(Temporary No Waiting or Loading) Order 2007
The North Lanarkshire Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 62 of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984, make the above-named Order to be observed by vehicles (with the exception of buses and coaches connected with the CIS Cup Semi Final at Fir Park Stadium, Fir Park Street, Motherwell) between 1600 hours and 2359 hours on Tuesday, 30 January 2007, the Order being notified on the undernoted roads by the use of Police “No Waiting” cones.
Albert Street, Motherwell from its junction with Park Street to its junction with Coursington Road on both sides of the road.
Park Street, Motherwell from the extended line of the north-west kerb of Crosshill Street to the extended line of the north-west kerb of Albert Street on both sides of the road.
Leven Street, Motherwell from its junction with Airbles Road to the extended line of the north-west kerb of North Lodge Avenue on both sides of the road.
Contravention of the Order, which may be inspected at the Civic Centre, Motherwell, could result in a penalty of up to £500.
