Find a buyer for your current property.

Make an appointment with our sales representative to view available plots of land and decide which plot you would like to reserve.

Our sales representative will tell you what size home will fit on the plot Choose your preferred home manufacturer and arrange a factory visit to tailor your needs to your new home.

We will raise a Sales Order which states our terms and conditions, as well as our Park Rules and Site Licence.

If you agree, sign the paperwork and return this to us, along with your deposit to secure the home. Payments should be made in accordance with our Sales Order.

We will send you a copy of the Written Statement for you to read, understand and bring in on the day of completion.

When all funds are transferred and the Written Statement is signed by both parties, we can hand over the keys to your new home!
