The Head of office concerned will give effect to this order forthwith and report the date of relief and joining duty of the incumbents to this office and to all concerned promptly.

The Deputy Director of Panchayats should ensure that the transfer/promotions ordered above will be implemented before 31.10.2007 and report compliance.

The officers so promoted and posted in the offices with in their native district will have no future claim to continue in the stations by virtue of promotion if their seniors are working in the stations out side the district.
