How the Jets are not 31 on the list is a little crazy to me, but PFF always does a great job in these rankings, so they must have a reason for the 28th ranking. To me, I saw a team that couldn’t run block at all for Le’Veon Bell, and they didn’t keep Sam Darnold upright a whole lot either. They were flat out terrible. With that said, I like what this team did in the offseason to bolster this offensive line. George Fant is better then what they had, Alex Lewis is also an upgrade. Connor McGovern was the best free-agent pickup in their offseason and gave this team a legitimate center. While Greg Van Roten is another massive upgrade to an offensive line that could do nothing in 2019. Mekhi Becton was my second favorite lineman in the draft and gave this team a legit left tackle. So with all of the moves the Jets have made, I think this line has real potential to be a middle of the pack offensive line in 2020. Which is the reason I like Le'Veon Bell this season. Time will tell if I'm right Key Additions: G Josh Andrews, Key Departures: QB Trevor Siemian, WR CB Pierre Desir, T George Fant, Edge Robby Anderson, WR Demaryius Jordan Jenkins, G Alex Lewis, C Connor Thomas, OT Ryan Kalil, OT Kelvin McGovern, LB Patrick Onwuasor, WR Beachum, LB Brandon Copelan, CB Breshad Perriman, CB Brian Poole, OL Darryl Roberts, CB Maurice Canady Greg Van Roten, RB Frank Gore, T Mekhi Becton, WR Denzel Mims, S Ashtyn Davis, Edge Jabari Zuniga, RB La'Mical Perine, QB James Morgan, G Cameron Clarke, CB Bryce Hall, P Braden Mann .

Duke at Baylor Post-Game Notes September 15, 2018 INDIVIDUAL NOTES • Redshirt junior quarterback Quentin Harris made his first career start in place of the injured Daniel Jones. o Harris finished with career highs across the board, including completions (12), attempts (30), yards (174) and touchdowns (three). • Harris completed a career-long 66-yard touchdown to redshirt senior wide receiver Johnathan Lloyd, giving the Blue Devils three touchdown passes of 50+ yards after having four in all of 2017. o Lloyd has a 52-yard catch and 66-yard catch in the last two weeks. • Harris joins Todd Orvald (1965/3), Dave Brown (1989/4), Spence Fischer (1992/3) and Anthony Boone (2012/4) as the only Duke quarterbacks to make their starting debut and have three or more passing touchdowns. • Lloyd finished with four catches for 93 yards and is up to nine catches for 187 yards and two touchdowns in his last two games. • Senior wide receiver T.J. Rahming registered four receptions, giving him 10 consecutive games with three or more catches. • Rahming’s four receptions lifted his career total to 19, surpassing Clarkston Hines (1986-89/189) for fourth on the Duke career chart. o Rahming looks to join Conner Vernon (2009-12/283), Jamison Crowder (2011-14/283) and Donovan Varner (2008-11/207) as the only Blue Devils with 200+ career receptions. • Rahming, who caught a 28-yard touchdown pass and seven-yard touchdown pass from Harris, has a TD catch in consecutive games for the first time in his career. o The two touchdown receptions marked a single-game career best for Rahming.

  • 2020 Buffalo Fanatics Draft Prospectus
2020 Buffalo Fanatics Draft Prospectus Director of College Scouting Steve Mathes _ @JudgeMathes Positional Outlook Quarterback Buffalo is not going to look to rock the boat by bringing in a legitimate threat to Josh Allen’s job, they believe in him as the franchise QB. Players Met With or “Linked-To” Likewise, they don’t appear to be looking to challenge Matt Barkley as a James Morgan - Florida International back-up either. He has a great relationship with Allen, isn’t threatening his job, and brings traits Allen doesn’t have like anticipatory throwing they hope will rub off on him. That leaves Davis Webb, the practice squad QB, as the only one at real risk of competition. The Bills met with Morgan, but this was before his stock significantly heated up. If the Bills decide to challenge Webb look for a UDFA QB to be the guy to do it. Running Back The Buffalo Bills have only two viable runners on their roster currently in Devin Singletary and TJ Yeldon. They will look to add a third to this tandem to replace Players Met With or “Linked-To” the departed Frank Gore. Cam Akers - Florida St. Gore was known as the “bruiser”. When he was on the field defenses tended to JK Dobbins - Ohio St. know what was coming. It appears from their list of potential targets the Bills Clyde Edwards-Hellaire - LSU are looking to buck that trend. Darrynton Evans - Appalachian St. Zack Moss - Utah On their list are mostly “All-Purpose Backs” and one guy who is all traits (SPEED) D’Andre Swift - Georgia in Darrynton Evans.

Buckle up and @xfantasyphoenix, @McNamaraDynasty let’s win this thing. Your Friends at Footballguys “What I saw from A.J. Green at Cardinals practice today looked like the 2015 version,” Riddick tweeted. “He was on fire. Arizona has the potential to have top-five wide receiver group with DHop, AJ, Rondale Moore, and Christian Kirk.” The Cardinals have lots of depth now at QB: Kyler Murray saw his first snaps this preseason, but the wide receiver position with the additions for Green it was evident Kliff Kingsbury sees little value in giving and Moore this offseason. his superstar quarterback an extended preseason look. He played nine snaps against the Chiefs before giving TE: The tight end position remains one of the big way to Colt McCoy and Chris Streveler. Those nine question marks. Maxx Williams sits at the top of the snaps were discouraging, as Murray took two sacks and depth chart, but it is muddied with Darrell Daniels, only completed one pass.

  • NFL's Week 7 Preview
FIRST-EVER NFL GAME AT LONDON’S TWICKENHAM STADIUM AMONG WEEK 7 HIGHLIGHTS The NFL rolls into Week 7 with 14 teams with two losses or fewer, including the league’s lone unbeaten club, the Minnesota Vikings (5-0), who are looking to improve to 6-0. Since 1990, when the current 12-team playoff format was adopted, 34 of the 36 previous teams (94.4 percent) that started 6-0 made the playoffs, 75 of the previous 91 clubs (82.4 percent) that started 5-1 advanced to the postseason and 117 of 185 teams (63.2 percent) that started 4-2 qualified for the playoffs. However, there’s still plenty of football left to be played and things can change quickly. Since 1990, 84 clubs have made the playoffs after starting 3-3 or worse. Last year, four teams with a losing record through six games advanced to the postseason – Houston (2-4), Seattle (2-4), Washington (2-4) and Kansas City (1-5). “It’s huge to get a win,” said New York Giants linebacker JONATHAN CASILLAS after the team’s 27-23 victory over Baltimore which evened the Giants’ record at 3-3. “It’s not going to get any easier going down the stretch for the rest of these games, so we had to win this game.” The next stretch of games for New York starts this Sunday against the Los Angeles Rams (9:30 AM ET, NFLN) at London’s Twickenham Stadium, the first-ever NFL game at the UK’s famed rugby venue.
