From the District Collector, Krishna, Letter Rc.G1.1145/12, Dated:09.06.2015. *** ORDER: Government have enacted Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority Act, 2014 (Act.No.11 of 2014) for the purpose of Planning, Execution, Financing and Promoting the Capital Region and Capital City Area for the Stateof Andhra Pradesh. 2. In the G.O 2nd read above, orders were issued, notifying the erstwhile Vijayawada, Guntur, Tenali, Mangalagiri, Urban Development Authority (VGTMUDA) area as Andhra Pradesh Capital Region. In the G.O 3rd read above, orders were issued, constituting the Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority (APCRDA) under the Chairmanship of the Hon’ble Chief Minister with others as members. 3. In the letter 4th cited, the District Collector, Krishna District has stated that, the Gannavaram Airport is proposed to be developed as International Airport and that it is the nearest to the Capital City. Most of the ryots have agreed to give their lands under Land Pooling System as was done in Capital City. He has requested the Government to pass necessary orders for acquiring an extent of 687 Acres under Land Pooling System for Gannavaram Air Port expansion. 4. Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby order to adapt voluntary land pooling scheme for procuring land for the expansion of existing Gannavaram Airport, which falls within APCRDA limits and to designate the District Collector, Krishna District, Commissioner, CRDA and Revenue Divisional Officers of Krishna District as competent authorities to carry out the work of voluntary Land Pooling Scheme. 5. The Collector in consultation with Commissioner, CRDA shall make the development scheme by voluntary Land Pooling method under Section P.T.O 2 17(2) and 43(5) of APCRDA Act, 2014. The Commissioner, APCRDA is also directed to earmark developed plots necessary for allotment to the land owners with in the Amaravati city limits. 6. Accordingly, the appended notification shall be published in the AP Extraordinary Gazette dated:29.06.2015. 7. SF/SC. //FORWARDED : : BY ORDER// SECTION OFFICER APPENDIX NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred under Sections 17(2) of the Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority (APCRDA) Act, 2014 the Government hereby appoint the Collector, Krishna District, Commissioner, CRDA and Revenue Divisional Officers of Krishna District as competent authorities to carry out the work of voluntary land pooling scheme for the expansion of existing Gannavaram Airport, near Vijayawada, under section 55, 56&57 of APCRDA Act, 2014.
