License Renewal PRE-FILING ANNOUNCEMENT

On January 21, 2005, the following stations: KNLG, KNLQ, KNLP, KNLN, KNLM, KMRF, and KKLL were each granted a license by the Federal Communications Commission to serve the public interest as public trustees. The same license was also granted to KBIY on April 4, 2005, and to KNLH on May 2, 2007.

The licenses for all of these stations will expire on February 1, 2013. We must file an application for license renewal with the FCC by Monday, October 1, 2012.

When filed, a copy of this application will be available for inspection during regular business hours. It contains information concerning the station's performance over the last six years for KNLH, and for the last eight years for the other aforementioned stations.

Individuals who wish to advise the FCC of facts relating to our renewal application, and to whether this station has operated in the public interest, should file comments and petitions with the FCC by January 2, 2013.
