At each meal, the Chef will add items from the student meals to give some variety and accommodate special needs. Vegetables and starches will be added to meals as needed. The salad bar with a server will be offered at lunches and dinners. Breads will be included in the serving line instead of being placed on tables. Indoor and outdoor dining options will be permitted. Prepared carafes of Cafe con Leche will be provided at breakfast in addition to the self- service coffee station to decrease the potential slowdown in the serving line.
