DISORDERLY CHEEK On 1/1/19 I responded to Chevron for a disturbance. On scene I had identified the female by name and date of birth has Marie Durez. On 1/18/2019 I checked a voicemail left by Mat- Su pretrial the female had been identified as Roberta. Chayalkun. Chayalkun had provided me with false information and OL photos of both females are similar.

DRUG INFO SMITH,D On 2/1/19 at approximately 0137 hours, the Wasilla Police Department observed a red Ford F-150 traveling Northbound on Church Road with a headlight out. A traffic stop was conducted for an equipment violation at North Church Road and West Carlsbad Place. Wasilla Police contacted William Beasley age 23 of Wasilla, Krista Worden age 30 of Wasilla, and Kendel Beasley age 21 of Wasilla. Drug paraphernalia was observed and the vehicle was impounded for drug investigation. After a search warrant was granted nothing was seized from the vehicle and the vehicle was released. No criminal charges stemmed from this event.

ELUDING LECOURS On 02/01/2019, at 0502 hours, the Wasilla Police Department attempted a traffic stop on a vehicle near the intersection of Knik Goose Bay Rd and Fern St in reference to the driver having a $10,000 arrest warrant for her arrest. The vehicle failed to yield at the direction of police officers and led officers on a 10-15-mile, high speed pursuit. The suspect vehicle ran several vehicles off the roadway to include two school busses. The suspect vehicle's tires were successfully spiked by the State Troopers. After the suspect vehicle's tires were rendered ineffective it continued to drive recklessly for another mile before it wrecked into a snowbank and the driver and one passenger foot bailed, one passenger stayed with the vehicle. With the help of Wasilla Police Department K9 Echo, Alaska State Troopers, and Palmer Police Department, the driver and one passenger were caught. Charges of Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance in the second degree and Fail to Yield at the Direction of a Peace Officer in the first degree will be filed through the District Attorney's Office on Xavier Mireles-Branch. ASLT SIMPL BENNETT On February 1, 2019, the Wasilla Police Department received information regarding an assault. A subsequent investigation found probable cause to believe that Maurice Williamson, age 39 of Wasilla, did commit Assault 4th DV. Charges for will be forwarded to DA'S office for prosecution.

ASLT SIMPL LECOURS On 02/01/2019, at 2002 hours, the Wasilla Police Department responded to the area of Sears in reference to an assault that just occurred. The male suspect was said to have left the area heading northbound on Seward Meridian on foot wearing a black jacket with a grey hood with a black baseball hat. Investigation led to Samuel Malone being arrested for Assault 4 and remanded at Matsu Pretrial.

DRUG POSS LECOURS On 02/01/2019, at 2206 hours, the Wasilla Police Department responded to Walmart in reference to a person reportedly crawling into and out of a vehicle. The person was said to be impaired. The car was seized and impounded and a drug investigation is pending.

ASLT SIMPL SMITH,D On 2/2/19 at approximately 0137 hours, the Wasilla Police were dispatched to Graybark Dr for a report of a disturbance. Suspect arrested and remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial.

BURGLARY SMITH,D On 2/2/19 at approximately 2056 hours, the Wasilla Police responded to1350 S Seward Meridian PKY, Walmart for a report of shoplifting. Suspect was arrested and remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial on charges of Criminal Trespass 2, Theft 4 and VCOR charges.

DRUG POSS LECOURS On 02/03/2019, at 0239 hours, the Wasilla Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle near the intersection the Parks Hy and Crusey St in reference to the vehicle running a steady red light. Investigation revealed the driver was in possession of loaded needle with a substance that later tested presumptively positive for methamphetamines. The drugs were seize and a charge of Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance in the fourth degree will be filed on Brian Corey the driver through the District Attorney's Office. WARRANT BURTCH On 02/03/2019 at about 1528 hours, Wasilla Police contacted Richard Brown age 33, of Big lake at 801 E. Parks Highway, McDonalds in Wasilla. During the contact Brown was arrested for an outstanding warrant. The original charge was Criminal Mischief in the 5th degree. Brown was remanded to Mat-Su Pre-Trial with a bail set at $200.

TRESPASS SMITH,D On 2/3/19 at approximately 1957 hours, the Wasilla Police were dispatched to 190 E Bridge Stone Dr, Wasilla for a report of a trespass. Suspect was arrested and remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial on Criminal Trespass 2 and VCOR charges.

COLLISION LECOURS On 02/03/2019, at 2256 hours, the Wasilla Police Department responded to the area of Palmer Wasilla Highway and Roberts St in reference to a single vehicle collision versus a moose. The vehicle was driven by Benjamin Lasiter, age 34, from Wasilla. No human injuries were reported, no citations issued, and the moose was dispatched.

DUI SKIBA On 02/04/2019 at approximately 0913 hours, the Wasilla Police Department received a report of a single vehicle rollover on the Palmer Wasilla Highway near Roberts Circle. Police responded to the area and contacted the driver, 29 year old Wasilla resident Jeffrey Pack. Investigation revealed that Pack was operating his motor vehicle under the influence. Pack was arrested for driving under the influence and later provided a sample of his breath, which showed a BrAC of .208%. Pack was remanded at Mat-Su Pre-Trial.

ASLT SIMPL LECOURS On 02/04/2019, at 1502 hours, the Wasilla Police Department responded to the apartments of off Yenlo St in reference to a disturbance. Investigation led to Jeremiah Sehl being placed under arrest for violation his conditions of release. Jeremiah was remanded Matsu Pretrial. The report will be sent to the District Attorney's Office for review for additional charges.

SHOPLIFT PETERSONS On 02/03/2019, at approximately 1726 hours the Wasilla Police Department received a call from an employee at Target, who was reporting Amy Sirmans and two juvenile females were in custody for shoplifting. The total amount taken was $871.26. Sirmans was charged with theft in the second degree. Charges of theft in the second degree will be forwarded to juvenile justice. BURGLARY CHEEK On 2/4/2019 at 1905 hours Wasilla Police received a report of multiple burglar alarms being set off at 2051 W Rupee Ci. Upon arrival Police located Leonard King inside of the building. Investigation revealed Leonard King climbed over the primer fence and gained access into the building. King opened every interior and exterior door to the building. King was remanded at Mat-Su Pretrial for Burglary 2, Attempted Theft 1, Criminal Trespassing 1, and Criminal Mischief 4

ASLT SIMPL MILLER On 02/05/2019 at approximately 01:08 hours, Wasilla Police received a report of a disturbance at Blind Nick Dr. Investigation revealed Elisa Johnson 31, of Wasilla punched her fiancé, multiple times in the face. Additionally, Elisa Johnson punched another female on scene in the face, and broke a bedroom door inside the residence. Elisa Johnson was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial and charges for Domestic Violence Assault in the 4th degree, Assault in the 4th degree and Domestic Violence Criminal Mischief in the 5th degree are being forward to Palmer district Attorney.

TRESPASS SKIBA On 02/05/2019 at approximately 1052 hours, the Wasilla Police Department received a report that 28 year old Wasilla resident Sean Wilder was trespassing at the Wasilla Target. Police responded to the area and contacted Wilder. Wilder was interviewed about the offense and then arrested for Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree. Wilder was transported to Mat-Su Pre-Trial, where he was remanded.

DVPO VIOL BURTCH On 02/05/2019 at about 1146 hours, Wasilla Police received a report of a domestic violence protection order violation. The caller, "JE" who is the respondent in a long term DVPO which was served on Damon M. Evans age 43, of Wasilla. After investigation: Evans was arrested and remanded for six counts of violating a DVPO.

FRAUD OTH PETERSONS On 02/05/2019, at approximately 1348 hours the Wasilla Police Department received a call from an employee with Knik Pizza, who was reporting fraudulent charges to their account. Further investigation is ongoing. COLLISION PETERSONS On 02/05/2019, at approximately 1524 hours the Wasilla Police responded to a two vehicle collision located at Parks Hwy and Church Rd. Vehicle #1 was operated by Sheri Noland, who was north on the Parks Hwy was unable to stop in time for the red light. Noland's vehicle slid through the intersection striking vehicle #2. Vehicle #2 was operated by Kennedy Canarr, who was south on Church Rd stopped at the intersection of Church and Parks. No injuries were reported in the collision. Noland was cited for exercise due care to avoid a collision.

THEFT LECOURS On 02/05/2019, at 1434 hours, the Wasilla Police Department responded to a 1446 W Mystery Ave in reference to a burglary after the fact. Investigations are ongoing.

ROBBERY CHEEK On 2/5/2019 at 1744 hours, Wasilla Police Received a report of physical altercation at Carrs. Investigation revealed the female, Identified as Katheryn Murray, pushed a cart of unpaid items out of Carrs. A Good Citizen verbally attempted to stop Murray from stealing and attempted to take photos of her car. A male passenger, identified as John Edmunson stepped out of the car and caused a physical altercation. During the altercation Murray kicked the Good Citizen in the face multiple times and stole his iPhone 7. Both Murray and Edmunson fled the area and the Good Citizen was evaluated by EMS for injuries. Charges of Robbery 1, Assault 2, Tampering with Evidence, and Theft 2 are being issued by the DA on Murray. Charges of Robbery 2, Tampering with Evidence, and Assault 4 are being issued by the DA on Edmunson.

COLLISION LECOURS On 02/06/2019, at 1247 hours, the Wasilla Police Department responded to the area of Parks Highway and Hermon Rd in reference to a two-vehicle collision. Vehicle one was driven by Thomas Jones Jr, age 28, of Wasilla. Vehicle two was driven by Danny Callaway, age 68, from Wasilla. No injuries were reported, Thomas was issued a citation for due care to avoid collision.

THEFT SKIBA On 02/06/2019 at approximately 1317 hours, the Wasilla Police Department received a report of two lights being stolen from a vehicle at the Wasilla Ford Service Department. No suspects have been identified at this time and investigation is on going. DUI SKIBA On 02/06/2019 at approximately 1545 hours, the Wasilla Police Department received a report every dangerous driver immediately (REDDI) report. Police located the REDDI vehicle and stopped the driver as she pulled into the gas station at the intersection of the Parks Highway and Main Street. The driver was identified as 28 year old Anchorage resident Sarah Kelley and the passenger was identified as 28 year old Wasilla resident Hannah Russell. Investigation revealed that Kelley was operating her vehicle under the influence of an unknown substance. Kelley was arrested for Driving Under the Influence, after which a search warrant was granted to seize and test four gray top vials of Kelley's blood. During the contacted, Russell was asked multiple times if there were weapons in the vehicle, which she advised there was not. Russell was later found to be in possession of a handgun. Kelley was arrested for Misconduct Involving a Weapon in the Fifth Degree. Both females were remanded at Mat-Su Pre-Trial and later released on their own recognizance.

SHOPLIFT PETERSONS On 02/06/2019, at approximately 1723 hours the Wasilla Police Department received a call from a Sportsman's Warehouse employee, who was reporting Kaleb Bolieu was in custody for shoplifting. The total amount taken was $29.99. Bolieu was issued a criminal citation for theft in the fourth degree and was later released.

CRIM MISCH CHEEK On 2/6/2019 at 1930 hours, Wasilla Police received a report of a disturbance off of Success Drive. Investigation revealed Akeem Anderson got in a verbal fight with his girlfriend. During the fight he punched their TV breaking it. Anderson was arrested for DV Criminal Mischief 5 and remanded at Mat-Su Pretrial.

ABUSE INFO BENNETT The Wasilla Police Department investigated a complaint that occurred at the Alaska Club. The complaint was unfounded.

DRUG SALE HOLMGREN On 2-6-19 at about 2127 hours, Wasilla Police Department responded to Walmart for a possible fraud involving traveler's checks. Contact with vehicle, JLP138, revealed it had been stolen from Anchorage Airport. During a search of the vehicle, Meth was found. The vehicle was towed and Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance 2 charges are being forwarded to the District Attorney on NICHOLAS BARNES. TRAF VIOL SKIBA On 02/07/2019 at approximately 1218 hours, Wasilla Police conducted a traffic stop on 55 year old Wasilla resident George Rinkevage for a traffic violation. Investigation revealed that Rinkevage was knowingly operating a motor vehicle without liability insurance. Rinkevage was interviewed about the offense and released from the scene. One charge of operating a motor vehicle without liability insurance has been forwarded to the District Attorney's Office.

FRAUD OTH PETERSONS On 02/07/2019, at approximately 1345 hours the Wasilla Police Department received a call from an employee with ARP Rentals. Employee reported Savely Snegireff had rented equipment on 12/01/2018 and has failed to return it. The total amount of items taken was $4,500. Charges of theft in the second degree will be forwarded to the District Attorneys Office.

DRUG POSS SKIBA On 02/07/2019 at approximately 1431 hours, the Wasilla Police Department received a report of a female using drugs in the Locals Pub parking lot. Police responded to the area and contacted the suspect, identified as 23 year old Wasilla resident Trisha Apling. During the contact, police observed drug paraphernalia in Apling's vehicle. A search warrant was granted to search the vehicle, during which time a syringe filled with a dark substance was located. The contents of the syringe were submitted to the Alaska State Crime Lab for identification. Investigation is on going.

BURGLARY PETERSONS On 02/07/2019, at approximately 1704 hours the Wasilla Police Department received a call from a resident in the Neil Ci subdivision, who was reporting someone had broken into their garage. Total amount of tools taken was approximately $900.

STOLEN VEH RIDGE On 9/7/19 at about 2118 hours, Wasilla Police received a complaint that a vehicle was stolen from the front parking lot of 2650 E Parks Hy. The vehicle was searched for, but not found. The registered owner was contacted who also confirmed no one else should have had the vehicle. The stolen vehicle was described as a white 1998 Ford F-150 with an extended cab. The vehicle was entered as stolen into APSIN/ NCIC, and at this time investigation was continued. THEFT CHEEK On 2/7/2019 at 2223 hours, Wasilla Police received a report of a dine and dash at Chepos. Investigation revealed Brittany Dolecheck and a male she was with ordered $82 worth of food. Dolecheck attempted to pay with a stolen credit card, but when it was denied she ran out of the store. Charges of Theft 2, Theft 4, and Fraudulent use of an access device will be issued by the DA.

FORGERY MILLER On 02/08/2019 at approximately 01:51 hours, Wasilla Police responded to Chevron located at 601 W Parks Highway for report of counterfeit money.

COLLISION CHEEK On 2/8/2019 at 0535 hours, Wasilla Police responded to S KGB and Fern St for a report of single vehicle collision with a moose. Barry Summers was Northbound on KGB when a moose ran out in front of his truck. Summers' truck struck the moose. No injuries were reported and the moose was donated to a Charity.

COLLISION SMITH,D On 2/8/19 at approximately 0747 hours, the Wasilla Police responded to East Parks Highway and North Main Street, for a report of a 2 vehicle Motor Vehicle Collision with no injuries. Ruben Carrillo, 45 of Wasilla was driving a 1999 red when he hit the front end of a 2005 green Nissan Rec, which was operated by Michael Solano, 38 of Wasilla. Solano had his vehicle towed and Carrillo's was able to drive his vehicle with minor damage.

SHOPLIFT LAPOINTE On February 8, 2019 at approximately 2031 hours the Wasilla PD responded to Carrs located at 595 E Parks Hwy in reference to a shoplifting. Investigation continues.

STOLEN VEH BUZZARD On 2/8/19 at about 2052hrs Wasilla Police Department was dispatched to a report of a vehicle theft near Lowes. The vehicle was left running with the doors unlocked. The complainant was in the vehicle next to it and did not notice it leave. The investigation is ongoing.

MISS ADULT BUZZARD On 2/8/19 at about 1814hrs Wasilla Police Department was dispatched to a request for a welfare check on a young adult male, Edward Sterling Horner, 19, of Palmer. Through the investigation, it appeared possible Edward is endangered. Edward was entered as a missing/endangered person. DRUG POSS LAPOINTE On February 9, 2019 at approximately 0141 hours the Wasilla PD conducted a traffic stop on a green Honda accord at Main and Swanson. The driver was identified as Heather Estes. Estes was found to be in possession of methamphetamine. Investigation continues.

COLLISION FITCHETT On 2/9/2019 Wasilla Police responded to a two car MVA with injury at the Wasilla-Fishhook Rd and Peck St intersection. Investigation showed Carrie Sisson age 38 of Wasilla was northbound on Peck St and did not stop for the stop sign at Wasilla-Fishhook Rd and struck a vehicle being driven on Wasilla-Fishhook Rd by Gail Taylor age 53 of Wasilla. Taylor was transported to Mat-Su Regional Medical Center by ambulance, both vehicles were towed and Sisson's was written a citation for fail to stop for stop sign.

TRESPASS FITCHETT On 2/9/2019 Wasilla police were called to Sally Beauty Supply for a suspicious female inside the store. Investigation showed Payton Petersen age 20 of Wasilla was trespassing and was also found to have concealed merchandise on her person. Petersen was written a summons for the Criminal Trespass II and one count of concealing merchandise will be forwarded to the Palmer DAO. Petersen was released.

COLLISION SMITH,D On 2/9/19 at approximately 1404 hours, the Wasilla Police were dispatched to E Sun Mountain and Parks Hwy, Wasilla for a report of a two vehicle MVA with no injuries. Cassidy Jones, 25 of Palmer was driving a 1991 Blue Toyota when he hit the front left side of a 2008 Toyota Tundra, driven by Jeffery Johnson, 46 of Palmer. Johnson had his vehicle towed and Jones was able to drive his vehicle with minor damages.

DRUG POSS LECOURS On 02/09/2019, at 1913 hours, the Wasilla Police Department responded to Fred Meyer in reference to Randi Greene who had three separate arrest warrants out for her being spotted there. Randi was transported to Matsu Pretrial where she was remanded on her three separate warrants and a charge of Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance in the fourth degree. TRESPASS LAPOINTE On February 9, 2019 at approximately 2007 hours the Wasilla PD responded to 447 N Yenlo #A in reference to a male that was trespassing. Upon arrival the male was located and identified as Michael Evans. Evans was arrested for criminal trespass 2 and violating conditions of release and remanded to Matsu Pretrial.

DUI LECOURS On 02/10/2019, at 0035 hours, the Wasilla Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle bearing an Alaskan license plate JNZ135 due to a headlight out. Investigation led to Joshua Cromwell being arrested for DUI and transported to Matsu Pretrial.

DUI SMITH,D On 2/10/19 at approximately 1002 hours, the Wasilla Police were dispatched to Brown Jug, 509 West Parks Highway for a report of a welfare check of a female passed out across the console of the vehicle. Nicole McMahon, 34 of Wasilla, was arrested and remanded to Mat- Su Pretrial on the charge of DUI.

