Torpedo maculopathy (TM), a rare oval-shaped lesion in the temporal macula with its nasal tip toward the fovea, typically shows central hypoautofluorescence with a hyperautofluorescent border suggesting retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) loss and dysfunction, respectively.
