BRICKWAY PILSNER 5.5 this is a crisp and clean lager with a thick white head. subtle notes of honey, melon & biscuit start on the nose to end with a mellow, bitter finish.
BRAU BROTHERS "THE RINGNECK" BRAUN ALE 5.5 ring neck brown ale is modeled after the subtler english variation of the style, & has a depth of character that belies its quaffability.
BRAU BROTHERS "SHEEPHEAD" IPA 5.5 brewed with loads of caramel malt and too many cascade hops, this crimson-colored ale straddles the line between a malty amber and a tongue- bruising IPA.
ZIPLINE COUNTRY WHITE 5.5 the country white ale draws on the traditions of belgian brewing with a mod- ern twist. we use our farmhouse yeast strain to create a fruity profile, which is balanced against the softness of local, organic wheat and finished with a hint of citrus.
OSCAR BLUES "DALE'S" PALE ALE 6 this voluminously hopped mutha delivers a hoppy nose & assertive-but- balnced flavors of pale malts & citrusy floral hops from start to finsih.

PIEDMONT Is surrounded by the Alps and the Mediterranean. The geography leads to thick morning fog and abundant sun in the afternoon, perfect for producing a wide range of powerful wines.
VALLE D'AOSTA Is home to the highest elevated vineyards in all of Europe and known for light bodied, exquisite wines.
LOMBARDY A diverse climate and terrain allow growth of the widest array of varieties in Italy. Known for production of sparkling wines.
TRENTINO-ALTO ADIGE Strong Germanic influences have lead to production of wines like no others in Europe. Wines tend to be sweeter, bold, and fruit forward.
FRUILI The Alpine climate and heavy Austrian influence has directed wine makers of this region to produce Italy's best white wines, and fruity, yet spicy, lighter bodied reds.
VENETO Protected by the Alps to the north, Veneto's moderate climate and modernized wine making techniques produce some of the hardiest and most infamous wines in the world. EMILLIA-ROMAGNA History, diversity and culture make this Italy's most eccentric wine region. They are known for frothy, light bodied, and mineral rich wines.
LIGURIA High cliffs and abundant coastline have challenged wine producers to become innovators in producing some of the world's most complex and powerful wines.
TUSCANY Italy's most famous wine region. Known for Chianti, Vino Nobile, Brunello, and so on. Wines are unique to each sub region in Tuscany and are among some of the worlds most enjoyed.
UMBRIA A hilly region known more for agriculture rather than wine production. Wines are known for being heavy, tannic, and of the highest quality.
MARCHE A little known region with mineral rich soil and a dry maritime climate. Wines tend to be herbal, mineral rich, and light bodied.
ABRUZZO A mountainous region known for traditional techniques. Wines are hearty with subtle nuances of fruit and old world flair.
LAZIO Volcanic and ashy soil is perfect for producing highly acid, and mineral rich wines.
MOLISE A small obscure region similar to Abruzzo. Wines reflect the region in obscurity, but are unique in their design to compliment cuisine.
CAMPANIA The home of Naples and Neapolitan pizza. Campanian wines are rich, earthy, and designed to complement the wide range of cuisine.
PUGLIA Italy's largest producing wine region. The focus of wine in Puglia is to produce well balanced wines in their acidity, sweetness, alcohol content and density.
BASILICATA Mountainous terrain and extreme climatic conditions make wine production difficult. Wines are refined, full bodied, and well balanced.
CALABRIA Calabria is located at the "toe" of the Italian peninsula and is characterized by its Mediterranean climate.
SICILY Italy's largest grape growing region. Grapes tend to endure long periods of growth reflecting in wines that are mature, light, and fruit forward.