DRUG OTH LECOURS On 02/10/2019, at 2225 hours, the Wasilla Police Department responded to Walgreens in reference to an employee reporting a suspicious van that had been parked there for forty minutes. The complainant wished the occupants of the van to be trespassed if illegal drug activity. All three occupants of the vehicle were sent on their way and the vehicle was impounded pending a search warrant.

FRAUD OTH BUZZARD On 2/10/19 at about 2200hrs Wasilla Police Department was dispatched to a report of a cab fare not paying at Walmart. Further investigation revealed a 20's y/o male was picked up at 2580 W Snowcrest Drive in Wasilla and asked to be driven to Walmart for a fare charge of $69.36. When the cab arrived at Walmart, the suspect asked the cab to wait then never came back. The investigation is ongoing. DRUG POSS SKIBA On 02/11/2019 at approximately 1028 hours, the Wasilla Police Department received a report of individuals using drugs in a vehicle in the Lowes parking lot. Police responded to the area and contacted the occupants of the vehicle. The driver was identified as 30 year old Wasilla resident Jourdain Wilson and the passenger was identified as 27 year old Chugiak resident Lisa Badger. During the contact, drug paraphernalia was observed in the vehicle. Wilson's vehicle was seized and a search warrant was granted to search the vehicle, during which time Badger was found to be in possession of multiple suspected controlled substances. The substances were seized and submitted to the Alaska State Crime Lab for identification. Investigation is on going.

TRESPASS BONADURER On 2/11/2019 at about 1200 hours Wasilla Police Responded to Mudbusters at 110 E Herning Ave. for a report of a criminal trespass. Investigation on going.

COLLISION PETERSONS On 02/11/2019, at approximately 1723 hours the Wasilla Police responded to a two vehicle collision located at Seward Meridian and Fireweed. Vehicle #1 was operated by Peter Frank, who was south on Seward Meridian attempting to make a left turn in the parking lot of Espresso Cafe when he was struck by vehicle #2. Vehicle #2 was operated by Johnny Furlong, who was north on Seward Meridian in the right lane of travel when vehicle #1 pulled in front of him. No injuries were reported in the collision. No citations were issued.

SHOPLIFT PETERSONS On 02/11/2019, at approximately 1617 hours the Wasilla Police Department received a call from an employee at Target, who was reporting Dana Dwyer was in custody for shoplifting. The total amount taken was over $300. Dwyer was issued a criminal citation for theft in the third degree.

THEFT RIDGE On 2/11/19 at about 1927 hours, Wasilla Police while looking for a theft suspect from another nearby store, was waved down by an employee of Michael's reporting a theft suspect had just fled the store with stolen merchandise. The suspect was located and identified as Derek Welsh, 29, of Anchorage. The stolen merchandise was also recovered and had a total value of $768.90. Welsh was arrested for Theft in the Second Degree and remanded at the Mat-Su pretrial jail and held without bail pending arraignment. TRESPASS PETERSONS On 02/12/2019, at approximately 0923 hours the Wasilla Police Department received a report a suspicious male attempting to gain access into vehicle in the area of Whispering Woods. Wasilla Police contacted the suspicious male and identified him as Ben Latham. Further investigation revealed Latham had entered many vehicle in the area and attempted to open doors to residents. Latham was arrested for criminal trespass in the first degree x 5 and transported to Mat-Su Pretrial where he was remanded. Latham's bail was set at $5,00 cash performance, $5,000 cash appearance, and set on PED house arrest monitoring.

TRESPASS SKIBA On 02/12/2019 at approximately 1132 hours, the Wasilla Police Department received a report of a female trespassing at Target. Police responded to the area and contacted the suspect, identified as 35 year old Wasilla resident Brandi Slover. Slover had been trespassed from Target two days before and was currently causing a disturbance in the store. Slover was arrested for Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree and remanded at Mat-Su Pre-Trial.

SHOPLIFT RIDGE On 2/12/19 at about 1920 hours, Wasilla Police responded to Target for a report by Loss Prevention officers they were stopping a theft suspect who was not being cooperative. Upon arrival the suspect was detained and investigation revealed, James Hunt, 40, of Soldotna had stole $16.94 worth of merchandise. The property was recovered and returned. Hunt was issued a summons to court for the charge of Theft in the Fourth Degree and released from the scene.

FORGERY RIDGE On 2/12/19 at about 1957 hours, Wasilla Taco Bell management reported receiving and seizing a counterfeit $100.00 bill. The bill has been seized by the police and logged into evidence.

COLLISION PETERSONS On 02/13/2019, at approximately 0822 hours the Wasilla Police responded to a vehicle vs a moose collision located at Parks Hwy and Alpine. The driver of the vehicle was identified Ricardo Cruz, who was north on the Parks Hwy when a moose walked out in front of his vehicle. Cruz was unable to stop in time striking the moose. No injuries were reported in the collision. No citations were issued. COLLISION PETERSONS On 02/13/2019, at approximately 1026 hours the Wasilla Police responded to a single vehicle collision located at Glacier and Moraine. The vehicle was operated by Leah James, who was traveling west on Glacier when she lost control of her vehicle crashed into tress. No injuries were reported in the collision. James was issued a citation for failure to provide insurance.

FOUND PROP PETERSONS On 02/13/2019, at approximately 1130 hours the Wasilla Police Department was handed a wallet that was found in the area of Goldendale Drive and Peck. The wallet will be placed into safe keeping until the owner recovers it.

TRESPASS CHEEK On 2/13/2019 at 2203 hours, Wasilla Police received a report of Brittany Dolechek in the Wasilla Target store. Dolechek was previous advised of a lifetime trespass from the Wasilla Target. Dolechek was contacted by police inside of Target and arrested for Criminal Trespassing 2.

FOUND PROP MILLER On 02/13/2019 at approximately 17:45 hours, an employee from Best Western turned in a black notebook found left in one of the hotel rooms. The wallet will be placed into safe keeping until the owner recovers it.

LEAVE SCEN SMITH,D On February 14th, 2019, Wasilla Police received a report of a hit-and-run that took place at Target 3 days prior. The complainant reported that on Monday, February 11th at about 2100 hours, while parked at Target, someone hit the left back panel of her 2013 Audi Q7, white in color, with registration plates JKY835. A note with no name but a short message and a phone number was left on the vehicle. The suspect has not yet been identified.

ASLT SIMPL LOPEZ On 2/14/2018 at approximately 12:20 hours, Wasilla Police were dispatched to J&J Independent Living located at 850 S Roberts Street for report of an assault. Investigation revealed that Davonta Helwig, 18 of Wasilla struck his care provider with a metal filing rack after a dispute over classwork and privileges. Helwig fled the area prior to Police arrival. The charge of Assault in the 4th degree is forwarded to the Palmer District Attorney's Office. TRESPASS SMITH,D On 2/14/19 at approximately 1253 hours, the Wasilla Police were dispatched to 2300 W Success Dr, for a report of a trespass and a male passed out in a vehicle. James Marquis, age 32 of Wasilla, was arrested and remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial for Misconduct Involving Weapons in the 3rd degree and misuse of registration. Charges forwarded to the District Attorney's office. A search warrant was applied for and granted. A search of the vehicle showed drugs to be found and were seized as evidence. Two counts of Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance and one count of Misconduct Involving a Weapon in the 2nd degree stemmed from the search warrant. Charges forwarded to the District Attorney's office.

TRESPASS SMITH,D On 2/14/19 at approximately 1544 hours, the Wasilla Police were dispatched to 1801 East Parks Highway, Target for a report of a trespass. The complainant, Ryan Wyckoff, Loss Prevention Officer for Target stated Robert Luzader was in the store trespassing. No charges at this time.

TRESPASS LOPEZ On 2/14/2019 at approximately 16:23 hours, Wasilla Police were dispatched to Walmart located at 1350 S Seward Meridian Parkway in Wasilla for report that Chase Apalone, 34 of Wasilla was inside the store, and had previously been trespassed. Upon arrival, Police contacted loss prevention who indicated they additionally observed Apalone conceal an item of merchandise on his person after removing it from packaging. Apalone cooperated with Police and staff and was escorted to the loss prevention office. Investigation and store records revealed that Apalone had previously been trespassed from the store on three separate occasions dating back to 2012. Apalone was issued a municipal ordinance citation for Petty Theft 2, and summonsed to appear at Palmer court in March for Criminal Trespass 2.

ASLT SIMPL LAPOINTE On 2/14/19 at about 2055hrs Wasilla Police Department was dispatched to a domestic disturbance in progress at Chepo's. Investigation revealed Bethany Mitchell, 38, of Wasilla assaulted her husband, turning a verbal argument physical. Bethany was remanded to Matsu Pretrial on the charge of assault 4th degree DV. THEFT SMITH,D On 2/15/19 at approximately 0727 hours, the Wasilla Police were dispatched to Wasilla Lake Christian School, 2001 Palmer Wasilla Highway, Wasilla for a report of suspicious circumstances. James Oliveri, age 30 of Wasilla, was arrested and remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial on charges of Criminal Mischief in the 3rd degree, Criminal Trespass in the 1st degree and Theft 4.

COLLISION LOPEZ On 2/15/2019 at approximately 12:25 hours, Wasilla Police were dispatched to the intersection of N Crusey Street and E Westpoint Drive for a motor vehicle collision. A red Ford Focus operated by Raven Engelbrecht impacted a maroon Dodge Ram pickup operated by Valentina Quesenberry. Both vehicles sustained minor damage as a result of the collision. No injuries were reported.

COLLISION LOPEZ On 2/15/2019 at approximately 16:20 hours, Wasilla Police were dispatched to W Swanson Ave for report of a motor vehicle collision. A blue Chevy Blazer SUV operated by Cameron Crawford slid into the roadway from #300 W Swanson and impacted a black Chevy Cruze traveling east operated by Lynn Carlson. No injuries were reported as a result of the accident and both vehicles were driven from the scene.

FOUND PROP LECOURS On 02/16/2019, at 0111 hours, the Wasilla Police Department found a hockey helmet in Walmart parking area. Investigations are ongoing to return it to the owner.

DUI LOPEZ On 2/16/2019 at approximately 06:59 hours, Wasilla Police responded to a REDDI (Report Every Dangerous Driver Immediately) traveling south on Trunk Road from Palmer Wasilla Highway. Multiple callers reported a male slumped at the wheel of a red Ford Ranger pickup for multiple cycles of the traffic light. When citizens attempted to render aid to the man, they discovered he was intoxicated and urged him not to drive. The male sped from the intersection where he was intercepted by Police southbound on the Glenn Highway near the hay flats and Knik River Access. Investigation revealed the driver and sole occupant, John Broach, 63 from Eagle River was driving while his license was revoked until 2085 and under the influence of alcohol. Records showed that Broach was under the supervision of Anchorage Probation and had eight (8) prior convictions for DUI. Broach's breath alcohol was measured to be over two times the legal limit. He was remanded to Matsu Pretrial in Palmer where he was charged with Felony DUI, DWLR, and Probation Violation. Broach was held without bail. COLLISION RADER On 2/16/19 Wasilla Police responded to a motor vehicle collision on Church Rd at Nicola Ave. A vehicle driven by John Calhoun, age 55 of Eagle River rear-ended a vehicle driven by Joshua Gillow, age 39 of Wasilla. Minor injuries were reported.

STOLEN VEH LECOURS On 02/16/2019, at 2021 hours, the Wasilla Police Department took a report of a stolen vehicle in the area of Swanson Ave and Yenlo St. Investigations revealed the truck was impounded by the private property owner, the registered owner was notified.

THEFT LECOURS On 02/16/2019, at 2230 hours, the Wasilla Police Department took a report of stolen checks, investigations are ongoing.

TRESPASS LOPEZ On 2/17/2019 at approximately 13:21 hours, Wasilla Police were dispatched to Carrs located at 595 E Parks Highway for a criminal trespass. An Anchorage Probation Officer identified and observed a male known to her as Dustin Peters, 34 of Anchorage on the premise. Peters had been advised he was trespassed from the store by Wasilla Police only nine hours earlier. Police located Peters in the parking lot where he was arrested for Criminal Trespass 2 and additionally for Violating Conditions of Release for an ankle monitor violation thru Palmer Pretrial Enforcement Division (PED). Peters was transported and remanded to Matsu Pretrial in Palmer where he was held on $250 cash performance bail.

SHOPLIFT LECOURS On 02/17/2019, at 1832 hours, the Wasilla Police Department responded to Carrs in reference to a shoplifting. Investigations are ongoing.

COLLISION LAPOINTE On February 17, 2019 at approximately 1833 hour the Wasilla PD responded to a motor vehicle crash at Knik Goose Bay Rd and Lakewood Dr involving 3 vehicles. It was found that a 2010 Ford escape driven by Charles Clare collided with a 2010 Dodge Nitro driven by Anthony Dellapietro and a 2015 Jeep Cherokee driven by Sharon Nispel. DRUG POSS BUZZARD On 2/18/19 at about 0047hrs Wasilla Police Department was dispatched to Walmart for a welfare check on two individuals who were passed out in a vehicle in the parking lot. Investigation revealed Travis Munson and Ariel Sizemore were occupying the vehicle. Drug paraphernalia could be seen in plain view. The vehicle was seized pending a search warrant. The investigation is ongoing.

DISTURBANC PETERSONS On 02/18/2019, at approximately 1025 hours the Wasilla Police responded for a report of a disturbance off Holiday Dr in Wasilla. Further investigation revealed a argument between Travis and a female on scene. Charges of domestic violence assault in the fourth degree will be forwarded against Travis will be forwarded to the District Attorneys Office for review.

TRAF VIOL SKIBA On 02/18/2019 at approximately 1355 hours, the Wasilla Police Department conducted a traffic stop on 42 year old Wasilla resident Brandon Odell for multiple traffic violations. During the contact, Odell advised that he was knowingly operating his motor vehicle without liability insurance. Odell was interviewed about the offense and released from the scene. One charge of operating a motor vehicle without liability insurance has been forwarded to the District Attorney's Office.

SHOPLIFT SKIBA On 02/18/2019 at approximately 1430 hours, the Wasilla Police Department received a report of a shoplifter in custody at Target. Police responded to the area and contacted the suspect, 46 year old Wasilla resident Theresa Burton. Investigation revealed that Burton had attempted to steal a $25 tooth brush. Burton was interviewed about the offense and released from the scene. One charge of Theft in the Fourth Degree had been forwarded to the District Attorney's Office against Burton.

LEAVE SCEN PETERSONS On 02/18/2019, at approximately 1511 hours the Wasilla Police received a call for a report of a hit run that occurred in the Sears parking lot. A GMC truck bearing Alaska plates MTRIDR had backed into a parked vehicle left the scene without exchanging information. THEFT SKIBA On 02/18/2019 at approximately 1605 hours, the Wasilla Police Department received a report of two shoplifters inside of Target. Police responded to the area and contacted the suspects, 20 year old Wasilla resident Candace Sandvik-Hurt and 20 year old Wasilla resident Daniel Corey. Investigation revealed that Hurt had shoplifted from Target multiple times that week and that Corey had assisted her. Hurt was found for be in possession of stolen merchandise during the interview, which was recovered. As police escorted Hurt to her vehicle to ensure there was no stolen merchandise inside, Hurt set off the anti-theft towers as she exited the store. Investigation revealed that Hurt had additional merchandise concealed in her pants. Hurt was placed under arrest for Theft in the Second Degree. Hurt's vehicle had evidence of theft and drug paraphernalia inside, so it was impounded for a search warrant application. Corey was interviewed and released from the scene. Hurt was remanded at Mat-Su Pre-Trial. One charge of Theft in the Third Degree has been forwarded to the District Attorney's Office against Corey.

THEFT PETERSONS On 02/18/2019, at approximately 1711 hours the Wasilla Police Department received call from Schyler Rippie, who was reporting someone had stolen the license plates to his vehicle. At this time there are no suspects or further leads.

THEFT MILLER On 02/18/2019 at approximately 19:36 hours, Wasilla Police Department reported a theft of Rigid lights from Mr. Lube located at 721 Westpoint Dr. Investigation continues.

DUI RIDGE On 2/18/19, at about 2231 hours, police received a report of an intoxicated male parked in front of his ex-girlfriend's home on Snow Hill Av. The suspect was located and identified as the driver, as Robert P. Watson, 40, of Wasilla. Watson exhibited signs of alcohol influence and was arrested for DUI. Records indicated Watson was previously convicted of a felony DUI in 2014 and his license was revoked until 2078 for DUI. Watson's breath alcohol concentration was .210. He was booked at the Mat-Su pretrial jail, charged with Felony DUI and misdemeanor DWLR, and held without bail until arraignment.

FOUND PROP CHEEK On 2/18/2019 at 2254 hours, Wasilla Police received a report of a pistol being left in the males locker room at the Alaska Club. Wasilla Police have placed the pistol in safe keeping at the Wasilla Police Department. ASLT SIMPL MILLER On 02/19/2019 at approximately 00:10 hours, Wasilla Police Department responded to 340 E Palmer Wasilla Hwy unit #3, for a report of domestic violence. Investigation revealed Tristan Christiansen 25, of Wasilla struck a male, of Wasilla on the face after a verbal argument. Tristan Christiansen was remanded to Mat-Su pretrial on charges of Domestic Violence Assault in the fourth degree.

TRESPASS SKIBA On 02/19/2019 at approximately 0958 hours, the Wasilla Police Department received a report of a disturbance at the Wasilla Walmart. Police responded to the area and contacted one of the involved individuals, 32 year old Wasilla resident Brandon Shannon. Shannon had previously been advised of a lifetime trespass from Walmart and was advised the depart the property, which he agreed to do. At 1020 hours, Walmart employees advised that Shannon had returned and was inside the bathroom. Police contacted Shannon and interviewed him, after which he was escorted off the property. One charge of Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree had been forwarded to the District Attorney's Office against Shannon.

DISTURBANC PETERSONS On 02/19/2019, at approximately 1151 hours the Wasilla Police responded to a disturbance located off Harvest Loop. Further investigation revealed Christopher Converse had arrived at his mothers residence and started a verbal argument. Converse then had picked up a kitchen stool and slammed it to the ground breaking it. Converse left the residence and was contacted shortly after by Wasilla Police. Converse was arrested for domestic violence criminal mischief in the 5th degree. Converse was transported to Mat-Su Pretrial where he was remanded with no bail. ASLT SIMPL SKIBA On 02/19/2019 at approximately 1217 hours, the Wasilla Police Department received a report of a disturbance at the Alaskan View Motel in Wasilla. Police responded to the area and contacted the involved parties. The female half of the disturbance was identified as 36 year old Palmer resident Marjorie Labriola. Labriola was under the influence of alcohol and was unable to care for herself. Labriola was transported to the Mat-Su Regional Medical Center for a Title 47 hold. Once at the hospital, Labriola began to cause a disturbance by yelling, swearing, and kicking at nurses. Labriola was then arrested for Disorderly Conduct. While escorting Labriola to a police car, she made a mule kick motion and kicked the escorting police officer. Labriola was transported to Mat-Su Pre-Trial, where she was remanded for Disorderly Conduct and Assault in the Fourth Degree.

