During Execution of Work, the Buses of Route GOVT. OF WEST BENGAL KOLKATA POLICE NOTIFICATION No. TP. / 23 Dated, Kolkata, The 22nd June, 2019 Whereas it is necessary in the interest of public safety as well as to facilitate the improvement of underground drainage system along Panchasayar Road from Jalpole to New Garia Metro Station, in ward no. 109, Br-XII, KMC, undertaken by the Kolkata Municipal Corporation, I, Anuj Sharma, IPS, Commissioner of Police, Kolkata, in exercise of power vested in me under section 115,116,117,122 and 126 of M.V.Act, 1988, Section 62, 62(lB) of Calcutta Police Act. 1866, 39, 39 (1B) of Calcutta Subn. Police Act 1866 read with Rule No. 85,86,87, 88 and 93 of the Rules for the Regulation of Traffic in Kolkata and its suburbs and under Sub-Section (1) of Section 4 of the West Bengal Traffic Regulation Act, 1965(W.B. Act XV of 1965) read with Govt. of West Bengal Home (Transport) Dept. order No. 7605-WT, dated 20th July, 1965 and Govt. of West Bengal in Transport Dept. Notification No. 3363-WT/3M/34/99 dated the 29th April’ 1999, do hereby order that vehicular circulation pattern for partial closure of Panchasayar Road from Jalpole to New Garia Metro Station will be made in the following manners:- During execution of work, the buses of route numbers 1B, 116, 124 & C5 will be diverted towards south from the crossing of Srinagar Main Road and Panchasayar Road and will avail Dhalai Bridge to take northward journey for E.M. Bypass. Similarly the south bound buses of Panchasayar road will be diverted from Peerless Cut Out and will avail the same way to reach their destination towards south.
