How to Create a Priority Shipping Label (FedEx, UPS) for Visiting Scholars at Portland State University What is eShipGlobal?

OISSS uses eShipGlobal to facilitate the shipping of your documents by priority (FedEx or ). Please follow these step- by-step instructions on how to send your DS-2019 document(s) to your mailing address. Step 1: Log into your J-1 Scholar Request e-form group in WorldLink. Use your PSU ID and Limited Access PIN emailed to you. Step 2: Arrive at this page. Click “Add New J-1 Scholar Application – Document Shipping” Step 3: Select the email you would like to (Your email here) use for eShipGlobal.

Step 4: Confirm you have read the e-form and click submit at the bottom of the “Document Shipping Request” e-form. ATTENTION!

After you click “Submit” you MUST complete the entire eShipGlobal process from start the finish. Step 5: After you submit the “Document Shipping” e-form, you will immediately be directed to the eShipGlobal website. You will create an eShipGlobal account using the email you indicated in the Document Shipping e-form. Step 6: Select “Receive documents from your University.” Step 7: Enter your shipping address and contact information. Step 8: Select “DS-2019” as the type of document you would like shipped to you. Step 9: Select the type of service you would like to use. NOTE: You will NOT be charged for the shipment of your documents. Click “Continue.” Step 10: Once you complete your order with eShipGlobal, OISSS staff will download and print the label when your documents are ready to be mailed. You are done!

You will receive an email from OISSS once your documents have been mailed. You can track your package through eShipGlobal or the Priority Mail carrier (FedEx or UPS). HELP!

I started a shipment in eShipGlobal but didn’t finish. How do I access my pending shipping label in eShipGlobal? Step 1: Remember you can ONLY access eShipGlobal by the “Document Shipping Request” link in the J-1 Scholar Document Shipping e-form.

Open a new browsing window in your computer. Log into WorldLink using your ID and Limited Access PIN Go to the “J-1 Document Shipping Request” e-form. Step 2: At the top of the form, click “Access eShipGlobal to Generate Shipping Label” Step 3: Log into eShipGlobal. Step 4: Select “Receive documents from your University.”