DUI MILLER On 02/19/2019 at approximately 23:09 hours, Wasilla Police conducted a traffic stop on a green Chev truck bearing AK Plate 'KCH250', for speeding. Investigation revealed Nicholas Hines 38, of Wasilla the driver and sole occupant of the vehicle was impaired by alcohol and not safe to operate a motor vehicle. Hines provided a breath sample of 0.214% BrAC and was arrested and is charged with first offense DUI. Hines was transported and remanded to Matsu Pretrial in Palmer and his vehicle was released to a friend.

DUI MILLER On 02/21/2019 at approximately 00:09 hours, Wasilla Police conducted a traffic stop on a tan 2003 Ford for running a stop sign and driving with a headlight out. Investigation revealed Riley Roseberry 19, of Wasilla and sole occupant of the vehicle was impaired by alcohol and not safe to operate a motor vehicle. Roseberry provided a breath sample of 0.154% BrAC and was arrested and is charged with first offence DUI, Minor Operating a vehicle after consuming alcohol. Roseberry was transported and remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial in Palmer and his vehicle was released to his mother.

STOLEN VEH PETERSONS On 02/21/2019, at approximately 1120 hours the Wasilla Police Department received a call from Dixson Holland, who was reporting a company vehicle was stolen from the Meta Rose parking lot in Wasilla. The value of the vehicle was $7,000. TRAF VIOL SKIBA On 02/21/2019 at approximately 1313 hours, the Wasilla Police Department conducted a traffic stop on 29 year old Wasilla resident Amber Barr for a traffic violation. Investigation revealed that Barr was operating her motor vehicle without liability insurance. Barr was interviewed about the offense and released from the scene. One charge of operating a motor vehicle without liability insurance has been forwarded to the District Attorney's Office against Barr.

COLLISION MILLER On 02/21/2019 at approximately 18:42 hours, Wasilla Police were dispatched to the intersection of E Parks Highway and Palmer Wasilla highway for a motor vehicle collision. A blue Jeep Grand Cherokee bearing AK Plate 'JPB762' operated by Marcas Kensinger 39, of Wasilla did an abrupt lane change and struck a blue Honda Passport bearing AK Plate 'JHT674' operated by Austin Jackson 17, of Wasilla. There were no injuries from the collision, and both vehicles were driven from the scene. Due to the road conditions being a contributing factor, no citations were issued.

TRESPASS HELLMAN On 2-22-19 at about 0301 hours, Wasilla Police Department responded to 1446 W Mystery Ave for a report of somebody trespassing. Investigation revealed, KIMBERLY DURGAN, was inside the secured lot hiding under a vehicle. DURGAN was arrested for Criminal Trespass 1st and was remanded to Mat Su Pretrial. Upon further investigation it was found that JUSTIS HULSE was the second party involved in the theft of auto parts from the INSURANCE AUTO AUCTION yard. HULSE is being charged with Criminal Trespass in the 1st degree, Theft in the 4th degree, and Criminal Mischief in the 5th degree.

AGNCY ASST BURTCH On 2/22/19 at approximately 0818 hours, the Wasilla Police Department were dispatched for an Agency Assist with AST to check local clinics in Wasilla to see if there have been any recent patients with gunshot wounds. Wasilla police made contact with a suspect Sarah Butts, age 39 of Wasilla. Troopers investigation is ongoing. ASLT SIMPL FITCHETT On 2/22/2019 Wasilla Police responded to Target for a uncooperative-operative shoplifter which was being detained. Upon arrival the suspect was identified as Cori Smith age 33 of Wasilla as being the person who LP identify as the alleged shoplifter. LP advised Smith left the store without paying for $132.94 worth of merchandise. One count of theft in the fourth degree and one count of assault in the fourth degree forwarded to the Palmer DAO

TRESPASS LOPEZ On 2/22/2019 at approximately 13:54 hours, Wasilla Police were dispatched to Carrs located at 595 E Parks Highway for report of a female trespasser inside the store. Police located and contacted Tazlina Harker, 27 of Palmer inside the store. Investigation revealed that Harker had been trespassed from the store multiple times prior including formally by Wasilla Police in November of 2018. Harker was escorted from the store and issued a summons for Criminal Trespass in the 2nd Degree. Harker was summonsed to appear at Palmer Court in April.

DRUG POSS SMITH,D On 2/22/19 at approximately 1245 hours, the Wasilla Police Department was dispatched to 2900 East Parks Highway in Wasilla, Grand View Inn, for a report of a welfare check on a female passed out in a vehicle. Wasilla Police responded to the area and contacted the female, identified as Payton Petersen, age 20 of Wasilla. Payton was found to be in possession of marijuana which is a violation of her conditions of release. Payton was arrested on charges of Violating Conditions of Release and Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance in the Fifth degree and remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial.

DRUG POSS LAPOINTE On February 22, 2019 at approximately 2226 hours the Wasilla PD responded to Fred Meyer in reference to a male that was suspected of shoplifting. The male was located and identified as John Cloyes III. Investigation continues.

FORGERY LECOURS On 02/23/2019, at 0053 hours, the Wasilla Police Department responded to Walmart in reference to a fake $100 bill that had been used. Report was taken and will be forwarded to the US Secret Service. SHOPLIFT LAPOINTE On February 23, 2019 at approximately 1843 hours the Wasilla PD responded to Target located at 1801 E Parks Hy in reference to a shoplifting. Investigation continues.

COLLISION LECOURS On 02/22/2019, at 1902 hours, the Wasilla Police Department responded to the area of Wasilla Fish Hook in reference to a motor vehicle collision involving one vehicle and a moose. Investigation showed vehicle one was driven by John Walker of Wasilla. The vehicle sustained damages to the front end and the roof. The moose reportedly walked away, officers were unable to locate the moose.

SUSPICIOUS LECOURS On 02/22/2019, at 2013 hours, the Wasilla Police Department took a report of suspicious activity at Target from earlier in the day. There was reportedly a suspect male who attempted to take a shopping cart that was occupied by a 6-year-old away from a grandparent who was in the near vicinity. The suspect male stopped trying to take the cart away from the grandparent and left the area. Investigations are ongoing to identify the suspect male. Report taken.

ROBBERY LAPOINTE On February 24, 2019 at approximately 1811 hours the Wasilla PD responded to Target located at 1801 E Parks Hwy in reference to a shoplifting where a gun had been brandished. Investigation continues.

VIOLRELCON LECOURS On 02/24/2019, the Wasilla Police Department responded to a residence off of Chattaroy Circle in reference to an active disturbance. Investigation led to Bryan James being arrested and was transported to Matsu Pretrial where he was remanded on violating his conditions of release, disorderly conduct, and criminal mischief 5.

DRUG POSS LECOURS On 02/25/2019, at 0106 hours, the Wasilla Police Department responded to Walmart in reference to a female who had been in the bathroom for over an hour. Investigation led to a purse being seized for a search warrant. Through the search warrant officers discovered drug related items and trace amounts of illegal drugs. TRAF VIOL SKIBA On 02/25/2019 at approximately 1310 hours, the Wasilla Police Department conducted a traffic stop on 32 year old Wasilla resident Nathaniel Henderson for a traffic violation. Investigation revealed that Henderson was knowingly operating his motor vehicle without liability insurance. Henderson was interviewed about the offense and released from the scene. One charge of operating a motor vehicle without liability insurance has been forwarded to the District Attorney's Office.

LOST PROP PETERSONS On 02/26/2019, at approximately 1050 hours the Wasilla Police Department received a report from Ann Truex, who was reporting her purse missing from the Wasilla Library.

SHOPLIFT SKIBA On 02/26/2019 at approximately 1630 hours, the Wasilla Police Department received a report of a shoplifting at Target. Police responded to the area and contacted the suspect, 27 year old Wasilla resident Brian Pinckley. Pinckley was interviewed, during which time he admitted to stealing approximately $200 worth of video games. Investigation also revealed that an associate, 34 year old Wasilla resident Robert Jacobson, had stolen $120 worth of video games and provide false identification upon contact. One charge of Theft in the Fourth Degree has been forwarded to the District Attorney's Office against both. One additional charge of False Information has been forwarded against Jacobson.

SHOPLIFT RIDGE On 2/26/19 at about 2019 hours, Police responded to a shoplifting in progress at Value Village. The suspect was located, stopped, arrested, and identified as Seth J. Row-Button, 27, of Wasilla. He was found to have concealed merchandise under his clothes. He was also currently out of jail on bail with conditions of release. He was arrested, remanded to jail and charged with Concealment of Merchandise valued at $45.97, and Violation of Conditions of Release.

THEFT HELLMAN On 2-26-2019 I was dispatched to an after the fact theft from a vehicle on 475 W Fallen Leaf Cir. Margaret Deloach reported her wallet was taken from her purse that had been left inside her unlocked vehicle in her driveway. Among the items taken were a checkbook, a military ID card, her Social Security card, and her driver's license. The items were later found by Deloach and determined to have just been lost. Case was closed. STOLEN VEH HELLMAN On 2-26-19 at about 2239 hours, Wasilla Police Department responded to Walmart for a report of a stolen vehicle. Investigation revealed the complainant LEANNA MALAK, left her 2005 Honda Civic in the Walmart parking lot and upon returning 2 hours later it was stolen. Investigation continues.

DISORDERLY SKIBA On 02/27/2019 at approximately 1610 hours, the Wasilla Police Department received a report of an intoxicated male at 951 S Hermon Road. Police responded to the area and contacted the male, 37 year old Anchorage resident Shawn Mills. Investigating revealed that Mills was causing a scene and breaking property. Mills was arrested for one count of Disorderly Conduct and two counts of Violating Conditions of Release for a Domestic Violence Crime. Mills was transported to Mat-Su Pre-Trial, where he was remanded and held until arraignment.

SHOPLIFT PETERSONS On 02/27/2019, at approximately 1727 hours the Wasilla Police Department received a call from a Target employee, who was reporting a juvenile male in custody for shoplifting. Total amount taken was $28.98. Charges of theft 4 will be forwarded to Juvenile Justice.

FOUND PROP HELLMAN On 27 February 2019 at approximately 2122 a complainant turned in a found cell phone that was reported lost\stolen by the Cricket phone company. Investigation revealed that the phone was registered to a KENNITH TARGONSKY who was attempted to be contacted with no success.

DRUG POSS MILLER On 02/27/2019 at approximately 21:07 hours, Wasilla Police Department responded to 924 W Winter Ave for a welfare check. The driver Kaile Lewis 29, of Wasilla was passed out in the drivers seat of white Chev Van bearing AK 'JMA833'. Investigation revealed Lewis was under the influence of a controlled substance. Additionally Lewis was in possession of heroin and methamphetamine, and evidence of distribution. Charges for Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance are being forwarded to the Palmer District Attorney. FRAUD OTH SMITH,D On 2/28/19 at approximately 1316 hours, the Wasilla Police were dispatched to 1501 East Parks Highway, Fred Meyer for a report of a theft and a male detained. Bobby Doisher, age 47 of Wasilla was charged with a single count of Theft in the Fourth Degree. Charges were forwarded to the District Attorney's Office.

STOLEN VEH FITCHETT This Officer found out after the fact, the vehicle which was reported stolen was actually repossessed. No report. vehicle was taken out of stolen status in APSIN/NCIC.

LEAVE SCEN LECOURS On 02/28/2019, at 1804 hours, the Wasilla Police Department responded to the area of Parks Highway and Frontage Rd in reference to a hit and run motor vehicle collision. THEFT LAPOINTE On February 28, 2019 at approximately 1927 hours the Wasilla PD responded to a theft of a purse that occurred at Wendy's. The purse and approximately $600 was stolen. Investigation continues on the identification of the suspect.

DUI LAPOINTE On February 28, 2019 at approximately 2102 hours the Wasilla PD responded to Chevron located at 601 W Parks Hwy in reference to a welfare check of a male asleep in a vehicle. The male was located and identified as Kevin Moore. Moore was arrested for DUI and remanded to Matsu Pretrial.

DUI LECOURS On 03/01/2019, at 0101 hours, the Wasilla Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in reference to it failing to stop before entering the roadway. Investigation led to Micah Johnson being arrested and remanded for Driving Under the Influence.

SHOPLIFT SMITH,D On 3/1/19 at approximately 1435 hours, the Wasilla Police were dispatched to 1501 E Parks Highway, Wasilla, Fred Meyer for a report of a female shoplifting. Investigation revealed Corrina McCord age 56, of Wasilla shoplifted $408.30 worth of merchandise. Corrina was charged with Theft 3 and charges were forwarded to the District Attorney's Office. SHOPLIFT RADER On 3/1/19 Wasilla Police responded to Sportsman's Warehouse for a report of shoplifting. Brian Corey, age 37 of Talkeetna was issued a summons to appear for Theft 4th. Tamara Noble, age 57 of Willow is also being charged with Theft 4th.

COLLISION LECOURS On 03/01/2019, the Wasilla Police Department responded to the area of Palmer Wasilla Highway and Knik Goose Bay Rd in reference to a two-vehicle collision. Investigation revealed vehicle 1 was operated by Corina Bassity, age 44, of Wasilla. Vehicle 2 was operated by Lindsay Louis, age 40, from Anchorage. Both vehicles sustained minor damages. No injuries were reported, no citations issued.

DRUG POSS BURTCH On 3/1/19 at approximately 1634 hours, the Wasilla Police were dispatched to 1255 East Palmer Wasilla Hwy, Home Depot for a report of a trespass. The Wasilla police contacted Daniel Russell, age 29 of Wasilla on a related traffic stop. During contact the Wasilla Police observed suspected stolen property and drug paraphernalia. The vehicle was impounded for investigation.

SHOPLIFT SMITH,D On 3/2/19 at approximately 1503 hours, the Wasilla Police responded to 1901 East Parks Highway, Sportsman's Warehouse for a report of a shoplifting with a male in custody. The complainant, Nicholas Anliker, of Loss Prevention, stated he had James Hubbard, age 24 of Wasilla, detained in the Loss Prevention office. Investigation revealed that James shoplifted $23.98 worth of merchandise. One charge of Theft in the Fourth Degree has been forwarded the District Attorney's Office.

DRUG POSS LECOURS On 03/02/2019, at 2041 hours, the Wasilla Police Department responded to Holiday gas station in reference to a male being in the restroom for forty-five minutes. Investigation revealed Daniel Delaney- Cucullu was in possession of heroin. Daniel was issued a criminal summons for misconduct involving a controlled substance in the fourth degree and released on scene.

SHOPLIFT LAPOINTE On March 2, 2019 at approximately 2209 hours the Wasilla PD responded to a suspected shoplifting at Target. The suspects were apprehended and identified as Sarah Peterson and Tiffanie Knighton. Charges to be forwarded to the DA's office for theft and misconduct involving controlled substances. DUI LECOURS On 03/02/2019, at 2330 hours, the Wasilla Police Department responded to the area of Palmer Wasilla Highway and Hurley Circle in reference to a vehicle running off of the roadway into the ditch where it got stuck. Investigation led to Cheryl Boyle being arrested and transported to Matsu Pretrial where she was remanded on a Driving Under the Influence charge.

ASLT SIMPL BUZZARD On 3/2/19 at about 2210hrs Wasilla Police Department was dispatched to a disturbance at 401 Wasilla Street, #41. A female and a screaming baby could be heard on the phone. Investigation revealed a verbal argument had occurred between family members; no crime. Further investigation revealed the original caller, Mackenzie Yunak, was extremely intoxicated and was endangering her 6 month old child. Mackenzie was initially arrested for disorderly conduct but was then transported by EMS due to possible complications of her intoxication. The child was left in the care of her family members. The investigation is ongoing.

DUI LECOURS On 03/03/2019, at 0206 hours, the Wasilla Police Department responded to the area of Mugshot Saloon in reference to a REDDI (Report Every Dangerous Driver Immediately). Officers located the vehicle and found Chasityanne Kameroff to be under the influence. She was arrested and transported to Matsu Pretrial where she was remanded on a charge of Driving Under the Influence and Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test.

TRESPASS FITCHETT On 3/3/2019 Wasilla Police responded to Walmart for a complaint of someone trespassing on Walmart property. Police arrived and located a female identified as Brittany Dolechek age 34 of Wasilla. Dolecheck had been previously trespassed from Walmart. Dolecheck was written a summons for Criminal Trespass II and given a court date. Dolecheck was escorted off of Walmart property without further incident.

ASLT SIMPL SMITH,D On 3/3/19 at approximately 1015 hours, the Wasilla Police were dispatched to Corkey Street in Wasilla for a report of an assault. Raymond Schmidt age 23 of Wasilla, was arrested and remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial and charged with DV Assault 4. DUI LAPOINTE On March 3, 2019 at approximately 1721 hours The Wasilla PD responded to a REDDI vehicle at Carrs. The vehicle was located a short time later. The driver was identified as Casey Huizar. Huizar was arrested for DUI, misconduct involving controlled substances, and misconduct involving weapons.

DUI LAPOINTE On March 4, 2019 at approximately 0217 hours the Wasilla PD located a REDDI vehicle. The driver was identified as Erich Myers. Myers was arrested for DUI and an outstanding warrant. Investigation continues.

COLLISION BURTCH On 3/4/19 at approximately 0619 hours, the Wasilla Police responded to 1830 E Parks Highway, Wasilla for a report of a two vehicle MVA with no injuries. Kristine Inman, 36 of Wasilla was driving a 2013 blue Honda Pilot when she pulled out on to Southbound Parks Highway in the same lane of travel of Kalie Kirsch age 23 of Wasilla driving a 2016 gray Ford Escape causing Kirsch to hit the back of Inman's vehicle. No citations issued.

COLLISION SKIBA On 03/04/2019 at approximately 1051 hours, the Wasilla Police responded to South Alpine Street and East Parks Highway for a report of a two vehicle motor vehicle accident with injuries. Investigation revealed that 22 year old Wasilla resident Julia Abell was turning southbound on the Parks Highway from Alpine Street when she collided with a vehicle that was north bound on the Parks Highway. The other vehicle was being driven by 57 year old Wasilla resident Darlene Simpson. Simpson was transported to Mat-Su Regional Medical Center by EMS. Both vehicle were disabled and towed from the scene. No criminal charges stemmed from this event.

