He brings a successful career of over 35 years in external auditing applied in strategic planning of major events, in addition he advises high performance training centers. Isidre’s areas of expertise are program & project management, organizational development, external auditing applied to major events, and sports infrastructure development. During the Summer Olympic Games of Barcelona’92 he led sports logistics, following the games he founded the sports consulting firm SummaSports. The company acted as internal consultant for IOC during major events such as Sidney 2000, Salt Lake City 2002, Athens 2004, Torino 2006 and Beijing 2008, amongst others. In addition, he led event bidding and operations for international events such as FINA World Championships Barcelona 2003, Candidate city bid Madrid 2012 and 2016, Davis Cup Final Barcelona 2009, and World Roller Games Barcelona 2018. He collaborates with high performance centers such as CARSant Cugat and is currently advising on the development of an altitude high performance center in Andorra at 2508m. Recent "Big Ideas" include launching a new esports franchise and winning the NBA2K League Championship in 2019, completing the Target Center renewal, developing the training complex at Mayo Clinic Square, acquiring and transitioning the G-League franchise in Iowa, rebranding the three franchises, and international projects and business initiatives in China. He led the organization's efforts in esports with the creation and management of the T- Wolves Gaming franchise. This team plays in the NBA2K League and won the championship in its first year as an expansion team. As part of the effort, I led the design and construction of a next-generation esports training facility. He has extensive experience related to cross sectorial collaboration between sport, health and employment for public entities.     Equality in Saudi Arabia Workforce Dr. Amal Hatem Galloway PhD in human resources management, Curtin University, Western Australia E-mail: [email protected] Abstract The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has adopted a long-term strategy for the development of Saudi human resources and the creation of a national workforce to promote the development of the national economy. The Kingdom's interest in human resources development included both men and women, which opened the opportunity for women to join the Saudi workforce without interfering with religion and in the context of customs and traditions. Companies in the public or private sectors must comply with legislative requirements that ensure both diversity and equality of their workforce. There are still administrative, regulatory, and social obstacles that prevent women from joining the labor market. Saudi women, who account for 51 percent of the total population, account for 16 percent of the total workforce, mainly in the education and medical sectors, as the educational options available to Saudi women are limited to specific areas. Equality in the Saudi workforce has a long way to go, but there are encouraging signs that the issue is now gaining momentum in the Kingdom, in this paper the author is highlighting the challenges faced by Saudi Arabia women and the equality situation nowadays. We are also very pleased about our 2022 site selection process and the incredible number of cities worldwide interested in hosting Gay Games XI.
