Southwest Sectional Director Southwest Sectional Lay Member Mary E. Cromwell earned her A.B. degree from the National Association of University Women University of Michigan, and her M.A. degree from the University of Pennsylvania SOUTHWEST SECTION and additional graduate work at Columbia University. She taught mathematics in The Remarkable NAUW Founders Dunbar High School in Washington, D.C. Miss For 66 years, Mrs. Mary Church Terrell was a vanguard for Women and Cromwell was keenly African American civil rights.
