bee bee Ow AND WHEREAS by section 123 (3) of the Constitution of the Federation as modified by the Constitution (Suspension and Modification) Decree, 966 and the States (Creation and Transitional Provisions) Decree 1967 it is provided that if the office of ChiefJustice of the State is vadantor if the person holding the office is for any reason unable to perform the functions of his office, thosefunctionsshall be performed by such one ofthe other Judges of the High Court of the State as may bedesignated in that behalf by the Supreme Military Council, acting after consultation with the Advisory Judicial Committee: Now THEREFORE, THE SuPREME Mrurtary Councit, actingafter consultation with the Advisory Judicial Committee, do hereby appoint Mr Justice Sicismunp OLanrewaju Lamso to act as Chief Justice of the High Court of Lagos State with effect from 20th February, 1971.
