Special conditions None specified General information This permit has been issued on behalf of the following prescribed bodies corporate under the Native Title Act 1993 representing the traditional owners of the :

- Tjurabalan Native Title Aboriginal Corporation (RNTBC) - Wells 50 to 51 – representing Tjurabalan native title holders - Yanunijarra Aboriginal Corporation (RNTBC) - Wells 40 to 49 – representing the Ngurrara native title holders - Mungarlu Ngurrarankatja Rirraunkaja (Aboriginal Corporation) - Wells 5 to 15 – representing the Birriliburu native title holders

General conditions This permit has been issued subject to the following conditions:

- The permit is valid from the start date (or issue date for commercial permits) until the expiry date. - The permit only applies to the permit holder and their fellow travellers up to a total number of persons specified above. - The permit is issued on the basis that all persons to which it relates enter native title land at their own risk and agree that the landowners, occupiers or native title holders shall not be liable for any loss, damage or liability of any kind arising out of the entry onto Aboriginal land, no matter how much loss, damage or liability arises and whether it is by fault, default or negligence. - The permit only gives permission for travel along the formed track comprising the Canning Stock Route and to associated wells and campsites (excluding those listed below) immediately adjacent to the main CSR track between Wells 5-15 and between Wells 40-51. - Where possible, keep to existing camp sites. - Only move off the track for legitimate purposes, such as camping and in emergencies. - Areas listed below are not included in this permit and access is closed to the general public including permit holders and their fellow travellers. - Access to areas of native title land which is not authorised by this permit may constitute trespass. - The permit does not authorise the entry of a person to a dwelling, community or living area belonging to Aboriginal people without the consent of the owner, occupier or community. - The permit does not authorise any other activity apart from tourism. - All other activities or requests for access to the surrounding lands, apart from access roads (see below), should be made to the relevant Prescribed Body Corporate listed above. It should be noted that, generally, requests for public access are not granted and that other state government approvals (e.g. from the Department of Indigenous Affairs) may be required for activities other than tourism. - The permit holder and other persons travelling with them will at all times: - Carry this permit in the vehicle and show the permit to traditional owners and ranger groups upon request - Comply with any reasonable request or directions by the traditional owners or ranger groups while on native title land including, any directions relating to access to, safe- keeping and preservation of Aboriginal sites and objects - Comply with any directional or other signs installed by the prescribed bodies corporate - Comply with directions in caring for the stock route outlined in the Information Booklet supplied with the permit. - The permit holder and other persons travelling with them are aware that persons who excavate, destroy, damages, conceals or in any way alter an Aboriginal site commit an offence under the Aboriginal Heritage Act 1972, which attracts criminal and civil penalties. - The permit does not authorise the discharge of firearms while on native title land. - The permit is automatically revoked if the permit holder or other persons travelling with them breaches any of the conditions of the permit. - The permit does not authorise travel along the Canning Stock Route between Wells 16-39 or access to surrounding Martu lands.
