Our Islander of the Week this time is from the four-legged side of our readership. We can’t confirm whether this is Boots or Stinky, the two alligators who have called the Nature Preserve in Port Aransas home for years. Every once in a while one of the gators like to go a-wandering through the streets of Port A and that was the case this time. The wandering created quite a stir but things are back to normal now, and Boots or Stinky, whoever you are, congratulations, you are our Islander of the Week! Photo by Larry Beard
