Dear Resident,

It is a great honour to have been selected as your Conservative candidate for Alvechurch Division. I have lived locally all my life, serve as a Parish Councillor, and consider myself fortunate to reside in such a beautiful area. So, the issues that concern you concern me too. As a strong believer in local people driving change for local communities, we can protect our areas natural beauty and environment and secure Alvechurch’s future. It is important that we ensure that Alvechurch has a strong voice at County - a voice that is decisive, works collaboratively and delivers the schemes and services Alvechurch deserves. That means investment in infrastructure (including broadband, highways, and transport), protecting the environment (through planning policy and promoting use of green technology), and deterring crime (by implementing the use of SmartWater). In this way, together, we can create a safe and secure community, a better future for our children, and a strong county that is ready to meet the new challenges head on. Whether it be addressing the clear need for a Post Office in Alvechurch, a safe crossing in Hopwood or speeding in Wythall, I am ready to work alongside others to deliver change to our division. Backed by Conservative district, county, and national administrations and with support from Sajid Javid and John Campion, our Police and Crime Commissioner, I have the power to deliver for the residents Please scan the QR of Alvechurch. code on the right with So, if you agree that we must deliver on these priorities, then please your camera phone to support my campaign, and take a few minutes to vote for me on complete a survey so 6th May. you can let me know Yours faithfully, what your priorities are. Aled Luckman. About Aled...

Living and growing up locally, I understand the concerns we have and issues we face here in Alvechurch. As a strong believer in community service and local people working hard to bring local change. That is why I am standing as a young candidate who if elected can bring a new perspective to existing, stagnant issues with enthusiasm, determination, and commitment. By electing a person who has the power to get things done and works collaboratively, we can finally deliver the investment and projects Alve- church deserves, including cracking down on crime, keeping council tax low, maintaining high quality roads and pavements, and delivering FTTP broadband. I hope you will consider voting for me on Thursday 6th May so together we can improve our area.