ASLT SIMPL HELLMAN On 3-4-19 at about 2225 hours, Wasilla Police Department responded to Walmart for a report of a male and female having a physical altercation in the store. Investigation revealed, DANIEL SPRADLIN, had assaulted his girlfriend. SPRADLIN was arrested for two counts of DV Assault 4th and remanded to Mat Su Pretrial. LEAVE SCEN RIDGE On February 27, 2019, Wasilla Police received a report of a hit and run, after the fact. Crystal Ulrich reported that sometime on February 17, her minor son drove her 2004 Chevy Malibu grey/blue in color with registration FEX451 to a residence on Kimberly St in Wasilla. He parked the vehicle and when he came out to leave later, noticed that the car had been hit in the rear driver side. Damaged was the quarter panel, bumper, and tail light. The occupants of the residence stated they did not see anything. No suspects or leads.

FRAUD INFO PETERSONS On 03/05/2019, at approximately 0550 hours the Wasilla Police Department received a call from an employee with Holiday Gas Station, who was reporting someone had passed a counterfeit $50 bill. Money was placed into evidence to be forwarded to Secret Service.

DISTURBANC PETERSONS On 03/05/2019, at approximately 1142 hours the Wasilla Police responded to an address located off Harvest Loop in Wasilla for a report of a disturbance. Further investigation revealed that Christopher Converse was in a verbal argument with his mother. Christopher was arrested for violating conditions of release for being at the residence. Christopher was transported to Mat-Su Pretrial where he was remanded with no bail.

FRAUD OTH SKIBA on 03/05/2019 at approximately 1447 hours, the Wasilla Police Department received a report of a theft and fraud at AT&T. Police responded to the area and contacted an involved party. Investigation is on going.

BURGLARY SKIBA On 3/5/19 at approximately 1414 hours, the Wasilla Police received a report of a burglary at an address off James T Circle in Wasilla. Police responded to the area and contacted the victim, who advised that someone had broken into his house around 1400 hours. No suspects have been identified at this time, investigation is on going.

COLLISION PETERSONS On 03/05/2019, at approximately 1719 hours the Wasilla Police responded to a two vehicle collision located at Parks Hwy and Crusey. Vehicle #1 was operated by Brandy Beredeaux, who was north on the Parks Hwy when she rear ended vehicle #2 that was stopping for traffic. Vehicle #2 was operated by Hubert Sager, no injuries were reported in the collision. No citations were issued. DRUG POSS RIDGE On 3/5/19 at about 1928 hours, in the parking lot of the Menard Sports Complex, during the "Tuesday Night Fights" event, Wasilla Police located a vehicle stopped and running with the brake lights on and the driver, slumped forward and not moving. With paraphernalia of illegal drug use in plain view, police were able to wake the driver who was identified as Mathew Rollins, 30, of Wasilla. Investigation revealed Rollins was in possession of small amounts of heroin, methamphetamine, and morphine pills. Rollins was arrested and charged with three counts of Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance in the Fourth Degree. An additional WPD officer continued a separate investigation and subsequently arrested him for DUI in case 19-471.

DUI HELLMAN On 3-5-19 at approximately 1926 hours, Wasilla Police Department contacted a vehicle, JGS842, a 2011 Toyota 4 door vehicle, in the parking lot of the Menard Sports Complex, in which the driver was seen slumped over the wheel of the vehicle. Investigation revealed, MATHEW ROLLINS, was under the influence of alcohol and was arrested for DUI. ROLLINS was remanded to Mat Su pretrial.

DUI HELLMAN On 3-6-19 at approximately 0050 hours, I witnessed a green Subaru, JNE599, traveling north on the Palmer Wasilla Highway without working taillights. Investigation showed that the driver, JACLYN YOUNG, was found to be impaired after performing SFST's. YOUNG was arrested and charged for DUI. YOUNG was remanded to Mat Su pretrial.

DRUG POSS SKIBA On 3/6/19 at approximately 1005 hours, the Wasilla Police Department responded to 581 West Parks Highway for a report of Welfare Check behind Wells Fargo. The complainant stated two people were sleeping in a Chevrolet Cavalier in the back-parking lot. The Wasilla Police identified Brandon McCoy age 26 of Wasilla, Jeffrey Clement age 28 of Wasilla, and Audra Massman age 29 of Wasilla. Drug paraphernalia was observed and the vehicle was impounded for drug investigation pending a search warrant. A search warrant was granted to search the vehicle, during which time a small amount of methamphetamines was located. Investigation is on going. COLLISION SKIBA On 03/06/2019 at approximately 1132 hours, the Wasilla Police Department responded to Lucille Street and Swanson Avenue for a report of a two vehicle collision with no injuries. Investigation revealed that one vehicle driven by Jessica Kelsey, age 26 of Wasilla, was traveling Westbound on Swanson and the other vehicle was driven by Joan Larson, age 81 of Wasilla who was traveling Northbound on Lucille Street. Kelsey pulled out on to Lucille Street without ensuring that the roadway was clear, after which she struck the front quarter panel of Larson's vehicle. Both vehicles sustained minor damage and were driven away. Kelsey was cited for no proof of insurance.

AGNCY ASST MILLER DISPATCH: On 03/06/2019 at approximately 23:23 hours, Wasilla Police responded to the area W Mystery and N Lucas Road to assist the Alaska State Troopers with a stolen vehicle. Investigation revealed Donald Caulkins 30, of Wasilla stole a green Chevy Van bearing AK Plate 'FLM887' earlier in the day. Troopers came across then vehicle while out patrolling and tried to stop the vehicle which fled from them. While evading from the Troopers the vehicle got stuck in a ditch and the driver Donald Caulkins fled on foot. A short while later with assistance from Wasilla Police K9 team, Caulkins was found in the woods and taken into custody without further incident.

DRUG POSS SKIBA On 03/07/2019 at approximately 1234 hours, the Wasilla Police Department received a report of a possible shooting at Sourdough Pawn and Gun. Police responded to the area, where investigation revealed that no shooting had occurred. Police contacted an involved vehicle, during which time the occupant was identified as 29 year old Wasilla resident Steven Sellars. During the contact, evidence of drug use and misconduct involving weapons was observed. The vehicle Sellars was in was impounded for a search warrant application, but no illegal substances or illegal firearms were found. No criminal charges stemmed from this event. DRUG POSS SKIBA On 03/07/2019 at approximately 1351 hours, the Wasilla Police Department received a request for a welfare check on a female in the Walmart parking lot. Police responded to the area and contacted the female, identified as 20 year old Wasilla resident Payton Petersen. Investigation revealed that Petersen had a warrant out for her arrest and was in possession of drug paraphernalia. Petersen was arrested for her outstanding warrant and remanded at Mat-Su Pre-Trial. Petersen's car was impounded and a search warrant was granted to search the vehicle. During the search, a small amount of methamphetamines were located in the vehicle.

SHOPLIFT HELLMAN On 3-7-19 at approximately 1756 hours, Wasilla Police Department was dispatched to Target at 1801 E Parks Hwy. in reference to a shoplifting case. Loss prevention employees at Target had detained LESHA QUAYLE, A.K.A LESHA LINDLEY after witnessing her steal $209.17 worth of merchandise from the store. QUAYLE confessed to the theft and charges are being forwarded to the District Attorney.

SHOPLIFT MILLER On 03/07/2019 at approximately 1958 hours, Wasilla Police responded to Walmart for report of a shoplifting. Investigation revealed Colton Renfro 23, of Wasilla selected video games, gloves and some gel. Renfro then paid for the video games, however failed to pay for the gloves and gel then exited the store where he was confronted by Loss Prevention. The merchandise totaled $25.12. Charges of Theft in the 4th degree is forwarded to the Palmer District Attorney's Office.

CCW CHEEK On 3/7/2019 at 2023 hours, Wasilla Police contacted Kevin McManus at the Wasilla Walmart. McManus had a $100 Fail to appear warrant and was placed under arrest. While speaking to Police McManus failed to disclose he had a concealed pistol in his pocket. McManus was remanded at Mat-Su Pretrial for his existing warrant and Misconduct Involving Weapons 5th degree. THEFT HELLMAN On 7 March 2019 at approximately 1958 hours, Wasilla Police Department was dispatched to Fred Meyers in reference a report a customer witnessed an individual cut the wires off of a light bar mounted on a vehicle and stole the light bar. The vehicle was parked in the front of the Fred Meyer lot. The complainant states the suspect then got into a green, Pontiac Grand Am 4 DR, plate FEZ686, which came back as a stolen vehicle. The victim states the light bar is valued at around $80.00. Officers were unable to make contact with the suspect vehicle and there are no leads at this time. Case is pending.

LEAVE SCEN MILLER DISPATCH: On 03/07/2019 at approximately 21:10 hours, Wasilla Police Department received call from the maintenance manager of Valley Cinema about a hit and run which occurred in the parking lot. Investigation revealed a red Chevy Sonic bearing AK Plate 'GYS193' was struck in the back drivers bumper while the owner was inside watching a movie. Investigation pending further information.

TRESPASS LOPEZ On 3/8/2019 at approximately 10:57 hours, Wasilla Police were dispatched to Sally Beauty Supply to trespass a suspected shoplifter. Police responded and located Lindzi Vander-Bie, 26 of Wasilla inside the store. Investigation revealed Vander-Bie had over $130 of assorted beauty products concealed on her person and had previously been trespassed from the store on three previous occasions. Vander-Bie was summonsed to appear at Palmer Court in Palmer for Criminal Trespass 2 and Concealment of Merchandise.

ROBBERY LOPEZ On 3/8/2019 at approximately 14:07 hours, Wasilla Police were dispatched to Target for report of a Robbery. Loss Prevention (LP) staff detained a female shoplifter for concealing approximately $180 of merchandise on her person and attempting to leave the store. The female was escorted to the LP Office where she pulled a knife on staff and used it to escape custody. Wasilla Police captured the female who fled the area in a vehicle and positively identified Darla Hale, 35 of Wasilla as the perpetrator. Hale was remanded to Matsu Pretrial in Palmer where she was held without bail. No staff or patrons were injured in the incident. Hale is charged with Robbery 1, three counts of Assault 3, and Theft 4. SHOPLIFT RADER On 3/8/19 Wasilla Police responded to a report of shoplifters leaving the store with merchandise. Police located a vehicle leaving the scene and contacted Damion Silvasy, age 26 of Wasilla and Ashly Roberts, age 24 of Wasilla. $335.99 worth of Blu Ray disks were later recovered. Both are being charged with Theft in the 3rd Degree.

SHOPLIFT BURTCH On 09/08/2019 at about 1709 hours, Wasilla Police responded to 1801 E. Parks Highway, Target in Wasilla for a report of a shoplifter who had been taken into custody. After investigation: Amber A. Briggs age 29, of Wasilla was arrested and remanded to Mat-Su Pre-Trial for one count each of Theft in the Fourth Degree and Violating Conditions of Release.

COLLISION BUZZARD On 3/8/19 at about 1747hrs Wasilla Police Department was dispatched to a report of a three car collision on Parks Highway at Yenlo Street. Investigation revealed Bebincio LLiaban, 47, of Wasilla, hit the gas instead of the brake when he was slowing for traffic. Unfortunately, two vehicles in front his were struck as a result. Luckily there were only minor injuries as all occupants were seat belted. All vehicles were driven from the scene.

TRESPASS LAPOINTE On March 8, 2019 at approximately 1844 hours the Wasilla PD contacted a male identified as Bruce Hess at Carrs located at 595 E Parks Hwy. Hess was arrested for criminal trespass 2 and violating conditions of release. Hess was transported to Matsu Pretrial.

DRUG POSS LAPOINTE On March 8, 2019 at approximately 2214 hours the Wasilla PD was dispatched to Home Depot located at 1255 E Palmer Wasilla Hwy in reference to a welfare check on a male that was slumped over in the seat of a truck. Investigation continues.

DRUG POSS LECOURS On 03/09/2019, at 0101 hours, the Wasilla Police Department was conducting a security check of Wonderland Park. Investigation led to user amounts of marijuana being seized from five minors. The marijuana was put in for destruction and minors were sent on their way with warnings. TRESPASS FITCHETT On 3/9/2019 Target Loss Prevention contacted Wasilla PD in reference to a Hillarie A. Sweeden age 39 of Wasilla was trespassing on Target property as she was inside the store. An APSIN records check showed Sweeden had previously been trespassed from Target. Police arrived and found Sweeden inside the store and escorted her out of the store. Sweeden was written a summons for Criminal Trespass II and given a court date. Sweeden was released and left the property.

DRUG POSS FITCHETT On 3/9/2019 Wasilla Police responded to Value Village as Management had called wanting a female subject trespassed. Upon arrival Police made contact with the female subject to trespass her from Value Village. Upon this contact the female gave a false name and date of birth. The female was positively identified as Autumn Duczek age 35 of Wasilla. Duczek was arrested for False Information to an Officer and she was also found to be in possession of a substance stated by herself to be heroin. Duczek was remanded to MSPT and her bail was set at $250.00 Cash Appearance for the false info and O/R for the MICS IV.

LEAVE SCEN RADER On 3/9/19 Wasilla Police responded to Subway on Yenlo St for a report of a hit and run collision. A white pickup backed into a parked vehicle and left the scene. Police are investigation.

WEAPON OTH BUZZARD On 3/9/19 at about 2131hrs Wasilla Police Department was dispatched to a report of a shooting in the Wendy's parking lot. Investigation revealed two unknown male suspects in a dark colored sedan exchanged gunfire with the occupants of a blue Ford pickup truck. Both vehicles fled the scene and were not located. A parked vehicle was hit multiple times and several empty shell casings were recovered at the scene. No bystanders were injured and no injuries have been reported from the shooters. The investigation is ongoing.

ASLT SIMPL LECOURS On 03/10/2019, at 0154 hours, the Wasilla Police Department responded to Tesoro gas station near the intersection of Palmer Wasilla Highway and the Parks Highway in reference to Brandon Miller being belligerent trying to buy alcohol. Brandon was located nearby. Brandon was arrested and transported to Matsu Pretrial where he was remanded on Criminal Trespass 2, Resisting Arrest, three counts of Assault 4 on a Police Officer, Drunk on a Licensed Premise, and Criminal Mischief 5. LOST PROP LOPEZ On 3/10/2019 at approximately 06:10, James Billington called Wasilla Police to report that his iPhone 10XR was stolen from Fred Meyers where he works earlier that week. Police and Fred Meyers Loss Prevention are working to determine if the theft was internal. This case remains under investigation.

SHOPLIFT LOPEZ On 3/10/2019 at approximately 07:43 hours, Wasilla Police were dispatched to Fred Meyers for report that a male subject fled the store wearing a plaid jacket and carrying a blue backpack full store merchandise. Police located a male matching the description a short distance away and detained and positively identified Sean Wilder, 29 of Wasilla. Wilder confessed to stealing a backpack and filling it with clothing items. The stolen merchandise was valued at $232.24. Investigation additionally showed that Wilder has previously been issued formal trespasses from Police from 10 local businesses including Lowes, Walmart, Carrs/Safeway, Target, Sears, the Alaska Club, Three Bears, Value Village, all City of Wasilla Parks, and Fred Meyers. Wilder also confessed during the contact to being at Carrs earlier in the morning. Wilder was then issued summons' to appear at Palmer Court in April for two counts of criminal trespass 2, and one count of theft 4.

DRUG POSS LOPEZ On 3/10/2019 at approximately 15:27 hours, Target Loss Prevention contacted Wasilla Police to report that a wanted subject was inside the store shopping. Wasilla Police responded and located Kaile Lewis, 29 of Wasilla who in fact had had an outstanding misdemeanor $1,000 cash/corporate warrant for her arrest out of Anchorage for failing to appear at an arraignment for an original charge of theft. During this contact, Police additionally discovered Lewis was in possession of a small amount of crystal methamphetamine. Lewis was remanded to Matsu Pretrial in Palmer for the outstanding Warrant and is additionally charged with Misconduct Involving Controlled Substances in the Fourth Degree. PAROLE VIO LECOURS On 03/10/2019, at 1726 hours, the Wasilla Police Department took a REDDI report. (Report Every Dangerous Driver Immediately) The REDDI vehicle was said to have went in the opposite lane of travel and hit two people. Investigation led to James Grim being arrested and transported to Matsu Pretrial where he was remanded on a probation violation due to him driving while his license was suspended, and he did not have proof of insurance while driving. James got cited for the lack of proof of insurance and driving while his operator's license was suspended. James was not impaired.

TRESPASS LECOURS On 03/11/2019, the Wasilla Police Department responded to 1100 E Northstar Circle in reference to a burglary in progress. Investigation led to Mitchell Smith being placed under arrest and transported to Matsu Pretrial where he was remanded on Criminal Trespass 1.

DRUG OTH SKIBA On 3/11/19 at approximately 1101 hours, the Wasilla Police Department responded to 1350 South Seward Meridian Parkway, Walmart for a report of a welfare check. A pedestrian pointed out a black Chevy cobalt with two people inside that looked to be passed out. The driver was identified as Travis Munson age 38 of Wasilla. The passenger was identified as Ariel Sizemore age 28 of Wasilla. A search warrant was granted to search the vehicle, during which time a user level amount of heroin was located in the vehicle. Investigation is on going.

SHOPLIFT PETERSONS On 03/11/2019, at approximately 1342 hours the Wasilla Police Department received a call from an employee at Target, who was reporting Robert Albright has stolen merchandise from the store and was leaving the parking lot. Albright was contacted by Wasilla Police as he was attempting to sell the stolen merchandise at Play It Again Sports. Albright was charged with criminal trespass in the second degree and theft in the fourth degree. COLLISION CHEEK On 3/11/2019 at 1754 hours, Police responded to the Parks Highway in front of 1800 E Parks Highway for report of a motor vehicle Collison. Investigations revealed Katelyn Handy driving a Honda Odyssey was attempting to turn Southbound onto the Parks Highway from the Target parking lot. Jesse McGuire was driving northbound on the Parks highway when Handy pulled out in front of him. Handy and four small children were transported to Mat-Su Regional for injuries. Mcguire was also transported to Mat-Su Regional for minor injuries. None of the small children were wearing their seat belts vehicles. Both vehicles had airbags deployed.

THEFT BONADURER On March 12, 2019, Wasilla Police received a report of theft from a vehicle. Michael Crume of Palmer, reported that his WIC coupons were stolen out of the glove compartment of his 2005 Ford Freestyle, gold in color, with registration JFZ111, while it was waiting in line or during an oil change at Mr. Lube in Wasilla. The theft was also reported to the WIC office. No suspect has been identified.

THEFT BONADURER On March 12, 2019 Wasilla Police received a report of theft inside Walmart. Craig Clark of Palmer, reported that he checked out at the self checkout, requested $80 cash back, and forgot to grab the money. While walking to the parking lot, he remembered about the money left behind and returned inside the store to find that it has been taken.

