or fears that were exposed in your dreams. Even if you can’t remember them, take those few minutes to expand your Inner Divine Light, clear your energy field and start your day from your inner divine inspiration. The more clear you get, the less the ankle biters will be able to manipulate you into low-frequency emotional patterns. Always remind yourself, “I am the Power they want” and then stand strong in the power of your Divine Inner Self. Blaze your light like a million suns, for you are so much more than you realize, and soon you will know without any doubt how powerful you truly are.
