The four occupants arrested believed involved in HGV Crime in Surrey
Three men from Essex and a man from Kent

Police responded to a report of an attempt to steal Metal Products namely Copper from HGV

Between Thursday 25th and Friday 26th February 2021, Police arrested six men from Leeds & Kirklees in relation to a large scale operation in relation to Conspiracy to steal from HGVs and handling stolen goods
The multiple arrests and seizures centred around a theft from a lorry in the West Midlands on 17th February 2021

At 04:40hrs on 26/02/2021 at Trowell Services, M1, Nottinghamshire
Police responded to a report of a HGV Trailer being entered – 6 Pallets of high value electrical goods stolen
A vehicle was identified by Derbyshire Police & South Yorkshire Police which refused to stop and was subsequently caused to stop

Offenders unknown approach HGV and Trailer and knock on the cab asking to see drivers papers and whilst driver exits vehicle and is distracted- entry is gained to cab
HGV and Trailer containing goods stolen and made good escape

Lorry delivery driver reported suspicious activity with a Mercedes Sprinter Van

Between 18/02/2021 and 03/03/2021 there have been EIGHT incidents of “Jump Up” Thefts from lorries delivering goods in London & surrounding area

NaVCIS are working with colleagues at Police Scotland
Enquiries are ongoing within the Police Service of Scotland area in relation to the suspected theft of the above pictured Scania 480 Topline tractor unit from an Industrial commercial premises yard in the Scottish Borders.
The truck is believed to have been taken by an unmarked, low loader HGV, (no further details at this time) around about January 2020.
The tractor unit was not in a mechanically sound state to be driven as the engine had been stripped down for future repair.