THEFT BONADURER On March 12, 2019 Wasilla Police received a report of theft from Alaska Industrial Hardware store in Wasilla. The complainant reported that on February 25th, they discovered missing a Milwaukee 12V rivet tool, model 2550-22, serial # J53AD182102923. No suspects no leads.

SHOPLIFT BONADURER On March 12, 2019, Wasilla Police received a report of shoplift from Alaska Industrial Hardware. The complainant reported that on March 4th, around 4:50 pm, a suspect male entered the store and went to the air tool isle and located the 20V DeWalt nailer cabled down. He then took a pair of cutters from a different isle and cut the tool cord, concealed the $319 20V DeWalt nailer in his jacket and left the store. Suspect has not yet been identified. LEAVE SCEN CHEEK On 3/11/2019 at 2138 hours, Wasilla Police received a report of a hit and run at Fireweed and S Seward Meridian. Investigation revealed a Blue Trailblazer with an unidentified female driver had struck a blue Dodge Pickup. After agreeing to go into the Walmart parking lot to exchange information, the Trailblazer left the scene failing to provide any information.

FALSE INFO MILLER On March 12th, 2019 at 1000 hours, Sgt. Patterson with Mat-Su Pretrial notified Wasilla Police Department, fingerprint results had returned on Joshua Sanchez who was arrested on 03/05/2019 on a warrant. Sgt. Patterson with Mat-Su Pretrial stated the results of the fingerprinting revealed Mathew Sanchez who is Joshua Sanchez's brother was the individual who was arrested on 03/05/2019 and provided false information by giving his brother's name when contacted by law enforcement. The charge for false Information is being forward to the Palmer District attorney.

THEFT SKIBA On 03/13/2019 at approximately 1339 hours, the Wasilla Police Department received a report of a theft of a purse from Fred Meyer. No suspects have been identified at this time. Investigation is on going.

COLLISION HOLMGREN On 3-13-19 at about 1844 hours, Wasilla Police Department responded to Parks Hwy and Knik St for a report of a two vehicle non injury accident. Investigation revealed a vehicle driven by, SONIA AULD, struck another vehicle driven by, LINDSEY KING. There were no injuries and there was damage to both vehicles.

CRIM MISCH CHEEK On 3/14/2019 at 0040 hours, Wasilla Police 1999 Pontiac stolen out of Anchorage on March 2nd at the 225 N Boundary Holiday. During the investigation Rebecca Anderson provided police with a false name. The vehicle has been released for the owner to pick up. Anderson was remanded at Mat-Su Pretrial for False info and Criminal Mischief for riding in a stolen vehicle. DRUG POSS RIDGE On 3/14/19 at about 0215 hours, Michael Baker, 23, of Chugiak was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant, recorded in WPD case 19-0525. Upon Baker being transported to the jail and while in the booking area, he was found to be in possession of a small amount of methamphetamine, which he admitted to knowing he had on him. Baker was additionally booked and charged with the crimes of Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance in the Fourth Degree and Promoting Contraband in the First Degree.

COLLISION BURTCH On 03/14/2019 at about 1210 hours, Wasilla Police responded to a motor vehicle collision at the intersection of Seward Meridian Parkway and Blue Lupine Drive. After investigation, vehicle 1, a gold Ford Focus was crossing westbound from Blue Lupine across Seward Meridian Parkway. Vehicle 2, a silver Toyota Corolla was traveling northbound on SMP when vehicle one pulled in front of vehicle two causing a collision. The driver, Abbe Vanornum-Sikes age 54, of Chugiak and passenger of vehicle 1, Edith Ting age 54, of Chugiak were transported with injuries to Mat-Su Regional Hospital. The driver of vehicle 2 Ruth Richards age 33 of Wasilla refused treatment on scene.

TRAF VIOL FITCHETT On 3/15/2019 Wasilla Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a traffic violation. APSIN records check of the driver, Hudson Shields age 17 of Wasilla was found to be driving on a Revoked license. Shields was written a summons for DWLR and given a court date, also two citations. Fail To Stop For Steady Red Light and Fail to Show Proof of Insurance on the vehicle.

FORGERY FITCHETT On 3/15/2019 Wasilla Police responded to 775 E. Parks Hy as Darlene Johnson had called about a counterfeit $50 bill that had come into the bank. Information gathered and forwarded to the Secret Service.

DUI LECOURS On 03/16/2019, the Wasilla Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a REDDI vehicle in Carrs parking lot. Investigation led to Brian Farrand being arrested and transported to Matsu Pretrial where he was remanded on Driving Under the Influence. CRIM MISCH HELLMAN On 3-16-19 at approximately 0613 hours a Wasilla Police Department was dispatched to a report of a suspicious vehicle that was possibly casing properties in the neighborhood area of Centaur Ave. The vehicle was contacted at Carter Park and was found to be stolen and containing two occupants. The driver was JEREMY SCHULZ and the passenger was JASMINE BRAGG. SCHULZ was arrested for Vehicle Theft in the 1st degree, Theft by Receiving in the 2nd degree, Criminal Mischief in the 4th degree, and Misconduct involving a Controlled Substance in the 4th degree. SCHULZ was remanded to Mat Su pretrial. BRAGG was released without charges.

COLLISION FITCHETT On 3/16/2019 Wasilla police responded to a two car MVA on the Parks Hy at Crusey St. Investigation showed Rebecca Stiner age 42 of Wasilla was driving northbound on the Parks Hy when she was rear-ended by another vehicle which was being driven by Myrtle Midkiff age 74 of Wasilla. No injuries reported both vehicle s were drivable, no citations issued.

THEFT HELLMAN On 3-16-19 at approximately 1431 hours, Wasilla Police Department was dispatched to Sears in reference to a call from a Sears employee stating there were 4 individuals, 3 males and 1 female, in the store acting suspicious and were suspected to be shoplifting. Upon further investigation it was found that Jonathan Goguen had shoplifted 2 pairs of women's sunglasses totaling $41.20. There was also evidence of illicit drug use within the vehicle that Goguen drove to the store. Goguen was given a citation for petty theft and his vehicle was impounded for further investigation. A search warrant was applied for and granted. No further evidence of shoplifting was found but drug paraphernalia was found throughout the vehicle.

COLLISION LECOURS On 03/16/2019, the Wasilla Police Department responded to the area of Church Rd and Glacier Ave in reference to a single vehicle collision involving a moose. The vehicle was driven by Connor Bates who sustained minor injuries from the glass breakage. The moose was deceased upon law enforcement arrival. Minor injuries were reported, no citations issued.

ASLT SIMPL LAPOINTE On March 16, 2019 at approximately 2326 hours the Wasilla PD responded to E Dellwood St in reference to a disturbance. After investigation a female identified as Kelli Ray was arrested for DV assault 4 and was transported to Matsu Pretrial. SUSPICIOUS LECOURS On 03/17/2019, at 0044 hours, the Wasilla Police Department took a report of suspicious circumstances involving a male whom ingested drain cleaning chemicals and is now on life support. Investigations are ongoing.

THEFT LOPEZ On 3/17/2019 at approximately 11:29 hours, Wasilla Police were dispatched to the Trout House Restaurant located at 2201 E Parks Highway for a theft. A 20" Rigid brand light bar was stolen from the grill mount of a Chevy pickup truck in the parking lot. This case remains under investigation and Police are reviewing surveillance video to identify suspects.

COLLISION FITCHETT On 3/17/2019 at about 1316 hours, Wasilla Police responded to a two car MVA on Palmer- Wasilla Hy near Hurley Rd. Investigation showed Michael Holbrook age 55 of Wasilla was trying to make a U-turn from an outside lane of traffic and did so in front of a vehicle being driven by Cynthia Goins age 61 of Palmer. Goins vehicle was occupying the inside lane of traffic. No injuries were reported on scene, both vehicles were towed due to damage. Holbrook was cited for driver to exercise due care to avoid a collision.

TRESPASS FITCHETT On 3/17/2019 Wasilla Police responded to Carrs for a report of Adair Burke age 26 of Wasilla, Trespassing on Carrs property. Police arrived and found Burke on Carrs property. Burke was written a summons for Criminal Trespass II and escorted off the property.

FORGERY LAPOINTE On March 17, 2019 at approximately 1820 hours the Wasilla PD responded to Walmart in reference to a person attempting to pass a fake $50 bill. The investigation continues.

FORGERY LAPOINTE On March 17, 2019 at approximately 1820 hours the Wasilla PD responded to Walmart located at 1350 S Seward Meridian PK in reference to a counterfeit $50. THEFT SKIBA On 03/19/2019 at approximately 1306 hours, the Wasilla Police Department received a report of vandalism and theft from the Herning Street Mud Busters. Police responded to the area, where investigation revealed that an unknown male broken into a vacuum to steal the change inside, during which time they caused approximately $2,000 worth of damage. No suspect has been identified at this time. Investigation is on going.

STOLEN VEH PETERSONS On 03/19/2019, at approximately 1419 hours the Wasilla Police Department received a call from Gregory Parvin, who was reporting someone had stolen his 5'x 9' white enclosed trailer from his property. No current suspects or further leads at this time.

COLLISION PETERSONS On 03/19/2019, at approximately 1501 hours the Wasilla Police responded to a two vehicle collision located at Knik Goose Bay and Lake View. Vehicle #1 was operated by Baylee Bartigs, who was traveling south on Knik Goose Bay when she failed to stop for stopped traffic striking vehicle #2. Vehicle #2 was operated by Kelsey Akers, who was south on Knik Goose Bay and was stopped waiting to make a left turn into the City Center Plaza. No injuries were reported in the collision. Bartigs was issued a citation for exercise due care to avoid collision.

FRAUD OTH HOLMGREN On 3-19-19 at about 1928 hours, Wasilla Police Department responded to 991 S Hermon Rd, Winners Pull tabs for a report of someone trying to cash a forged pull tab. Investigation revealed, a unknown female, attempted to cash in a forged pull tab worth $250. Investigation continues.

COLLISION CHEEK On 3/19/2019 at 2041 hours, Wasilla Police received a report of a two-vehicle collision at Parks and Palmer Wasilla Highway. Investigation revealed the driver of a 1991 Chevrolet Caprice, David Norland, was driving from Talkeetna and had been falling asleep behind the wheel. Norland's vehicle struck the rear end of a 2010 Ford Expedition, driven by Bailey Lane-Beber. The occupants of the Expedition declined being transported by EMS but did drive themselves to Mat-Su Regional. All parties were wearing their seat belts and the Chevrolet Caprice's airbags went off. Norland was cited for Due care to avoid an accident. DUI SKIBA On 3/20/19 at approximately 0818 hours, the Wasilla Police Department responded to 1530 East Financial Drive, Mudbusters for a report of a suspicious circumstances. The complainant reported a maroon pickup was in the carwash for 20 minutes and that it had sat through multiple run cycles. The driver was identified as Jared Latimer, age 27 of Wasilla. Investigation revealed that Jared was under the influence of a controlled substance and was unsafe to drive. Jared was arrested on a single charge of Driving While Under the Influence and remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial.

COLLISION SKIBA On 03/21/2019 at approximately 0855 hours, the Wasilla Police Department received a report of a motor vehicle collision on the Parks Highway at the intersection with Church Road. Police responded to the area, where investigation revealed that 18 year old Wasilla resident Lacey Forster was northbound on the Parks Highway and failed to stop for a red light. Forster entered that intersection and struck a vehicle that was turning onto Church Road. The other driver, 32 year old Wasilla resident Jamie Worthington, advised she was turning northbound on Church Road from southbound Parks Highway. No injuries were reported on scene. EMS responded and evaluated all involved in the collision, but did not transport anyone. No criminal charges stemmed from this event. Both vehicles had to be towed due to disabling damage.

PAROLE VIO HOLMGREN On 3-21-19 at about 1924 hours, Wasilla Police Department responded to Sears for a report of a female concealing items in a bag. Investigation revealed, NICOLE FOLEY, was concealing merchandise worth $323.44 in a big shoulder carry bag. Probations was contacted and she was arrested for Probation for Probations Violations.

TRAF VIOL MILLER On 03/21/2019 at about 2040 hours, Wasilla Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a red Ford Ranger, bearing AK Plate DMG901, for driving with one headlight out. Investigation revealed Patrick Pritchard was driving without insurance. Charges are being forwarded to the District Attorney for not having motor vehicle liability insurance.

DRUG POSS HOLMGREN On 3-21-19 at about 2104 hours, Wasilla Police Department responded to Burger King for a report of a male bothering customers. Investigation revealed, RYAN PETERSON, had a warrant for his arrest, 19-560, put contacting PETERSON he had Heroin on him and charges are being forward for MICS 4th. SHOPLIFT HOLMGREN On 3-21-19 at about 1924 hours, Wasilla Police Department responded to Sears for a report of a female concealing items in a bag. Investigation revealed, NICOLE FOLEY, was concealing merchandise worth $323.44 in a big shoulder carry bag. Also found on FOLEY was Meth, Heroin and a pill of Lorazepam. FOLEY was remanded to Mat Su Pretrial for Concealment of Merchandise and MICS 4 times 3.

THEFT MILLER On 03/22/2019 at approximately 04:33, Wasilla Police Department responded to 1745 E Neil circle, for report of a theft. Investigation continues.

CRIM MISCH HELLMAN On 3-22-19 at approximately 1304 hours Wasilla Police Department was dispatched to a welfare check at 1221 N Church Rd. The complainant stated his son, BOBBIE WASHINGTON III, was angry after an argument between he and WASHINGTON III. While on his way out of the front door of the building they had been in, WASHINGTON III physically struck the passenger side of the complainant's vehicle with his fist pushing the sheet metal in and causing in excess of $250 in damage to the vehicle. WASHINGTON was arrested for Domestic Violence Criminal Mischief in the 4th degree and was remanded to Mat Su pretrial.

THEFT HELLMAN On 3-23-2019, Wasilla Police Department was dispatched in reference to a theft of a debit card. The complainant, SARAH MCCURDY, states the debit card was taken from 551 N Lucus St. and was used in 3 separate transactions the same morning totaling $226.81. EMILY ROSE CAMPBELL was identified as the individual who used the card and is being charged with Theft in the 2nd degree and 3 counts of Fraudulent use of an Access Device. Charges are being forwarded to the District Attorney's Office.

COLLISION LECOURS On 03/23/2019, at 1740 hours, the Wasilla Police Department responded to the area of Crusey St and Parks Highway in reference to a two-vehicle collision. Vehicle 1 was driven by Erica Anderson, age 49, from Wasilla. Vehicle 2 was driven by John Cook, age 51, from Soldotna. Both vehicles sustained minor damages and were able to drive away. Both the driver and passenger in vehicle 2 reported possible injuries but declined medics. No citation issued. SHOPLIFT LECOURS On 03/23/2019, at around 1935 hours, the Wasilla Police Department responded to Fred Meyer in reference to a shoplifting in progress. Investigation led to Robert Albright being issued a criminal summons from Criminal Trespass 2 and released on scene. Fred Meyer did not wish to pursue theft charges.

TRESPASS LECOURS On 03/23/2019, at 2240 hours, the Wasilla Police Department was conducting a security check of Carrs when officers came into contact with a male by the name of Adair Burke in the parking lot of Carrs. Adair was placed under arrest and transported to Matsu Pretrial where he was remanded on Criminal Trespass 2.

THEFT BUZZARD On 3/24/19 at about 0127hrs Wasilla Police Department was dispatched to a report of a theft of alcohol that had just occurred at the Tesoro at Parks and Main Street. Officers responded to the area and were unable to locate the suspect after he fled. The investigation is ongoing.

BURGLARY HELLMAN On 3-24-19, Wasilla Police Department was dispatched to 1300 W. Lake Lucille Dr. in reference to a female who was asked to leave the premises but refused to comply. The individual was identified as AMBER CRABILL, who had locked herself in a second story guest room. CRABILL was packing multiple items from the hotel into bags preparing to leave with those items. CRABILL was remanded to Mat Su pretrial and charged with Burglary in the 2nd Degree and Criminal Trespass in the 1st Degree.

FALSE INFO HELLMAN On 3-24-19 at approximately 1634 hours, Wasilla Police Department stopped JOSEPH ZYWOT for running a stop light at the intersection of Parks Highway and Palmer-Wasilla Highway. ZYWOT gave false information on multiple occasions and was eventually identified. After a check in APSIN it was revealed that ZYWOT was wanted for a warrant for Failure to Remand. ZYWOT was placed under arrest with the additional charge of Providing False Information to a Peace Officer. ZYWOT was transported and remanded to Mat Su pretrial.

TRESPASS LECOURS On 03/24/2019, at 1828 hours, the Wasilla Police Department responded to Target in reference to a male shoplifting and trespassing. Jonathan Pinckley was arrested and transported to Matsu Pretrial where he was remanded with charges of Criminal Trespass 2, Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance 4, and Theft 4 INDECENT LAPOINTE On 03/24/2019, at 1914 hours the Wasilla Police Department responded to the area of Fred Meyer parking lot in reference to a suspect male breaking into a vehicle and stealing a purse. Skyler Brocker urinated in public showing his penis to two people. Skyler was placed under arrest and transported to Matsu Pretrial where he was remanded on two counts of indecent exposure.

ASLT SIMPL LECOURS On 03/24/2019, at 1944 hours, the Wasilla Police Department responded to a residence off of Success Ave in reference to a disturbance. A charge of Assault 4 domestic violence and Criminal Mischief 5 domestic violence will be filed on Jennifer Rasmussen through the District Attorney's Office.

TRESPASS LECOURS On 3/25/19 at about 0109hrs Wasilla Police Department was dispatched to a report of a suspicious male in the area of the MTR lot on Centaur Avenue. Officers arrived in the area but did not locate the suspect. While in the area, Officers located another suspect trespassing in the City of Wasilla city shop fenced lot. Joshua Jones, 25, of Wasilla was the suspect captured leaving the lot. He was arrested on the charge of trespassing 2nd degree.

MISS CHILD BUZZARD On 3/24/19 at about 2251hrs Wasilla Police Department was dispatched to a report of a runaway juvenile. The child's mother reported her daughter, Mi-Michelle Eslick, 14, of Wasilla, had just ran away. WPD, accompanied by parents and friends of the child, attempted to locate her but she was not found. The investigation is on going.

ASLT SIMPL LECOURS On 03/25/2019, at 0311 hours, the Wasilla Police Department responded to McDonalds in reference to verbal altercation between a male and a female. Investigation led to Nicholas Latocha being placed under arrest and transported to Matsu Pretrial on an Assault 3 charge.

