1 Introductions, apologies, substitutions and declarations of interest
The Chair welcomed Members. Apologies were received from Mohammad Asghar, Angela Burns substituted.
2 Cabinet Secretary for Health, Well-being & Sport and the Minister for Social Services & Public Health - General Scrutiny session
The Committee scrutinised the Cabinet Secretary and Minister.
It was agreed that a note on the following would be provided:
An update on the publication of the data on the CAMHS assessment time targets;
An update on the review ‘A Framework for a School Nursing Services for Wales’ following the meeting with the Chief Nursing Officer;
Breast feeding rates in Wales at six months;
A Note on Neonatal Services across Wales, including an update on hospitals that are on the ‘at risk’ register.
3 Additional Learning Needs and Education Tribunal (Wales) Bill - evidence session 2
The Committee heard evidence from Members of TSANA.

The papers were noted.
The Committee agreed to write to the Cabinet Secretary for further information on the ‘My Travel Pass’ scheme.

5 Motion under Standing Order 17.42(ix) to resolve to exclude the public from the meeting for the remainder of the meeting.

6 Inquiry into Statutory Advocacy Provision - Consideration of draft report
The Committee considered the draft report. Subject to a few minor amendments the Committee agreed the report.
