AssemblYman Fred Thiele, Jr', ESQ. Assemblyman Phil Steck, ESQ. ESQ. According to the current Assembly Directory: https://nvassembly.gov/leelnvsa directorv.pdf, the Assembly Committee on Oversight, Analysis and lnvestigation meets on Tuesdays, at 12:30 pm, in Room 104 of the Legislative Office Building. Nevertheless, it appears that the Committee has not held a single meeting in the 2019 legislative session. ls this correct? And why is this so when you have so much critical "oversight, analysis and investigation" to do - as, for instance, pertaining to my below January zs, zotg e-mail, sent to each of you and to your legislative directors/chiefs of staff, accompanied by the above December 2018 attachments. phone call or e-mail What is the status of my Janua ry 25,2OL9 e-mail, to which, additionally, I have not received a single from you or from your staff throughout these five-plus weeks - or from the chair of the joint Legislative Commission on Government Administration, my own assemblyman, David Buchwald, ESQ., who remains its SOLE member. Consistent with the Assembly Directory and Assembly Rule lV, 52: https://nvassemblv.sov/Rules/?sec=r4#s2. this is to request that the Assembly Committee on Orersight, Analysis and lnvestigation schedule a meeting for next Tuesday, March lZ,ZO,lg,a week from today, if not sooner- and that my January 2S,2OL9 e-mail be on the agenda for discussion and vote as to appropriate action. February 19, As stated by my January 25,2019 e-mail, "more" would be following - and I herewith provide "more": the 2019 written testimony I submitted to the Assembly Ways and Means Committee and to the Senate Finance Committee relating to their February t:r, ZOL} budget hearing on "local government officials/general government". CJI(s webpage for the written testimony, with the substantiating EVIDENCE to which it refers, is here: The February tg,2OLg written testimony further particularizes the horrifoing situation described by my January 25,2OL9 e-mail to you: the Legislature's failure to discharge ANY oversight in face of prima facie casefile EVIDENCE that New york's judiciary is corrupt and "throws" cases by fraudulent judicial decisions - aided and abetted by New York's attorney general and such other governmental actors as the Commission on Judicial Conduct, the court-run attorney grievance committees, and the district attorneys. lt also appends two sets of QUESTIONS, to which it requests answers: (1) 41 "QUESTIONS FOR CHTEF ADM|NISTRATIVE JUDGE ISWRENCE MARKS" pertaining to the Judician/s proposed budget for fiscal Vear 2OL9-2020 and the Governor's Legislativefl ud icia ry Budget Bi I I #S. 1501 / A.ZOOL; (21 2T "QUEST|ONS FOR FORMER TEMPORARY SENATE PRESIDENT JOHN FLANAGAN, & ASSEMBLY SPEAKER CARL HEASTIE, & FOR TEMPORARY SENATE PRESIDENT ANDREA STEWART-COUSINS" pertaining to the Legislature's proposed budget for fiscal year z}tg-Z}z}and the Governor's Legislativefludiciary Budget Bill#S.1501/A.2001. How Are there any of the 41 QUESTIONS that you believe Chief Administrative Judge Marks should not be answering? about the 27 QUESTIONS for the Assembly Speaker Heastie and the former and present Temporary senate presidents? What will the Committee on Oversight, Analysis and lnvestigation do to ensure this happens? Will the Committee, two of whose attorney members, Assemblymen Montesano and Thiele, are members of the Assembly Ways and Means Committee, send a request to the fiscal committees recommending that they obtain answers to the respective QUESTIONS from Chief Administrative Judge Marks and from Legislative Leaders Heastie, stewart-cousins, from the and Flanagan? Or will the Committee directly request the answers from the Chief Administrative Judge and must be on Legislature's presiding officers, in discharge of its "oversight, analysis and investigation" function. This, too, the agenda of the upcoming Committee meeting - and I so-request. and Needless to say, should the Committee on Oversight, Analysis and lnvestigation fail to hold a meeting and deliberate vote on what must be done, it is the duty of Committee members to individually act - and the very leost would be by individual requests to the Legislature's two fiscal committees and to the Chief Administrative Judge and the Legislature's presiding officers for answers to the QUESTIONS. This, additionally, is the duty of Legislative Commission on Government Administration Chair Buchwald, ESQ. to the People of the State of New I am ready to assist you, !g.lh_@ in discharging your constitutional responsibilities you, to answer york - and, as identified by my below January 25,zOLg e-mail, would readily appear before @.Loa!h, questions and make an EVIDENTIARY presentation. in For the convenience of all, my correspondence with the Assembly Committee on Oversight, Analysis and lnvestigation this 2019 legislative session is posted hsrs; http://www.iudgewatch.orslweb-paees/searchinF-nvs/2019- legislative/2019-oversight-analvsis-investie.htm. Following up my phone conversations with your staff, below is the e-mail I sent yesterday to Senate and Assembly leadership, to which you are indicated recipients because oversight and remedial action is essential. There is more, much more, to follow - and the attached referred-to December 6,20tg letter to Assembly Speaker Heastie is a good starting point. Willthe members of the Committee on Oversight, Analysis and lnvestigation sign a "petition" so that I might give testimony to the Committee, at a public hearing, pursuant to Assembly Rule lV, 54(a), which reads: 'During each legislative session, chairpersons of standing committees may call public hearings to permit interested persons, groups or organizations the opportunity to testiff orally or in writing on legislation or other matters pending before such standing committee provided, however, that each chairoerson shall call such oublic hearinos upon a petition signed bv a majoritv of the members of the committee. Such testimony if submitted in writing shall be posted on the Assembly lntemet site to the extent practicable". (underlining added). A top priority for "oversight, analysis and investigation" must be the EVIDENCE that the New York State attorney general engages in a modus operandiof litigation fraud