THEFT CHEEK On 3/25/2019 at 1829 hours, Wasilla Police received a report of a shoplifting at the Cricket Wireless store at 1601 E Parks Highway. Investigation revealed Caylen Spain had concealed multiple phone accessories inside her purse and left the store. Spain was issued a Summons for Theft 4 and released. LOST PROP PETERSONS On 03/26/2019, at approximately 1038 hours the Wasilla Police Department received a call from Jasmine Speck, who was reporting her wallet was lost at Wal-Mart and believes someone had picked it up. At this time there are no current suspects or further leads.

FORGERY SKIBA On 03/26/2019 at approximately 1032 hours, the Wasilla Police Department responded to 601 West Parks Highway for a report of a counterfeit $100 bill being used. Investigation revealed that the occupants of a white Pontiac car gave a counterfeit $100 bill to the Chevron front cashier. No suspects have been identified at this time. Investigation is on going.

COLLISION PETERSONS On 03/26/2019, at approximately 1205 hours the Wasilla Police responded to a two vehicle collision located at Parks Hwy and Main Street. Vehicle #1 was operated by Melissa Howlett, who was south on Main Street when she rear ended vehicle #2 that was stopped for traffic. Vehicle #2 was operated by Darla Wilson, who was stopped in traffic facing south on Main Street when she was rear ended. No injuries were reported in the collision. No citations were issued.

THEFT SKIBA On 3/26/2019 at approximately 1306 hours, the Wasilla Police Department responded to 521 West Parks Highway for a report of a theft. An employee at 907 Military Surplus reported a male stole a Kevlar vest earlier in the day and has video footage. Investigation is ongoing.

RCV VEH SKIBA On 03/26/2019 at approximately 1111 hours, the Wasilla Police Department contacted a vehicle in the Wendy's parking lot. The vehicle, a 2011 Toyota Corolla displaying Alaska License Plate GEV790, had been reported stolen earlier that morning. The driver was identified as 24 year old Wasilla resident Venny Perez. Perez and the passengers of the vehicle were interviewed about the vehicle. Perez was arrested on an outstanding warrant and remanded at Mat-Su Pre-Trial. The passengers were released from the scene. Information regarding the vehicle recovery has been forwarded to the Alaska State Troopers. SHOPLIFT SKIBA On 03/26/2019 at approximately 1621 hours, the Wasilla Police Department received a report of a theft at 1255 East Palmer Wasilla Highway, Home Depot for report of a shoplifting. The complainant, the Assistant Manager of Asset Protection for Home Depot, reported that he had one male in custody for shoplifting. Police responded to the area and contacted the suspect, 36 year old Wasilla resident Logan Harrison. Harrison was interviewed, during which time he admitted to the theft. One charge of Theft in the Fourth Degree has been forwarded to the District Attorney's Office against him.

AGNCY ASST SMITH,D On 3/26/19 at approximately 1732 hours, the Wasilla Police Department responded to 1353 North Williwaw Way for an agency assist with AST for a report of a shooting. Wasilla Police arrived on scene and located one deceased victim in front of the residence. Wasilla Police helped contain and secure the crime scene and provided emergency care. AST investigation continues.

AGNCY ASST SKIBA On 03/26/2019 at approximately 1708 hours, Wasilla Police Officers responded to Williwaw Way and Kodiak Drive in Wasilla to assist the Alaska State Troopers with a shooting investigation. Police arrived on scene and located one deceased victim and another gun shot victim. Wasilla Police assisted with securing the scene, documenting evidence, and providing emergency aid to the victim until EMS and additional State Troopers arrived. The Alaska State Troopers located and apprehended the suspect. The Troopers investigation is on going.

COLLISION RIDGE On 3/26/19 at about 1745 hours, Logan Cook, 24, of Wasilla was turning left to go southbound on the Parks Hy from N Yenlo St. Cook turned in front of Timofey Borteychuk, 21, of Wasilla who was traveling northbound in the center left turn lane. According to Cook, drivers of stopped congested traffic in the northbound lanes had waived him on to turn in front of them, without anyone noticing Borteychuk had entered the left turn lane and was passing the stopped traffic. There was minor damage to the vehicle, no injuries were reported, and both drivers reported wearing their seatbelts. According to Borteychuk he had just entered the left turn lane and had not yet traveled the 100 feet limitation. He was warned his intended distance would have been in violation. Cook was warned about having to yield when entering a roadway after being stopped at a stop sign. No citations were issued. DUI HOLMGREN On 3-26-19 at about 2224 hours, Wasilla Police Department responded to 340 E Palmer Wasilla Hwy #4 for a report of a REDDI vehicle, where the driver went into apartment #4. Investigation revealed, AMIE MASSE, had driven there intoxicated. MASSE was arrested for DUI and Refusal to Provide a Breath Sample and was remanded to Mat Su Pretrial.

COLLISION PETERSONS On 03/27/2019, at approximately 0946 hours the Wasilla Police responded to a two vehicle collision located at Wasilla Fishhook and Spruce. Vehicle #1 was operated by Alex Pineiro, who was traveling north on Peck Street. Pineiro crossed Wasilla Fishhook to Spruce when his vehicle was struck. Vehicle #2 was operated by Katsuhige Lewis, was south on Wasilla Fishhook when vehicle #1 pulled out in front of his vehicle. Three witnesses stated Pineiro failed to stop at a stop sign when crossing Wasilla Fishhook. Both Pineiro and Lewis were transported to Mat-Su Regional for non-life threating injuries. Pineiro was issued a citation for failure to stop at a stop sign.

THEFT BONADURER On 3/27/2019 at about 1200 hours Antares Viens reported a theft from Wasilla Mini Storage located at 190 E Paulson Ave. Viens is still determining what items were stolen. Investigation pending

THEFT PETERSONS On 03/27/2019, at approximately 1152 hours the Wasilla Police Department received a call from Neil Chandler, who was reporting someone had broken into his vehicle while it was being worked on at Kendal Ford. Total amount of items taken from his vehicle was over $1,124.95. Further investigation is ongoing.

COLLISION PETERSONS On 03/27/2019, at approximately 1606 hours the Wasilla Police responded to a two vehicle collision located at Parks Hwy and Weber. Vehicle #1 was operated by David Lewis, who was north on the Parks Hwy behind vehicle #2. Lewis reported his vehicle was struck by a rock from vehicle #2, as Lewis was writing the vehicle license plate down he failed to stop for traffic stopping for the red light striking vehicle #2. Vehicle #2 was operated by Ryan Enderson, who was north on the Parks Hwy stopping for traffic when he was rear ended. No injuries were reported in the collision. Lewis was cited for no proof of insurance and Enderson was cited for anti-spray device. SHOPLIFT PETERSONS On 03/27/2019, at approximately 1736 hours the Wasilla Police Department received a call from an employee at Wal-Mart who was reporting a juvenile female in custody for shoplifting. The total amount taken was $460.84. Juvenile female was released to mother. Charges of theft in the third degree will be forwarded to Juvenile Justice.

BURGLARY RIDGE On 3/27/19 at about 1901 hours, police responded to a residential burglary alarm at 1500 N Wasilla Fishhook Rd. Investigation revealed a door had been pried open and forced entry was made to the residence. No one was home at the time and no suspects were located at the scene. Investigation was continued at the time.

HARASSMENT BENNETT On March 27, 2019, the Wasilla Police Department received information that a person wanted to talk about their experience with Lukis Nighswonger. A child forensic interview was done. A subsequent investigation found probable cause to believe that Lukis Nighswonger did commit Harassment First Degree. Charges forwarded to the District Attorney's Office for prosecution.

SHOPLIFT FITCHETT On 3/28/2019 Wasilla Police were chasing down an alleged theft suspect which had started her self-serving spree at Walmart with a cart of groceries and left before police arrived, from there she went to Carrs and was stopped by loss prevention with $402.99 in merchandise and was not co-operative and left before police arrived. Police located her vehicle in the parking lot of Fred Meyer and police also located the suspect in the store. This female was soon detained by Fred Meyer Loss Prevention. The suspect female identified as Amy E Johnson of Wasilla was found to have allegedly shoplifted $350.24 worth of merchandise. One Theft II and two theft III will be forwarded to the Palmer DAO on Johnson. Johns was also trespassed from Fred Meyer, Carrs, Walmart and Target. SHOPLIFT LOPEZ On 3/28/2019 at approximately 17:38 hours, Wasilla Police were dispatched to Walmart located at 1350 S Seward Meridian Parkway for report of a shoplifting. Police and Loss Prevention Officers detained Deborah Wallace, 58 of Wasilla after she attempted to leave the store with concealed and under-rung merchandise. Wallace failed to pay for $173.63 of merchandise while using one of the stores self-check registers. Wallace was trespassed from the store for life and issued a criminal summons to appear in Palmer Court in April for the offense of Theft in the Fourth Degree.

DRUG OTH HELLMAN On 3-28-19, Wasilla Police Department was dispatched to a call at 1850 W Rupee Cir for a disturbance. While at the call a small dime sized baggie was found in the parking lot with a white crystalline substance inside. There were no vehicles in the area and there are no suspects. The substance was seized and transported to the Department for destruction.

SHOPLIFT BUZZARD On 3/28/19 at about 1840hrs I was notified by dispatch of a shoplift that had just occurred at Carrs; loss prevention had two shoplifters in custody. Further investigation revealed Brandon McCoy, 27, of Palmer, and Kia Cameron, 27, of Palmer, had committed theft 4th degree when they attempted to push a cart of groceries out of the store without paying. The value of the theft was $127. They were issued summons for the theft and were trespassed from all Carrs property.

DRUG POSS LECOURS On 03/29/2019, at 0432 hours, the Wasilla Police Department contacted a vehicle parked near the intersection of Success Dr and Melanie Ave in the wrong lane of travel. The vehicle was impounded for a drug search warrant, nothing was seized. The vehicle was signed off to be released to the registered owner.

MISS ADULT FITCHETT On 3/29/2019 Wasilla Police took a report of a missing adult, who was identified as Charles Wasson age 59 of Wasilla. Wasson was reported to have last been seen at his residence on or about 3/16/2019. Anyone with information on Wasson is asked to contact Wasilla Police Department. SHOPLIFT LOPEZ On 3/29/2019 at approximately 16:55 hours, Wasilla Police were dispatched to Walmart located at 1350 S Seward Meridian Parkway for report of a shoplift. Walmart Loss Prevention stopped Kendal Bucholz after he fraudulently returned a car battery valued at $154.50 for store credit. Bucholz was detained by Police and issued a criminal summons to appear at Palmer Court in April for Theft in the Fourth Degree.

DUI LECOURS On 03/29/2019, the Wasilla Police Department responded to the intersection of Bogard Rd and Peck St in reference to a two-vehicle collision. Investigation led to Ryan Letourneau being arrested for driving under the influence and remanded to Matsu Pretrial. Both vehicles sustained functional damages causing both of them to be towed. Minor injuries were suspected, no citations issued. An additional charges of assault 3 will be filed on Ryan through the District Attorney's Office.

THEFT BUZZARD On 3/29/19 at about 2111hrs Wasilla Police Department was dispatched to a report of a theft from a vehicle in the Fred Meyer parking lot. Further investigation revealed a backpack containing an iPad mini, school work, and flight/pilot supplies had been stolen out of the vehicle. The items were valued at about $700. No damage was done to the vehicle. The suspect was not identified. No video is available of the incident.

STOLEN VEH HELLMAN On 3-30-2019 Wasilla Police Department was dispatched to a theft report involving a trailer with 3 jet skis and a 2 person kayak from a residence on 360 N. Pine Ridge Lp. in Wasilla. There was a chain holding the trailer to a tree which was cut and the entire trailer with its contents was taken. The trailer and its contents were recovered later the same day with assistance from the Alaska State Troopers. The trailer was located at 3520 S. Bel Aire Dr. in Wasilla. The trailer and its contents were recovered and returned to the registered owner. VERN A. POWELL was arrested and charged with Theft in the 2nd Degree. He was transported and remanded to Mat Su pretrial. SHOPLIFT FITCHETT On 3/30/19 Wasilla Police responded to Value Village for an alleged shoplifter. Store management reported a female came into the store, selected items, concealed the items and left the store without paying for items concealed. Police arrived and located the female at another store and she was identified as Rachel Shouck age 31 of Wasilla. Items from Value Village were recovered and one count of theft IV is forwarded to the Palmer DAO on Shouck and she was also trespassed for life from ALL Value Villages and from Ten Below.

SHOPLIFT FITCHETT On 3/30/2019 Wasilla Police was conducting a security check at Carrs. During this time Carrs LP contacted a male later identified as John Sledge age 31 of Wasilla. Sledge was alleged to have taken $15.75 worth of merchandise without paying for it. One count of theft IV will be forwarded to the Palmer DAO on Sledge.

DUI LOPEZ On 3/30/2019 at approximately 14:04 hours, Wasilla Police responded to Fred Meyers located at 1501 E Parks Highway for report of a dangerous driver (REDDI). A witness called 911 to report they observed a male drinking alcohol from a brown bag, and then drive from the store. Police located the vehicle a short distance away and discovered that the driver, Mark Stack, 67 of Fairbanks was intoxicated by alcohol and not safe to drive. Stack was arrested for 4th offense DUI a remanded to Matsu Pretrial in Palmer where his bail was set at $1,000 cash performance.

VIOLRELCON LOPEZ On 3/30/2019 at approximately 17:00 hours, Wasilla Police were dispatched to both MTA and the AT&T stores for the same male who had caused a disturbance at both locations. MTA and AT&T requested the male be trespassed after he displayed erratic behavior and threatened staff. The male left the area on a blue pedal-powered tricycle and was located by Police a short distance away where he was positively identified as Joseph Burns, 57 of Wasilla. Investigation revealed that Burns was on house arrest and GPS monitored by Pretrial Enforcement Division. Burns was not authorized to be away from his residence and was arrested for violating conditions of release and probation violation. He was additionally issued formal lifetime trespasses from both MTA and AT&T. Burns was remanded to Matsu Pretrial in Palmer where his bail was set at $1,000 cash performance. HARASSMENT LECOURS On 03/30/2019, at 1830 hours, the Wasilla Police Department responded to Carrs in reference to several complainants calling MATCOM Dispatch Center to report an angry intoxicated woman who had spit on one of the complainants and was screaming profanities at patrons of Carrs. Brandy Pavala was arrested and transported to Matsu Pretrial and remanded on a Harassment 1 charge.

SHOPLIFT BUZZARD On 3/30/19 at about 1852hrs Wasilla Police Department was dispatched to a shoplifting in progress at Target. Further investigation revealed Cheyse Mahar, 25, of Wasilla had concealed about $90 worth of merchandise on his person. The property was recovered. Cheyse was charged with concealment of merchandise and released.

RECK ENDGR BUZZARD On 3/30/19 at about 2100hrs Wasilla Police Department was dispatched to a report of a vehicle collision at the Tesoro at Parks and Main street. Further investigation revealed the collision had occurred at a location near Lucille Street on Parks Highway. A vehicle driven by Jacki Churchill, 48, of Chugiak and a vehicle driven by Melinda Vennel, 26, of Wasilla collided while both were travelling southbound on Parks. There were no injuries. Both vehicles were driven from the scene. The investigation is ongoing.

SHOPLIFT RIDGE On 3/30/19 at about 2108 hours, a Wal-Mart Asset Protection officer called reporting a suspect was concealing merchandise and then walked out of the store without paying. The suspect was located nearby and arrested. The suspect was identified as Kyler Bond, 27, of Wasilla. He was found to have $84.59, worth of stolen merchandise concealed on him. He was issued a summons to court for the charge of Theft in the Fourth Degree and released. He was additionally trespassed from all Wal-Mart properties for life. ASSAULT RIDGE On 3/30/19 at about 2215 hours, police were called by 911 of witnesses hearing a woman screaming for help from a hotel room at 2201 E Parks Hy. Upon arrival, police also heard the woman yelling. The victim and suspect were separated. Investigation revealed the victim had wanted to leave but the suspect had caused her pain to multiple parts of her body by holding, choking, and hitting her. The suspect was identified as an ex-boyfriend, William Thompson, 37, of Wasilla. He was arrested for Domestic Violence Assault in the Fourth Degree. The victim was examined by EMS and transported to the ER for further exam and treatment. Thompson was booked and held without bail at the Mat-Su pretrial jail pending arraignment.

ASLT SIMPL BUZZARD On 3/30/19 at about 2341hrs Wasilla Police Department was dispatched to a report of a drive by shooting with a pellet gun; the victim was shot in the face. The suspects and vehicle could not be identified. The victim did not require medical attention. The investigation is ongoing.

FRAUD OTH RADER On March 28, 2019 Wasilla Police received a citizen's report of fraud. Megan Dauphinee of Wasilla reported that she made an arrangement through Facebook to sell her iPhone 7 Plus to an individual residing in Florida. The phone has been confirmed as delivered to the buyer but the agreed amount of $435 that was supposed to be paid through PayPal has not been received by Dauphinee. Due to this being an internet crime, it is referred to Internet Crime Complaint Center at ic3.gov.

LEAVE SCEN RADER On March 29, 2019 Wasilla Police received a report of a hit and run after the fact. Audrey Bromley of Wasilla reported that on March 16th, her 2014 Ford Edge, bronze in color and displaying AK license GXF654, was parked at Matanuska Valley FCU parking lot. When she came out of the building, she noticed that the tailgate of her car had dents, a crack and a big scrape. No note was left behind. No suspect at this time.

THEFT LECOURS On 04/01/2019, at 0041 hours, the Wasilla Police Department took a report of stolen property from a vehicle parked at Walmart. Investigations are ongoing. SHOPLIFT SKIBA On 3/1/19 at approximately 1635 hours, the Wasilla Police Department responded to 1801 East Parks Highway, Target, for a report of a shoplift. The complainant, loss prevention, reported a female shoplifter was in custody and cooperative. The female was identified as Kayla Ponte, age 28 of Wasilla. Investigation revealed that Kayla shoplifted $358.79 worth of merchandise. Ponte was interviewed and released from the scene. One charge of Theft in the Third Degree has been forwarded to the District Attorney's Office.

SHOPLIFT PETERSONS On 04/01/2019, at approximately 1704 hours the Wasilla Police Department received a call from an employee with Fred Meyer, who was reporting Kelsey Sims was in custody for shoplifting the total amount taken was $76.72. Criminal citation was issued for theft in the fourth degree to Sims.

STOLEN VEH PETERSONS On 04/02/2019, at approximately 1215 hours the Wasilla Police Department received a call from Lawrence Peet, who was reporting sometime last night someone had stolen his trailer with lumber on in. The total cost for the trailer was approximately $3,800 and lumber was worth approximately $2000. Further investigation is ongoing.

