With a goal of providing equitable access to citywide programs for Seattle 11 residents of all ages, ARC works through 36 volunteer Advisory Councils to fulfill its mission of “building community through citizen TWEEN/TEEN CAMPS engagement and participation in recreation and lifelong learning programs.” ARC is a 501c3 nonprofit organization.
