Julie Gardner Curriculum Vitae 2011 JULIE GARDNER CURRICULUM VITAE 2011 Julie Gardner has extensive experience in the music industry with a career spanning over twenty years. She started out as a studio recording and mixing engineer, working at London’s International Studios Townhouse and Olympic and progressed into producing and production management of live music shoots for TV, DVD, CD, Radio and Internet. As a producer, Julie is multi-skilled in audio and visual and has directly worked on all areas of shoots and postproduction, from conceptual ideas to delivering masters for factory duplication. Today Julie Produces, production manages and line produces- putting together budgets, crew and equipment for shoots utilizing her large network of highly skilled operators and technicians and overseeing all work in progress. When not working in the live arena, she still records and mixes audio, recording studio albums, and mixing music for DVD / Broadcast releases in 5.1 surround. Since starting in the music business, Julie has worked with a wide variety of top line artists including: The Pretenders, Joe Jackson, Van Morrison, The Black Crowes, Stephen Stills, Eric Clapton, Ringo Starr, Roger Taylor, Sinead O’Connor, Keane, OMD, McFly, Bullet For My Valentine, John Legend, Pulp, Jamiroquai, Stephen Stills, Elvis Costello to name a few. Given a budget she approached brands to donate as well as purchased equipment, microphones and software to equip an SSL recording room and ProTools programming room. September 1997 she went to Bosnia to oversee the build of the rooms and ensure all equipment was installed correctly. We have since worked with Julie on projects with our other artists, including Neil Young.     ADAM AND THE ANTS Adam and the Ants were formed in 1977 in London, England. They existed in two incarnations. One of which lasted from 1977 until 1982 known as The Ants.
