The Plan would be financed by an increase in tolls on all Bay Area toll bridges except the Golden Gate Bridge: . $1 toll increase effective January 1, 2019 . $1 toll increase effective January 1, 2022 . $1 toll increase effective January 1, 2025 . Voters will decide Solano County Board of Supervisors on RM3 in June approved placing RM3 on the Solano County 2018. ballot at their meeting February 20, 2018. . All 9 Bay Area counties will vote.