SHOPLIFT BONADURER On 4/2/2019 at about 1400 hours, Wasilla Police responded to Fred Meyers in Wasilla for a report of a shoplifter in custody. Investigation concluded Katherine L. Cook of Palmer stole $210.00 worth of store merchandise.

THEFT MILLER On 04/02/2019 at approximately 21:24 hours, Wasilla Police were called about a theft which occurred between 22:00 and 0500 hours the night before. Lexie Rickard reported someone broke into her truck the night before and stole a credit card and two pairs of sunglasses. Investigation continues.

FOUND PROP MILLER On 04/02/2019 at approximately 1800 hours, Fred Meyer assist protection employee Sarahi Hernandez turned in a black cell phone. Hernandez stated as she went to apprehend a shoplifter inside Fred Meyer, the person of interest dropped the phone, and ran off. Hernandez stated she didn't know who the phone belonged to. The phone was locked so there was no way of identifying who the owner of the phone is. DWOL HOLMGREN On 4-3-19 at about 0020 hours, Wasilla Police Department conducted a traffic stop on, JBC118, a 2003 white Chevy van, for driving on the wrong side of the road. Investigation revealed, ISMAEL BANDUROVSKIY, was driving with just an Instructional Permit. BANDUROVSKIY was issued a summons for Driving in Violation of Instructional Permit.

THEFT BONADURER On April 3rd, 2019 Wasilla Police received a report of a shoplift from AT&T store in Wasilla. The complainant stated that on March 5th at 3:50 pm, two men entered the store and wandered around looking at accessories on display. One male, approximately 6'3" tall, wearing a heavy dark-colored jacket and sunglasses and carrying a large tan canvas bag, removed a pair of Samsung Icon X headphones from the wall, concealed them under his jacket and left the store without paying for the item. The suspect has not yet been identified.

VIOLRELCON SKIBA On 04/03/2019 at approximately 0852 hours, the Wasilla Police Department responded to a request for a Welfare Check at a business on Frontage Road. Police contacted the occupants and identified the driver as 27 year old Wasilla resident William Emery. Investigation revealed that Emery was on Conditions of Release for a Domestic Violence related crime and was not supposed to be in contact with the passenger. Emery was arrested for Violating his Conditions of Release. Emery was remanded at Mat-Su Pre-Trial, where he was held without bail.

COLLISION HOLMGREN On 4-3-19 at about 1835 hours, Wasilla Police Department responded to Parks Hwy and Main St for a report of a two vehicle motor vehicle accident. Investigation revealed a vehicle driven by ALLISON JONES, lost a tire and the tire was struck by a vehicle driven by TRACI CAMPBELL. There were no injuries.

THEFT SKIBA On 4/4/19 at approximately 0747 hours, the Wasilla Police Department responded to a residence North Ivy Circle for a report of a theft. Investigation revealed that 32 year old Houston resident Brandon White had stolen approximately $2,500 worth of property from the address. White was located and arrested for Theft in the Second Degree. White was remanded at Mat-Su Pre-Trial, where he was held. SHOPLIFT SKIBA On 04/04/2019 at approximately 1519 hours, the Wasilla Police Department responded to the Wasilla Target for a report of a shoplifting. The complainant, Loss Prevention, reported a female had shoplifted and just left the store. Police located the suspect nearby and identified her as 18 year old Wasilla resident Nikita Turner. Turner was interviewed about the theft, during which time she admitted to it. Turner was released from the scene upon the completion of the interview. One count of Theft in the Fourth Degree has been forwarded to the District Attorney's Office.

SHOPLIFT BONADURER On 4/4/2019 at about 1530 hours, Wasilla Police responded to Fred Meyer in Wasilla for a report of a shoplifter in custody. Investigation revealed Haley D. Richards of Wasilla stole $204.10 worth of store merchandise. Richards will be charged with Theft 4.

RUNAWAY PETERSONS On 04/04/2019, at approximately 1649 hours the Wasilla Police Department received a call from Kayla Elkins-Hamilton, who was reporting her daughter had runaway from a residence located off Lucus Rd. Further investigation is ongoing.

SHOPLIFT HOLMGREN On 4-4-19 at about 2215 hours, Wasilla Police Department responded to 1801 E Parks Hwy, Target, for a report of a shoplifter who was fighting to get out of custody. Investigation revealed, SAMUEL CARPENTER, attempted to steal a I Phone X worth $1064.99. CARPENTER was arrested for the Theft 2 and an outstanding APD warrant, WPD#19-671, and was remanded to Mat Su Pretrial.

BURGLARY HELLMAN On 4-5-19 at approximately 0930 hours, Wasilla Police Department was dispatched to 900 E Northstar Cir in reference to an attempted burglary of 3 sheds that are located at the property. Upon arrival at the scene, one shed had extensive damage to the main garage door and all three sheds had boot prints near the door handles of the man-doors from attempted but unsuccessful entries. Security cameras at the church show a silver, 2001- 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan with driver side damage and a missing driver side window, accelerate and back into the garage breaking the door. The video surveillance showed the attempt happened at approximately 0243 hours on 4-5-19. No items are reported stolen/missing at this time. The van contained 2 passengers. No suspects at this time. SHOPLIFT HELLMAN On 4-5-19 at approximately 1126 hours, the Wasilla Police Department was dispatched to Sears in reference to a shoplifting that employees witnessed. The male was contacted on the southbound Parks Highway off-ramp going towards Seward Meridian. The suspect was identified as Sean Wilder who admitted to taking items from the store. Wilder was also found to be permanently trespassed from Sears. Wilder was released and charges for Theft 4 and Criminal Trespass 1 are being forwarded to the District Attorney's office.

COLLISION RADER On 4/5/19 Wasilla Police investigated a motor vehicle collision on Knik Goose Bay Rd at the intersection of Donna's Way. A vehicle driven by Tyrel Henkel, age 30 of Palmer, caused a collision with Paul Paris, age 27 of Wasilla. No injuries were reported.

COLLISION HELLMAN On 4-5-2019 at approximately 1353 hours, Wasilla Police Department was dispatched to a motor vehicle collision involving two vehicles on Knik Goose Bay Rd. The vehicle's collided at 1822 S Knik Goose Bay Rd. A vehicle driven by Margaret Parker was leaving the Subway parking light and making a left turn to head northbound on KGB. A second vehicle driven by Robert Hickle was traveling southbound on KGB and was unable to avoid striking Parker. Hickle was transported to Mat Su regional by EMS for further evaluation. All other parties appeared to sustain no injuries.

COLLISION RADER On 4/5/19 Wasilla Police investigated a motor vehicle collision on Parks Hwy at Alpine St. A vehicle driven by Lauri Brunk, age 54 of Wasilla, caused a collision with a vehicle driven by Melissa Henry, age 33 of Wasilla. Minor injuries were reported.

SHOPLIFT LECOURS On 04/05/2019, at 2023 hours, the Wasilla Police Department responded to Walmart in reference to a possible Tazlina Clifford attempting to steal $106.04 of concealed unpaid merchandise passed all points of sale. Tazlina was issued a criminal summons for Theft 4 and released on scene.

BURGLARY BUZZARD On 4/5/19 at about 2020hrs Wasilla Police Department was dispatched to a report of a burglary at the Dollar Plus store. Further investigation found the DVR system for the security cameras had been stolen. No damage was caused on entry. The investigation is ongoing. THEFT BUZZARD On 4/5/19 at about 2020hrs Wasilla Police Department was notified of a theft of a credit card fraud that occurred at Big Valley Bingo on 4/3/19. The card was used on one occasion by the thief prior to the victim cancelling it. The investigation is ongoing.

THEFT BUZZARD On 4/5/19 at about 2147hrs Wasilla Police Department was dispatched to a report of a theft from a vehicle at Fred Meyer. A backpack with school work and laptop inside had been removed from an unlocked vehicle. The investigation is ongoing.

DRUG POSS LECOURS On 04/06/2019, at 0156 hours, the Wasilla Police Department conducted a welfare check on a male who was unconscious behind the wheel of a running vehicle. A charge of Misconduct Involving Controlled Substance 4 will be filed on Dimitry Averyanov through the District Attorney's Office.

DRUG POSS LECOURS On 04/07/2019, at 0012 hours, the Wasilla Police Department contacted a vehicle in reference to it being parked at the car wash for over an hour and not moved. The vehicle was impounded and a drug investigation is pending.

CREDIT HELLMAN On 4-5-2019 at approximately 1210 hours, Brandy Gallagher contacted Wasilla Police to report that her wallet was lost while shopping at Carrs in Wasilla the day prior. Gallagher reported that the wallet contained $1,900 in cash, her ID card and multiple debit and credit cards. Gallagher additionally reported that since the wallet was lost, multiple fraudulent purchases have been made at local area businesses. This case remains under investigation.

COLLISION FITCHETT On 4/7/2019 at about 1017 hours Wasilla Police responded to the Creekside Plaza parking lot for a two vehicle MVA which had happened on the Parks Hy and the entrance to Creekside Plaza. Investigation showed Patrick Lais age 36 of Wasilla was slowing for a vehicle turning in front of him and was struck from behind by another vehicle being driven by Faith Molnar age 24 of Anchorage. No injuries were reported at the scene. Molnar's vehicle was towed due to damage sustained in the collision. No citations issued. TRESPASS FITCHETT On 4/7/19 Wasilla Police were conducting a security check at Carrs grocery store and located Brittany Dolechek age 34 of Wasilla. Dolechek had been previously trespassed from Carrs for life. Dolechek was written a summons for Criminal Trespass II and escorted off the property.

COLLISION HELLMAN On 4-7-2019 at approximately 1408 hours, Wasilla Police Department was dispatched to the intersection of E Palmer Wasilla Hwy and S Roberts St in response to a motor vehicle collision. The driver of vehicle 1 was CARMAN SAMPSON, who failed to slow down in time to avoid a rear-end collision with the driver of vehicle 2, BRYAN CREW. Both vehicles were eastbound when the collision took place and there were no apparent injuries.

VIOLRELCON HELLMAN On 4-7-2019 at approximately 1728 hours, Wasilla Police were dispatched to 595 E. Parks Hwy to a report of a male slumped over the wheel of his vehicle in front of the CARRS grocery store. The suspect was identified ERIC E. HUNTER who had a warrant for his arrest. HUNTER was also charged with Violating Conditions of Release for consumption of alcohol. HUNTER was placed under arrest and remanded to Mat Su pretrial.

DRUG POSS LECOURS On 04/08/2019, at 0131 hours, the Wasilla Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle near Parks Hy and Lucille St. A drug investigation in pending.

LEAVE SCEN PETERSONS On 04/08/2019, at approximately 1539 hours the Wasilla Police Department received a call from Scott Emmert, who was reported a black Ford truck bearing Alaska plates FLH519 rear ended his vehicle and left the scene without exchanging information. Minor damage was caused to Emmert's vehicle. Further investigation is ongoing.

SHOPLIFT DUDLEY On April 8, 2019, at 1636 hours, Wasilla Police responded to Target for a report of a shoplifter in custody. An investigation indicates that ARIANNA NIELSEN (age 18 of Soldotna) took $158.17 worth of merchandise from Target without paying. Target wished to press criminal charges against NIELSEN. As a result, NIELSEN was issued a citation for Theft in the Fourth Degree. LEAVE SCEN RIDGE On 4/8/19, at about 1822 hours, Wasilla Police received a report that an unoccupied vehicle was hit in the parking lot of Fred Meyer. The driver and vehicle of the colliding vehicle was seen leaving the scene without attempting to locate the owner of the hit vehicle. The owner of the fleeing vehicle was eventually located but did not match the description of the suspect driver, nor did the owner have information about who was driving at that time. Investigation was suspended pending new evidence.

ELUDING RIDGE On 4/8/19 at about 2035 hours, Wasilla Police attempted to stop Sergey K. Polushkin, 24, of Wasilla for speeding on Kink Goose Bay Rd. Polushkin failed to stop at the direction of a peace officer and attempted to elude the police. He was found hiding nearby and detained. He was summoned for the charge of Failure to Stop at the Direction of a Peace Officer in the Second Degree and cited for speeding and Driving While License Suspended.

SHOPLIFT DUDLEY On April 9, 2019, at 1138 hours, Wasilla Police responded to Target for a report of a shoplifter in custody. An investigation indicates that ANNEMARIE YACOVELLI (age 53 of Wasilla) took $132.43 worth of merchandise from Target without paying. Target wished to press criminal charges against YACOVELLI. As a result, YACOVELLI was issued a citation for Theft in the Fourth Degree.

FOUND PROP PETERSONS On 04/09/2019, at approximately Jeanette Kincheloe, who was reporting she had found a bag in her vehicle when it was parked at Evangelos. Wasilla Police attempted to contact the owner of the bag. The bag will be placed into safekeeping.

THEFT CHEEK On 4/9/2019 at 1946 hours, Wasilla Police received a report of phones and a wallet being stolen out of a car parked at the Valley Cinema. Investigation revealed several individuals in a black four door sedan began checking door handles and broke into the victims car. Investigation continues COLLISION CHEEK On 4/9/2019 at 2032 hours, Wasilla Police received a report of a two motor vehicle collision in front of the Target lot on the Parks Highway. Investigation revealed Sandra Laulainen who was driving a Ford Taurus, was attempting to turn Southbound onto the Parks Highway out of the Target parking lot. Laulainen darted out of the parking and was struck by Erick Wade driving a Dodge Intrepid. No one reported any injuries and all parties were wearing their seat belts.

COLLISION PETERSONS On 04/10/2019, at approximately 0634 hours the Wasilla Police responded to motor vehicle collision at Parks Hwy and Foundry. Vehicle #1 was operated by Oliver Moore, who was south on the Parks Hwy when a semi tire come off his vehicle at Parks Hwy and Sun Mountain. Vehicle#2 was operated by Josey Shaw, who was south on the Parks Hwy when his vehicle struck the tire that fell off a semi. No injuries were reported and no citations were issued.

DUI PETERSONS On 04/10/2019, at approximately 0857 hours the Wasilla Police Department received a call from an employee with FedEx, who was reporting a intoxicated male drove to their facility. Wasilla Police contacted the male and identified the male as John Karr. Further investigation revealed Karr was operating a motor vehicle while under the influence. Karr was arrested and taken to Mat-Su Pretrial where he was remanded. Karr's bail was set at O/R.

DRUG POSS SKIBA On 04/10/2019 at approximately 1118 hours, the Wasilla Police Department responded to a civil issue at the Wasilla Street apartments. During the call, one party produced multiple grams of a white powdery substance and stated that it belonged to the other. The substance was seized and submitted to the Alaska State Crime Lab for identification. Investigation is on going.

SHOPLIFT PETERSONS On 04/10/2019, at approximately 1445 hours the Wasilla Police Department received a call from an employee with Target, who was reporting Michelle Malone was in custody for shoplifting. The total amount taken was $140.83. Malone was issued a criminal citation for theft in the fourth degree and was later released. CRIM MISCH SKIBA On 04/10/2019 at approximately 1714 hours, the Wasilla Police Department received a report of a vehicle break in at the Wasilla Walmart. Police responded to the area and contacted the victim, who advised that someone had smashed her window and stolen her iPhone. No suspects have been identified at this time. Investigation is ongoing.

COLLISION PETERSONS On 04/10/2019, at approximately 1743 hours the Wasilla Police responded for a report of a two vehicle collision located at Sun Mountain and Alpine. Vehicle #1 was operated by Emanuel Wesley, who was east on Sun Mountain when his vehicle crossed Alpine striking vehicle #2. Vehicle #2 was operated by Johnnie Templeton Jr, who was north on Alpine when his vehicle was struck. No injuries were reported. No citations were issued.

COLLISION HOLMGREN On 4-11-19 at about 1818 hours, Wasilla Police Department responded to Parks Hwy and Palmer Wasilla Hwy for a report of a Motor Vehicle Accident with no injuries. Investigation revealed a vehicle driven by KOLE RAPPUHN, failed to yield when exiting a parking lot and struck a vehicle driven by RAYLENE MURR. There were no injuries.

STOLEN VEH CHEEK On 4/10/2019 at 1813 hours, Wasilla Police received a report of a vehicle having been stolen from the Midas Auto Service. The owner located the vehicle a short distance away and Police recovered the vehicle. Investigation on the individuals who stole the vehicle continues.

DWLS/R/C CHEEK On 4/10/2019 at 2302 hours, Wasilla Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for multiple equipment violations. Investigation revealed the driver, Jesse Skaggs had a Suspended license due to a DUI. Skaggs was arrested and remanded at Mat-Su Pretrial for driving on a Suspended license.

DUI CHEEK On 4/11/2019 at 0257 hours, Wasilla Police received multiple calls about a vehicle having rolled over off the Parks onto the Hermon and Old Matanuska road area. Witnesses on scene stated an individual who appeared intoxicated fled the scene failing to stop and call for help. Investigation revealed Monico Comparan was driving the vehicle while impaired, lost control of his vehicle causing it to slide sideways and roll off the Parks Highway. Comparan was arrested and remanded at Mat-Su Pretrial for DUI, DUI Refusal, and Fail to Provide Immediate Notice of an Accident. DRUG POSS HELLMAN On 4-11-2019 at approximately 0931 hours, Wasilla Police responded to 1721 E. Hurley Cir for a report of a multiple individuals acting in a suspicious manner around a vehicle behind Petco. Officers contacted 4 male individuals associated with the vehicle. Investigation revealed controlled substances found in items belonging to JOSEPH COOLIDGE and CHRISTOPHER HOLMBERG had 3 outstanding felony warrants and 1 misdemeanor warrant for his arrest. COOLIDGE was issued a summons for MICS 4 and HOLMBERG was remanded to Mat Su pretrial and additionally charged with providing False Information. The vehicle they were living out of was impounded for further investigation. Case is pending.

THEFT FITCHETT On 4/11/2019 Wasilla Police were conducting a security check at Carrs when police observed a female allegedly shoplift items from the store. Police identified the female as Tazlina Clifford age 24 of Wasilla. In identifying Clifford and APSIN check showed Clifford was previously trespassed from Carrs and was also found to have an arrest warrant. Clifford was arrested for the arrest warrant for FTA and was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial where her bail was $200.00 Cash Appearance. One count of theft IV and one count of Criminal Trespass will be forwarded to the Palmer DAO

COLLISION RADER On 4/11/19 Wasilla Police responded to a motor vehicle collision on Knik Goose Bay Rd at Fern St. A vehicle driven by Trevor Rasmussen, age 38 of Wasilla, rear-ended a vehicle driven by Matthew Sharpe, age 22 of Wasilla. No injuries were reported.

