2018-2019 COSTUME SPECIFICS TAP 1 (M 5-5:30): Girls – Costume (2 pieces), Tan tights & Black tap shoes – We will NOT be wearing the barrette that came with the costume; Jacket should be left partially unzipped; Boys – Black tap shoes, Black pants, White long sleeved, button up dress shirt (TUCKED IN), and Sparkly vest BALLET 1 (M 5:30-6): Girls – Costume, Pink tights, Pink ballet shoes & Tulle flower hair clip – Flower hair clip will be worn above the dancer’s bun and off to the left side TAP 3 (M 6-6:30): Girls – Costume (2 pieces), Tan tights & Black tap shoes – We will NOT be wearing the red scrunchy that came with the costume; Jacket should be zipped all the way up; Black spandex can be worn UNDER costume if you choose – make sure spandex are all black with no logo at the bottom; Boys – Black, tap shoes, Black pants, Leather jacket & Plain white crewneck t-shirt (no pockets or logos on front); Jacket will be left unzipped all the way BALLET 3 (M 6:30-7:15): Girls – Costume, Pink tights & Pink ballet shoes – We will NOT be wearing the Rhinestone barrettes that came with the costume; NUDE STRAPLESS OR CLEAR STRAP BRAS ONLY; Boys – Black ballet shoes, Black pants, White long sleeved, button up dress shirt (TUCKED IN), Bowtie & Cummerbund JAZZ 3 (M 7:15-8): Girls – Costume, Tan tights, Black jazz shoes & Flower hair piece – Hair clip will be pinned towards the front left side of the dancer’s head behind their ear; Black spandex can be worn UNDER costume if you choose – make sure spandex are all black with no logo at the bottom; Extra hanging fabric goes towards the BACK of dancer’s costume over their butt; NUDE STRAPLESS OR CLEAR STRAP BRAS ONLY; Boys – Black pants, White, long sleeved, button up dress shirt (TUCKED IN), Sparkly vest & Bowtie JUNIOR HIGH KICK (M 8-8:45): Girls – Costume, Black tights, Black jazz shoes; We will NOT be wearing the metal ponytail holder that came with the costume; Black spandex can be worn UNDER costume if you choose – make sure spandex are all black with no logo at the bottom; NUDE STRAPLESS OR CLEAR STRAP BRAS ONLY; Boys – Black jazz shoes, Black pants, Black long sleeved, button up dress shirt (TUCKED IN), Sparkly vest & Bowtie JAZZ 2 (T 4:30-5): Girls – Costume, Tan tights, Black jazz shoes & Feather hair clip – Feather hair clip will be worn above the dancer’s bun and off to the left side with the feathers pointing up; NUDE STRAPLESS OR CLEAR STRAP BRAS ONLY TAP 2 (T 5-5:30): Girls – Costume, Tan tights, Black tap shoes & Bow – Bow will be worn above the dancer’s bun; NUDE STRAPLESS OR CLEAR STRAP BRAS ONLY; Boys – Black jazz shoes, Black pants, White long sleeved, button up dress shirt (TUCKED IN) & Sparkly Vest BALLET 2 (T 5:30-6): Girls – Costume, Pink tights, Pink ballet shoes & Tulle flower hair clip – Flower hair clip will be worn above the dancer’s bun and off to the left side; NUDE STRAPLESS OR CLEAR STRAP BRAS ONLY; Boys – Black ballet shoes, Black pants, White long sleeved, button up dress shirt (TUCKED IN), Bowtie & Cummerbund PRESCHOOL BALLET (T 6-6:30): Girls – Costume, Pink tights, Pink ballet shows & Bow – Bow will be worn at the top of the dancer’s bun ADVANCED JAZZ (T 6:30-7:15): Girls – Costume, Tan tights, Foot Undeez & Feather hair clip – Feather hair clip will be worn on the left side of the head tucked behind dancer’s braid with the feathers pointing in towards the middle of their head; Foot will be pulled through the hole at the bottom of convertible tights and extra fabric on the tights will be tucked under; Be very select on which underwear you choose to wear so that it does not stick out from under your leotard; NUDE STRAPLESS OR CLEAR STRAP BRAS PREFERRED ADVANCED BALLET (T 7:15-8): Girls – Costume, Pink tights, Pink ballet shoes & Headband – Headband will be worn across center of dancer’s forehead w/ the leaves on the headband pointing towards the left; The only two bra options you have for this costume are no bra at all (costume has built in shelf bra) or a bra with a clear strap across the back (sold by Discount Dance); Be very select on which underwear you choose to wear so that it does not stick out from under your leotard POINTE (T 8-8:30): Girls – White leotard, White tutu, Pink tights, Pointe shoes, Lace overlay for tutu & Black mask – Mask will be tied onto dancer’s head and extra strands from the tie will be bobby pinned into hair; Be very select on which underwear you choose to wear so that it does not stick out from under your leotard; The only two bra options you have for this costume are no bra at all (leotard has built in bra) or a bra with a clear strap across the back (sold by Discount Dance) ADVANCED TAP (T 8:30-9): Girls – Jeans, Sparkly tank top, Leather Jacket, Black tap shoes & Black belt (if needed); Jacket will be left unzipped; NUDE BRA PREFERRED HIGH KICK (TH 5-5:50): Girls – Sparkly red jacket, Black pants, Black leotard, Sequin Hat, Ankle Cuffs, White Gloves, Sequin Glove, Black tights & Black jazz shoes; We will NOT be wearing the white tank top that came with the costume; Sequin glove will go on dancer’s right hand & white winter mitten will be worn underneath sequin glove; Jacket should be left partially unzipped; Hat will be worn slightly forward on dancer’s head; Black tights MUST be worn with costume; NUDE STRAPLESS OR CLEAR STRAP BRAS PREFERRED BEGINNING MODERN (TH 5:50-6:35): Girls – Costume, Tan tights & Foot Undeez; Foot will be pulled through the hole at the bottom of convertible tights and extra fabric on the tights will be tucked under; NUDE STRAPLESS OR CLEAR STRAP BRAS ONLY COMPETITION (TH 6:35-7:25): Girls – Dress, Leotard, Tan tights & Foot Undeez; Foot will be pulled through the hole at the bottom of convertible tights and extra fabric on the tights will be tucked under; NUDE VERY HIGH CUT UNDERWEAR OR COMMANDO UNDERGARMENT CHOICES ONLY; NUDE STRAPLESS OR CLEAR STRAP BRAS PREFERRED ADVANCED MODERN (TH 7:25-8:15): Girls – Costume, Tan tights & Foot Undeez; Foot will be pulled through the hole at the bottom of convertible tights and extra fabric on the tights will be tucked under; Be very select on which underwear you choose to wear so that it does not stick out from under your costume;
