Dormitory The school’s dormitory is located in a separate building within 10 minutes of walking distance from the school. Students live in 2-person rooms. The rooms are equipped with loft beds, writing desks and storage spaces. Students can also use dormitory’s washing machines, showers, kitchen appliances, recreation space, Wi-Fi Internet. Supermarkets and convinience stores, where anything needed in everyday life can be bought, are located nearby. After enrolling, all students must live in the school’s dormitory for at least 6 months, for easier adaptation, after which they can stay at dormitory, or move to their place, if they wish to do so.

The building The first and the second floor of the school is occupied by classrooms. On the first floor floor there are three and on the second floor there are five large classrooms, for classes of about 20 students each, which can also be used for consultations and self-study. Since the teachers’ room and the administration office are located on the first floor, students can ask questions or consult with teachers or admin staff easily. There is also a library, where different reading materials for different Japanese fluency levels are collected. There are comic books, novels,magazines, textbooks, dictionaries and more here. Being spacious and well lit, the library can also be used as a place for self-study.

Examination at the school School will judge the eligibility of applicant based on documents received from the applicant and an interview. After issuing school entry permit, SIA will apply for the administration Certificate of Eligibility with documents, received from applicant. Please be aware, that in case of cancellation after issuing the COE, enrollment fee and visa support fee will be charged as cancellation fees and won't be returned.