DUI LOPEZ On 4/11/2019 at approximately 14:33 hours, Wasilla Police contacted Scott Pettit, 54 of Wasilla in his vehicle in the parking lot of Walmart. Investigation revealed that Pettit was not safe to operate a motor vehicle and he was subsequently arrested for DUI. Pettit was remanded to Matsu Pretrial in Palmer where his bail was set at $1,000 cash performance. TRESPASS FITCHETT On 4/11/2019 Wasilla Police responded to the Walmart parking lot for a welfare check on two subjects which were reported to be acting strangely in a vehicle, as well as being passed out over the steering wheel. Police arrived and investigation showed Jay Blackmore age 29 of Wasilla had an outstanding arrest warrant and was taken into custody. A second subject was identified as Robert Luzader age 26 of Palmer. Luzader was found to have been previously been trespassed from Walmart properties. Luzader was arrested for criminal trespass II and both subjects were remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial where Blackmores bail was $100.00 cash appearance and Luzader was O/R'd

TRESPASS RIDGE On 4/12/19 at about 0304 hours, Michael J. Evans, 68, of Wasilla was arrested for Criminal Trespassing I and Violating Conditions of Release. He had unlawfully entered and remained in his ex-girlfriend's apartment after being told not to return both other officers and court order. Michael Evans was booked at the Mat-Su pretrial jail and held without bail on the charges of Criminal Trespassing I, and Violation of Conditions of Release.

LEAVE SCEN LOPEZ On 4/12/2019 at approximately 0900, Wasilla Police responded to a hit and run accident which occurred near the intersection of N Church Road and W Nicola Avenue. A white utility van operated by Joshua Russell, 22 of Wasilla was struck when it was illegally passed by a red lifted pickup truck. The pickup fled north on N Church Road and was not immediately located by Police. Russell was not injured as a result of the accident, but his vehicle was towed from the scene due to disabling damage. Anyone who may have witnessed the accident are encouraged to call Wasilla Police. This accident remains under investigation.

STOLEN VEH LOPEZ On 4/12/2019 at approximately 10:20 hours Wasilla Police responded to Lowes located at 1561 E Sun Mountain Ave for report of a vehicle theft. Dennis Hansen, 57 of Talkeetna reported that his black 2015 Ford F-350 pickup truck displaying AK registration 'JFM786' was stolen from the parking lot in front of the store when it was left running and unattended. Witnesses reported that a female was seen entering the vehicle and leaving the parking lot. This case remains under investigation. FRAUD OTH HELLMAN On 4-12-2019 at approximately 1140 hours, Wasilla Police responded to Wells Fargo bank at 581 W. Parks Hwy to investigate an attempted case of bank fraud and impersonation. Officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop on the vehicle containing the suspects but the suspects fled. The suspect driving was positively identified through bank employees who had previous interactions with the suspect as a customer. The suspect was identified as Qalgilan John Donald Miller III who was wanted on 5 outstanding warrants and was driving the vehicle. The passenger was identified as Kathleen Oyagak who was also wanted on an outstanding warrant. Through further investigation and assistance from multiple agencies and sources, Miller III and Oyagak were arrested and remanded to Mat Su pretrial. The investigation is ongoing and charges are being forwarded to the Palmer District Attorney's office.

DISTURBANC RIDGE On 4/12/19 at about 1756 hours, Wasilla Police received a call from the father of a six year old boy, who reported the mother of the boy just "took off" with the child during a visitation. It was further reported the mother hit the father with a vehicle in the process of fleeing the scene, but there were only minor injuries. Records confirmed the father had full custody of the child and the mother did not have a legal right to take the child. The mother and child were later located that evening in Anchorage and cooperated with police in returning the child. Investigation was continued concerning possible charges of Leaving the Scene of an Accident and Custodial Interference.

FRAUD OTH LECOURS On 04/12/2019, at 1700 hours, the Wasilla Police Department took a report of identity theft. Investigations are ongoing.

COLLISION LECOURS On 04/12/2019, at 2012 hours, the Wasilla Police Department responded to the area on Lucille St and Aspen Ave in reference to a vehicle versus a motorcycle collision. Investigation revealed the driver of the cab was identified as John Page, age 24, from Palmer. The motorcycle was operated by Charlie Jainese, age 19, from Wasilla. No citations were issued. Charlie was transported to Matsu Regional from minor injuries. TRESPASS RIDGE On 4/12/19 at about 2029 hours, Brittany Dolecheck, 34, of Wasilla was seen by Asset Protection trespassing at the Target store and records indicated she had a warrant for her arrest. Police located Dolecheck nearby inside the Michael's store and was arrested on the warrant (WPD case 19-742). She was booked on the warrant and additionally Criminal Trespassing II and Violating Conditions of Release. She was held in lieu of a total bail of $350.00 and the charges were filed against her through the DA's office.

DUI LECOURS On 04/13/2019, at 0209 hours, the Wasilla Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle due to expired registration and speed. Investigation led to Jason Easter being placed under arrest and remanded for driving under the influence.

DUI RIDGE On 4/13/19 at about 0452 hours, Braedyn Schaefer, 21, of Wasilla was stopped for multiple traffic violations and was found to be impaired by alcohol. He was arrested for Driving Under the Influence and a breath test revealed his breath alcohol concentration to be .196. He was booked at the Mat-Su pretrial jail and the charges of DUI were filed against him through the DA's office.

ASLT SIMPL FITCHETT On 4/13/2019 Wasilla Police responded to Corkey St as a 911 disconnect call from a phone number associated to the residence. Police arrived and investigation showed a female reported having been assaulted by her boyfriend, Raymond Schmidt age 24 of Wasilla. Schmidt was not on scene upon police arrival a 12 hour stop and hold was placed on Schmidt for DV assault IV and interference with a report of domestic violence. Charges are forwarded to the Palmer DAO

THEFT BURTCH On 04/13/2019 at about 1635 hours, Wasilla Police received a report of a theft from an unlocked vehicle parked in the Lowes parking lot. A wedding ring with a double band, twisted together, one band has several inset clear stones and the other has a larger displayed, round cut Moissanite clear stone valued at about $2000 was taken. Investigation continues. ASLT SIMPL LECOURS On 04/13/2019, at 1857 hours, the Wasilla Police Department located a physical altercation in progress at the Newcomb Park between two females. Investigation led to Talaivao Passi being arrested and transported to Matsu Pretrial where she was remanded on an Assault 4 Domestic Violence charge.

DRUNK LECOURS On 04/14/2019, at 0151 hours the Wasilla Police Department responded to Mugshot Saloon in reference to an irate hostile female who had been detained for assaulting the bouncers. Investigation led to Kelley Wooten being arrested and transported to Matsu Pretrial where she was remanded on Access of Drunken Persons to a Licensed Premise.

THEFT BUZZARD On 4/14/19 at about 0449hrs Wasilla Police Department was dispatched to a report of a theft of light bars off of a vehicle parked in the parking lot off Chatteroy Circle. Numerous lights were stolen. No suspects have been identified. The investigation is ongoing.

DRUG POSS RADER On 4/14/19 Wasilla Police contacted a subject slumped over the wheel at the Holiday gas station. Jonathan Goguen is being charged with Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance in the 4th Degree.

SHOPLIFT HELLMAN On 4-14-2019 at approximately 1423 hours, Wasilla Police responded to Target at 1801 E Parks Hwy to a reported shoplifting. Loss Prevention employees had detained a female, JAIME NARANJO, who had bypassed all point of sale systems and was concealing merchandise in an attempt to shoplift $235.67 in merchandise. Naranjo was released and charges for Theft 4 are being forward to the Palmer District Attorney's Office.

SHOPLIFT LECOURS On 04/14/2019, at 1807 hours, the Wasilla Police Department responded to Target in reference to a shoplifter in custody of loss prevention. The suspect was identified as ILSE GROSS, ILSE was issued a criminal summons for Theft 4 and released on scene. COLLISION PETERSONS On 04/15/2019, at approximately 1055 hours the Wasilla Police responded to Palmer Wasilla Hwy and Hurley for a two vehicle collision. Vehicle #1 was operated by Byron Romer, who was in right lane traveling east on Palmer Wasilla Hwy when he attempted to make a U-turn and turned into vehicle #2. Vehicle #2 was operated by Susan Crosby, who was traveling east on Palmer Wasilla Hwy in the left lane when vehicle #2 merged into her vehicle. No injuries were reported and no citations were issued.

SHOPLIFT DUDLEY On April 15, 2019, at 1035 hours, Wasilla Police responded to Target for a report of a shoplifter in custody. An investigation indicates that STEVEN SELLARS (age 30 of Wasilla) took $150.40 worth of merchandise from Target without paying. Target wished to press criminal charges against STEVEN SELLARS. As a result, STEVEN SELLARS was issued a citation for Theft in the Fourth Degree.

COLLISION SKIBA On 04/15/2019 at approximately 1223 hours, the Wasilla Police Department received a report of a motor vehicle collision on the Parks Highway near Deskas Street. Police responded to the area and contacted the involved parties. Investigation revealed that 52 year old Wasilla resident Gerry Walker was stopped for a red light on the Parks Highway at the intersection. At this time, 26 year old Kirstin Morlock was behind him and believed the light turned green. Morlock accelerated into the rear of Walkers vehicle. No injuries were reported on scene. Walkers vehicle was able to be driven away, but Morlock's sustained disabling damage. No criminal charges stemmed from this event.

LEAVE SCEN PETERSONS On 04/12/2019, at approximately 1400 hours the Wasilla Police Department received a call from Merwin Arneson, who was reporting someone had struck his vehicle in the Wal-Mart parking lot. Further investigation is going.

FRAUD OTH PETERSONS On 04/15/2019, at approximately 1713 hours the Wasilla Police Department received a call from Candace Calvin, who was reporting fraudulent charges made to her account. Further investigation is ongoing. FOUND PROP CHEEK On 4/15/2019 at 1737 hours, Wasilla Police received a report of a male passed out in a Blue Ford Pickup off of Indian Hill Ci. Police contacted the vehicle and confirmed the Pickup had been recently stolen out of the Lowes parking lot. The single male occupant in the vehicle was identified as Mark Smith and was arrested and remanded at Mat-Su Pretrial for Criminal Mischief 5 and Misconduct Involving Controlled Substance 4. The vehicle was impounded to be returned to the owner.

COLLISION PETERSONS On 04/16/2019, at approximately 0729 hours the Wasilla Police responded to a two vehicle collision located at Parks Hwy and Deskas. Vehicle #1 was operated by Claire Childs, who was traveling south on the Parks Hwy when traffic stopped suddenly and was unable to stop in time striking vehicle #2. Vehicle #2 was operated by Dane Jellich, who was south on the Parks Hwy when traffic suddenly stopped causing him to slam on his brakes. No injuries were reported in the collision and no citations were issued.

SHOPLIFT SKIBA On 04/16/2019 at approximately 1122 hours, the Wasilla Police Department received a report of a theft from Target. Police responded to the area and contacted the suspect, 34 year old Wasilla resident Alexandra Reynolds. Investigation revealed that Reynolds had stolen $200.67 worth of merchandise. Reynolds was interviewed about the theft and then released from the scene. One charge of Theft in the Fourth Degree has been forwarded to the District Attorney's Office.

THEFT SMITH,D On April 1, 2019, Wasilla Police received a report of theft from a balcony of an apartment located on Lucille Street. Mary Ebli Delvaux reported that sometime between February 28 and March 30th, someone climbed over the iron fencing and stole a white plastic outdoor chair and two to four boxes of belongings. No suspects have been identified. COLLISION PETERSONS On 04/16/2019, at approximately 1620 hours the Wasilla Police responded to a two vehicle collision located at Parks Hwy and Church. Vehicle #1 was operated by Samuel Heaston, who was north on Parks Hwy when he failed to stop for a red light striking vehicle #2. Vehicle #2 was operated by Timothy Bennett, who was south on Church Rd making a left turn onto the Parks Hwy when his vehicle was struck. No injuries were reported in the collision. Citation for exercise due care to avoid a collision was issued to Heaston.

TRESPASS CHEEK On 4/16/2019 at 2101 hours, Wasilla Police received a report from Walmart of a female whom was previously trespassed from Walmart being inside their store. Police arrived on scene and contacted Britany Dolechek. Dolechek was already on conditions of release not to go to Walmart. Dolechek was arrested and remanded at Mat-Su Pretrial for Criminal Trespassing 2 and Violating Conditions of Release.

TRESPASS RIDGE On 4/17/19 at about 0152 hours, Wasilla Police were called by 911 to an apartment on Willow St. The caller's ex-boyfriend, Adair D. Burke, 26, of Wasilla, was their knocking on the door and trying to get in to her sister's apartment. He had previously been trespassed from this location. Police arrived and arrested Burke. He was booked and held at the Mat- Su pretrial jail in lieu of $250.00/ cash, for the charges of Criminal Trespass II, attempted Criminal Trespass I, and Violating Conditions of Release.

COLLISION HOLMGREN On 4-17-19 at about 0426 hours, Wasilla Police Department responded to Kobe Rd and Edlund for a motor vehicle accident. Investigation revealed a vehicle driven by LORI PERRY struck another vehicle driven by CHRISTAIN HULL. There were no injuries.

THEFT DUDLEY On April 17, 2019, at 0805 hours, Wasilla Police responded to the Iditarod Headquarters located at 2100 S. Knik Goose Bay Rd., for a report of vandalism and theft to a vending machine at that location. An investigation of the incident indicates that sometime in the early morning hours someone had attempted to gain entry into the vending machine but appeared to be unsuccessful. Significant damage was sustained by the vending machine. Additionally, a small trailing sled used behind a dog sled was taken from the property. There are no suspects or leads at this time. Anyone with information pertaining to this incident is encouraged to contact the Wasilla Police Department. SHOPLIFT PETERSONS On 04/17/2019, at approximately 1436 hours the Wasilla Police Department received a call from a Wal-Mart employee, who was reporting a female concealing merchandise in her purse. Wasilla Police contacted the female and identified her as Tianna Ray. Ray was issued a criminal citation for concealment of merchandise and for criminal trespass in the second degree. Further investigation revealed Ray had a $150 Palmer Alaska State Trooper warrant out for her arrest. The original charge for the warrant was for criminal trespass in the second degree. Ray was arrested for the warrant and transported to Mat-Su Pretrial were she was remanded.

COLLISION DUDLEY On April 17, 2019, at 1449 hours, Wasilla Police responded to a motor vehicle collision at the intersection of E. Glenwood Av. and E. Palmer Wasilla Hy. An investigation of the incident indicates the driver of a Hyundai Sonata, DONALD CORY (age 86 of Palmer), had failed to yield to a Ford Expedition, driven by JARROD TAYLOR (age 48 of Anchorage). No injuries were reported.

SHOPLIFT DUDLEY On April 18, 2019, at 14:13 hours, Wasilla Police responded to Target for a report of a shoplifter in custody. An investigation of the incident indicates DANIEL RUSSELL (age 29 of Wasilla) shoplifted merchandise from Target valued at $72.83. DANIEL RUSSELL was issued a citation for Theft in the Fourth Degree.

TRESPASS SKIBA On 04/18/2019 at approximately 1741 hours, the Wasilla Police Department received a report of a disturbance at the Grandview Inn Bar and Grill. Police responded to the area and contacted the female suspect, 36 year old Wasilla resident Andrea Hill. Staff advised that Hill was causing a disturbance and had written on the bathroom walls with blood, and requested that Hill be trespassed from the property. Hill refused to depart the area and eventually rushed towards the staff in the kitchen area. Hill was arrested for Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree and remanded at Mat-Su Pre-Trial. SHOPLIFT MILLER On 04/18/2019 at approximately 02:56 hours, Wasilla Police responded to Tesoro gas station located on the corner of E Parks Highway and Palmer Wasilla Highway for a report of theft. Investigation revealed a male wearing a green hoodie and a baseball cap went inside the gas station grabbed two cases of alcohol then ran out. The Tesoro employee was able to recover one of the cases, but the male got away with the other. The total merchandise $33.98. Investigation is ongoing.

COLLISION LOPEZ On 4/19/2019 at approximately 11:47 hours, Wasilla Police responded to the intersection of E Parks Highway and N Main Street for report of a two vehicle accident. Investigation showed that a 2011 Chrysler Town and Country Minivan owned by A Cab and operated by Jason Vandagriff, 45 of Palmer was struck by a 2007 Dodge Caravan operated by Don Starrs, 32 of Wasilla at the intersection. No injuries were reported as a result of the accident and both vehicles were towed from the scene due to disabling damage and airbag deployments.

LOST PROP RADER On 4/19/19 Wasilla Police took a report of a missing or stolen wallet.

COLLISION FITCHETT On 4/19/2019 Wasilla Police responded to the area of Crusey St and Parks Hy for a two car MVA. Investigation showed Kevin Hogan age 26 of Wasilla was stopped for traffic at a red light and was struck at the rear of his vehicle by another vehicle being driven by Walter Tragesser age 66 of Wasilla. Neither vehicle towed, no citations and no injuries.

SHOPLIFT LECOURS On 04/19/2019, at 1743 hours, the Wasilla Police Department responded to Sportsman's Warehouse in reference to a shoplift. Investigation revealed Mykayla Bradshaw had shoplifted. Mykayla was issued a criminal summons for Theft 4 and released on scene.

CRIM MISCH LECOURS On 04/19/2019, at 2302 hours, the Wasilla Police Department took a report of criminal mischief and theft of kayaks and gear. Investigations are ongoing. FRAUD OTH HELLMAN On 2-26-2019 at approximately 2112 hours, Wasilla Police responded to Taco Bell in Wasilla at 1751 E Parks Hwy for a report that a female attempted to use a counterfeit $100 bill to pay for food. Upon arrival at the business at approximately 2130 hours the suspect was identified as BRITTANY DOLECHEK. DOLECHEK stated she did not know that the bill was counterfeit. DOLECHEK was released and the investigation is pending.

FRAUD INFO HELLMAN On 2-28-2019 at approximately 0131 hours, Wasilla Police responded to a reported counterfeit $100 bill usage to pay for goods at the Chevron gas station at 601 W Parks Hwy. Officers arrived but were unable to make contact with the suspect as they had already left the premises. The suspect was described as a female wearing a red hooded jacket, white pants, studs in her cheeks, and dark hair. Case is pending.

FRAUD INFO HELLMAN On 3-11-2019 at approximately 2349 hours, Wasilla Police were dispatched to McDonald's after a report of an attempted purchase using a counterfeit $100 bill. Upon arrival at approximately 2355 hours, the suspect attempting to use the bill was identified as BRITTANY DOLECHEK. DOLECHEK stated she did not know the bill was counterfeit. DOLECHEK was released and charges are being forwarded to the Palmer District Attorney's Office.
