The hammer will be conducted Friday night (5 p.m.) while all other events 29-1 MPSF Championships Seattle, WA M 8 Iowa State Last Chance Ames, IA will be contested Saturday (field events at noon and running events at 5:30 p.m.). 8 Washington Last Chance Seattle, WA 14-15 NCAA Championships Fayetteville, AR TWICE AS NICE Last weekend, the Sun Devils traveled 21 student-athletes to the 2008 NCAA Indoor Track OUTDOOR SEASON 21-22 Baldy Castillo Invitational Tempe & Field Championships and returned with both the men's and women's national team titles, 28-29 ASU Invitational Tempe accomplishing the feat for just the second time in NCAA history (LSU did so in 2004). The A 3-4 Jim Click Multis Tucson, AZ women scored 51 points with LSU finishing second with 43 points in the women's race while 5 Jim Click Invitational Tucson, AZ the men edged out favorite Florida State, 44-41, for their first indoor team crown. 4-5 Stanford Invitational Palo Alto, CA 11-12 29th Sun Angel Classic Tempe BY THE NUMBERS 17-20 Mt. SAC Relays Walnut, CA The titles earned by the Sun Devil men and women are the 134th and 135th national titles 25-26 Oregon Relays Eugene, OR 25-26 Drake Relays Des Moines, IA captured by Arizona State in school history. The wins are the 39th and 66th national titles for M 3 Double Dual (UA/NAU) Tucson, AZ the men and women, respectively, while 30 other titles were won in coed events (20 in mixed 4 Cardinal Classic Palo Alto, CA archery and 10 in mixed badminton). 9-10 Pac-10 Multi-Events Tempe 16-17 Pac-10 Championships Tempe REPEAT 30-31 NCAA West Region Northridge, CA With the team victory, the Sun Devil women successfully defended their first national tittle J 11-14 NCAA Championships Des Moines, IA won last year when the team captured the 2007 NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships 27-6 US Olympic Trials Eugene, OR in Fayetteville, Ark.
