NOTICE 290 OF 2008

MPUMALANGA GAMING ACT, 1995 (ACT 5 OF 1995) AS AMENDED. APPLICATION FOR AN AMENDMENT OF A SITE OPERATOR LICENCE Notice is hereby given that the following licenced Luck At It Mpumalanga (Pty) Ltd site operators have submitted requests to the Mpumalanga Gambling Board on the 18th of July 2008 forthe amendments of site operator licences. The documentation will be open for public inspection at the office of the Mpumalanga Gambling Board at First Avenue, White River, , 1240, from 18th of July 2008. (1) The purpose of the notification is to obtain approval that allthe licenced Luck At It (pty) Ltd Mpumalanga site operators amend their site licences to another preferred Route Operator namely Vukani Gaming Mpumalanga. Attention is directed to the provisions of Section 26 of the Mpumalanga Gambling Act, 1995 (Act NO.5 of 1995) as amended, which makes provision forthe lodging of written objections in respect of the application. Such objections should belodged with the Chief Executive Officer, Mpumalanga Gambling Board, First Avenue, Private Bag X9908, White River, South Africa, 1240, within 30 days from the 18th of July 2008.
