25th ANNUAL ASPEN JR. HOCKEY FALL FACE-OFF RULES
CREDENTIALS: All teans and players must be registered with USA Hockey. All Canadian teans must be registered with CAHA. The toumament committee will review Credentials prior to the first toumament game, and anytime thereafter.
A11 teams must present: USA Hockey Player Roster (Fom l-T) Approved travel pemits if applicable Tean contact fom (available at check in table)
ENTRY FEE & REFUND POLICY: The toumanent fees are as fo11ows: $1,500.00 for Squirt AA, Squirt A, and Squirt B; $1,550 for Pee Wee A and Peewee B; $1,600.00 for Peewee AA, Bantan A and Bantam B; $1,650.00 for Girls 19AA/16AA and $1,675.00 for Midget/HS is due upon submission of血e toumament application. All teams wi11 be
SCheduled for a min血un of fo皿gameS. Toumanent entry fees will be promptly refunded to any tean not a∞ePted・ No refunds will be given after teams have been admitted. There are no spectator fees.
SELECTION PROCESS: Due to this being an early season toumanent, We CamOt Select the teams on a first come first serve basis. All selections will be made by a tounanent committee and will take into account dates applications are received・ Only COmPlete applicatious and fu11 payment will be considered for acceptance. When a division則Is, Organizations that request two teams at the sane age level and division will be selected on the first application received. Teams are required to play at their USA
Hockey registered level unless otherwise approved by血e Toumament Director. Please do not call and ask ifyour team has been selected. Teams wiII be noti鯖ed on the designated date.
UNEFORM COLORS: The designated負home teams" shall be respousible to wear unifoms that are prinarily light in color scheme. The designated当yisiting teams” shall be responsible to wear unifoms primarily dark in coIor.
REPORTING TIMES TO ARENAS/LOCKER ROOMS几CE: All teans must arrive at血e designated arena at least 45 minutes prior to game time. Teans are required to leave the locker rooms in excellent condition after ganes are completed and retum the key to registration. Teams must be prepared to take the ice up to 15 minutes prior to血e Published gane time. Managers must verify their rosters at the scoring table prior to each gane. All games unless otherwise noted, have a 60-minute curfew. The score at the end Ofthe third period or the 60-minute curfew, Whichever comes first, Will be used to detemine the outcome ofthe game.

The top seeded team will be the home team.
Ties that exist at the conclusion of a round robin or position round play wi11 be broken using the following criteria (in order until the tie is broken):
1. Most points acquired in head to head competition. (Ifstill tied use tie breaker bonus points)
2. Most point’s acquired vs. common opponents. (Ifstill tied use tie breaker bonus points) 3. Least penalty minutes in all games played. 4. Coin toss (We will try to have a rep from each tean present. We
reserve the right to have toumament staff∞nduct血e coin toss if representation is not possible)
There is no reason to rm the score up on teans for tiebreaker puxposes.
Refusal to play any scheduled games will result in a forfeit.
Game results will be posted immediately upon completion ofganes by the Sport
Engine scomg system and posted on our website as well as the wall ma正x.
The Fall Face OffToumament hosted 90 teams Iast year over three weekends. We WilI make every attempt to take all teams that apply. For this reason we may start
Play each Friday as early as lO:00am and will make every e鱒brt to schedule local teams to play the first games on Friday.

4 AND 5 TEAM DIViSIONS: Poolf. Teams will be placed into a single pool.
Ro〃nd Rob加. Teams wi11 play each ofthe other teams. After round robin play is COmPleted, teamS Will be seeded based upon point standings (and tie-breakers if necessary).

6 and 7 TEAM DIVISION:

8 and lO TEAM DIVISION:
Iわoh・ Eight teans will be divided into two pooIs offour teans each. Ten teans will be divided into two pooIs of five teams each. Ro〃nd Robin. Teans will play each ofthe other teans within their division. After the round robin is completed, teanS Wi11 be seeded within their division based upon point standings (and tie-breakers if necessary).
The top two teams from each division will play in the Championship Game. The
Other t血ee teans will play in consolation ganes in 8 team bracket. In 10 team bracket the remaining 4 teams will have had their 4 guaranteed games.
CONSOLATION GAMES: In divisions that require teans to play consolation games, the toumament will make every attempt to match teans up that have not played one another during the toumament. There is no seeding system used for detemining opponents.
