DAILY PERFORMANCE REVIEW Monday, 6th August, 2012

SENIOR OPERATING OFFICER’S SUMMARY Day ten of the Olympics passed off reasonably well for our customers for the duration of traffic hours. Incident wise, the day started with a signalling problem at North Wembley on the , however trains were cleared early out of Harrow & Wealdstone to alleviate late running. Mid-morning, a customer accessed the track at Park on the , traction current was discharged on the southbound road and a track search commenced. The customer was apprehended having made their way to Seven Sisters; this incident also caused service delays to the as trains were cautioned through the area. During the evening peak there were signalling problems on the northbound road at Harrow-on-the-Hill, however services were maintained owing to good work by the line team. The Bakerloo Line also provided an additional service train, owing to increased customer demand at Wembley Central for customers exiting the planned football at Wembley Stadium.

There were no items of note as the evening wore on and return traffic from all the Olympic venues was well managed by the respective line teams.
